Chapter 746: Chapter 746: Assassinate The Family

Up in the sky, a blonde-haired man hovered majestically with his legs put together and his hands folded to fists beside him.

His blonde hair fluttered gently under the influence of the soft blowing breeze. Currently, his golden eyes reflected the scene of what had just happened to the main body.

How those immortal cats had just exploded after the arrival of those sickly-looking individuals.

Everything played in his mind and he was able to replay it over and over again in his mind.

The main body was lost, confined against his will in a spatial pocket. But there was no sign of panic between Kael and his clones.

Because of the Law of Freedom working together with his Law of Connection, his link to his clones was still as strong as it always was.

In case of danger, he could transform one of the clones into his main body.

Now, that mysterious sickly man had taken away all the clones that were involved in that cosmic squabble but Kael still had two clones outside.

Kael was curious as to who that person was. For now, he could only be patient. There was no cause for drastic actions, not yet.

With a solid look of determination clouding his golden eyes, the blonde-haired clone turned around in the sky and returned his focus back to the thing he was doing.

He brought his arms forward, amassing a small amount of Freedom Essence in front of him.

The Freedom Essence manifested as a multicoloured spectrum of energy with dark silver being the predominant shade.

Kael used his mind and fingers to control the operational structure of the Freedom Essence clump, adjusting the density and the shape.

He then pushed the clump of Freedom Essence into the air, allowing it to touch upon the flexible membranes that existed above the sky of Original Heaven.

This was the thing that blocked everyone from getting out. Only Immortals had the right energy signature to pass through and even they had to spend a lot of effort. Added to that, almost everyone would be alerted whenever it was to happen.

The stronger they were, the more energy that would be drained from them when they attempted to leave. Trying to do so without a solid backing was suicide.

The lions could not even attempt it as they would be attacked by everyone the moment they did.

All they could do was throw their weight around here, the big fishes in a small pond.

Alas, just like everyone else, even they desired to be free.

Kael watched the clump of Freedom Essence get mashed with the membrane. There was a small disturbance as well as a spatial distortion.

Kael could sense the presence of some rules fading away.

It was working.

But it wasn’t enough.

This was just a little bit of progress. He had to be more detailed and precise with his control of Freedom Essence for him to bypass the Reality Rules that made up the membrane covering Original Heaven.

His interrogation with Chez only let him know that there was a way to pass through just like how Seth did. What he didn’t know was how Seth did it.

Kael was basically doing trial and error, utilising Laws like the Law of Wisdom, the newly gained Law of Architecture, and the Law of Speed.

If he didn’t, who would?

While working on this project, the other clone that was also free was wandering about, heading in a random direction.

Hopefully, he found something that would be beneficial or a good place to hide, just in case.

Kael also never set his eye off the lion system. Never.

He was aware of almost every major mission that was being posted. The general discussions on the forums were being observed, he knew what they were up to.

He could still see who was alive and who was dead.

Who was being born and who was doing the work?

Who was getting stronger and who was getting weaker?

Kael had some things he wanted to do concerning the lion civilization. He saw the civilization as his own body and he saw that there may be a need to cut off some bad limbs in the future.

He liked the idea that the majority of the lions and lionesses had been recalled to heaven for maximum tribal protection while all the significant actions were being carried out by the vassals.

This would not last though. It was just for the meantime, until they were ready to launch a full-scale war on the bees to seize their precious honey, and until their number had recovered to at least half.

It would take some time. Kael was in a hurry to get stronger, but he also had to be patient with them.

There was only so much he could handle at the same time now.

"He’s in heaven?" Seth asked, his voice low and deep with a look of confusion on his babyish face.

"But he died? There has been no trace of him at all in the mortalverse. I don’t think he could even travel to Original Heaven in that short amount of time..." Seth added, he was trying to think of a reasonable explanation for what he was hearing but couldn’t conjure any logical reason for what he was hearing.

He held the disk-shaped transmission device in his hands, watching the blinking magic lights that indicated the person on the other side was listening.

"Did you know he had clones?" The voice of Seth’s father rose from the transmission device.

Seth was quiet.

The Patriarch’s voice was chillingly flat, absent of any emotional undertones. Gone was the casual vibe between the father and son.

"Do you know?" The Patriarch of the House of Luthor asked again. One could almost picture a frowning face under that blue hair on the other side of the connection.

"I wasn’t aware he could do that," Seth responded honestly.

"Father, could he be responsible for Chez’s disappearance?" Seth asked.

The Patriarch was silent. It seemed like he was deep in thought and fuming at the same time.

"Chez is definitely alive, I can sense it. But I don’t know where he is.

The last place we sensed his general location is the same place we found the All-King and his clones.

We should have gotten him...BUT THAT DEMONIC BASTARD, AAAARGH!"

*BAM* *CRASH!*

The sound of something being smashed on the ground, probably a ceramic or glass object, reached Seth’s ears.

The Patriarch was very upset.

Seth was quiet, he could never agree to knowing much about his father but he could smell a drastic decision a mile away. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

"Order those two to assassinate the All-King’s family. I don’t want anyone alive by the time we have the next call..."

There it was, Seth sighed.

"Yes, Father,"
