Reincarnated as a Supernatural Horror Entity-250 - Devil Fusion
The two devils roared. Balls of fire appeared again in their palms. Normal fire this time. Not the one made of dark shadow.
The Prince of Charming Haven crushed the fireballs in his hands. His hands instantly transformed into blazing clawed gauntlets.
The Lady of Amorous Haven also crushed the fireball in her hand. But the fire didn't change into gauntlet. This time, it turned into a flaming whip.
On the other side, Jack and the others didn't just watch. They sprang into action right away. All of them were experienced hands in transcendent battle after all.
Sister Riverre tucked away the ankh and began chanting some verses from the Redemption Bible. Her body was glowing with a soft, protective grey. Slowly pulsating with power.
"... Redemption Blessing!" She said the last two words in emphasized clarity and volume.
A shimmering veil of energy dispersed from her glowing body. And settled over the whole party. Hardening their skin and sharpening their senses.
Barnaby and Riff nearby didn't waste any second. Barnaby plucked his lute while Riff strummed his mandolin. They weren't that familiar with each other. But both were transcendent musicians. And they were quite experienced.
They jammed on a piece of music known by all transcendent musicians in Elrush Kingdom. The popular "Song of Courage". A fast, aggressive, and rhythmic song.
The harmony of the sound waves were laced by their personal transcendent power. It didn't just push back the encroaching dread in the heart of their allies. It didn't just fill the hearts of the fighters with a fierce, valiant courage. It actually also enhanced their reaction speed and physical strength. Quite significantly.
Mirella took a few big scrolls from her small, yet definitely enhanced spatially, waist bag. After observing the situation, she picked one specific scroll and unrolled it. Showing a beautiful oil painting of a tranquil garden.
"In my name, presenting my heartfelt art... Painting of Tranquility." Mirella muttered. The oil painting glowed. And a supernatural calm descended over the battlefield.
The remaining aura of fear and lust from the devils was instantly neutralized. Allowing the group to focus and concentrate in their tasks. Without any more distraction in their mind.
In front, Father Lynx and Inquisitor Lantern drew their weapons and led the charge. They were the vanguards of the current battle. Father Lynx's mace glowed with a pale blue [Aura of Justice]. He was charging at the male devil, the Prince.
Inquisitor Lantern's longsword also glowed with similar aura. He ran toward the Lady. His boots thudded in extremely fast rhythm on the black stone floor.
"Die, filth!" Lynx roared. Swinging his mace in a horizontal arc.
The Prince grinned savagely. He didn't dodge. He simply vanished. The Lady not far away also disappeared into the void.
They had a teleportation ability, just like Reina. Jack immediately realized.
"Reina!" He shouted.
The Prince hadn't teleported away to escape. He had teleported to target the support. He appeared directly behind Sister Riverre. His black, clawed hands were wreathed in blazing fire. He swung downward, aiming to tear and burn the priestess with the attack.
At the same time, the Lady appeared above High Priest Mountaine. She was targeting him. Her fiery whip lashed at the priest with great destructive power.
However, Reina and Jack reacted in surprising speed. Foiling their sudden ambushes.
Reina moved faster than the human eye could follow. Using [Absolute Blink], she appeared next to Sister Riverre a fraction of a second before the devil's claws landed. She grabbed the sister by the waist and blinked again. Reappearing several meters away.
The Prince's claws struck the floor where Riverre had been standing. Shattering the black stone and sending chips of rock flying like shrapnel. He missed his target.
Jack, meanwhile, had his own target. He quickly aimed his steamrune shotgun at the female devil.
BOOM!

The shotgun roared. A cloud of white steam hissed from the vents. The special slug, etched with explosive runes, tore through the air.
The Lady was caught in the air. She tried to tilt her body to evade. But the slug caught her in the shoulder. It exploded on impact. Throwing her away. Foiling her attempt to attack the high priest with her fire whip.
She screeched. A nasty sound that rattled the floating candles. Her flaming whip lash went wide. Crashing into a marble pillars and melting a part of it into burning liquid.
"Don't let up!" Jack yelled.
Father Lynx and Inquisitor Lantern pivoted and charged in even faster speed. They were relentless. Both closed the distance to the Prince in just a heartbeat.
Inquisitor Lantern's sword flashed. A silver streak that cut through the Prince's attire and flesh. But it was just a shallow cut.
The Prince hissed. Batting the sword and its holder aside with unnatural strength.
But Father Lynx was right there. His mace slammed into the Prince's ribs with a sickening crunch.
The Prince staggered. Coughing up dark fluid. He snarled. His eyes burning with renewed fury. He looked at the Lady, who was clutching her ruined shoulder.
Both of them roared and charged again. The battle became a chaotic dance of brutality and resilience.
The devils were relentless. They teleported constantly. Appearing and disappearing like flickering candles. Every time they moved, they left behind flaming attacks that caused great destruction.
But their opponents weren't amateur fighters. Father Lynx and Inquisitor Lantern were equally relentless and fearless. They were chasing the two devils everywhere.
And the supporting combatants couldn't be underestimated. Each of them, even Mirella and Riff, had their own method of protection. Now that they knew the two devils could teleport, they wouldn't be caught off guard.
And they still had Jack, Reina, and Rune. These three had participated in worse battle. Against worse opponents.
Despite their great power, the two devils were still nowhere close to the pirate captain of Lonely Queen. Or the illuminated level tree monsters in the training battlefield of Trentree Sanctuary.
Reina raised her hands. And a thick, mystical fog began to fill the hall. It wasn't normal fog. It was a mixture of fog and illusion magic. It immediately turned into an illusionary mist that created dozens of copies of the party members.
It surprisingly worked. Devils should be very resistant to illusion. And they did see through the illusion Reina previously used. But, when she mixed it with her fog... The Prince and Lady found themselves attacking phantoms that dissolved into smoke upon contact. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Jack didn't miss the chance. The blasts from his steamrune shotgun struck their bodies accurately. Significantly damaging them.
Father Lynx and Inquisitor Lantern followed up with their attacks. Their divine coated weapons also struck the devils. Further injuring them.
The Prince and Lady retreated to the center of the hall. Standing back-to-back.
"Enough of this!" The Prince spat.
The Lady nodded. Her eyes were wide with pain and malice. "Agreed. Let them see our true face."
The two devils faced each other and... hugged each other. As they collided, purple light appeared and enveloped them. Glowing stronger until it temporarily blinded the vision of everyone in the chamber.
Jack's vision was blurred by the light. But he could see that the two devils began to merge. Their flesh ran like hot wax. Swirling and blending.
This didn't seem to be good. Jack aimed his shotgun and pulled the trigger several times. Sending blasts of steamrune bullets to the fusing devils.
It pierced the devils like stones falling into water. Causing waves and ripples. But other than that... nothing.
The transformation went on without stopping. It was both horrific and mesmerizing. The two entities collapsed into a single mass of shivering muscle and magical energy. Within a few seconds, a new figure stood before them.
It was a single entity. Slightly larger than either had been before. The creature was a perfect, terrifying fusion. It possessed the delicate, beautiful facial features of the Lady. But also the broad, powerful shoulders of the Prince.
Its body was entirely naked. A strange display of raw, divine-standard physical perfection. Of both man and woman.
It had a classic hourglass figure. With wide hips and a narrow waist. It also possessed the smooth, unblemished skin. Yet, underneath its flawless skin, corded, functional muscle could be clearly seen.
The entity was a true hermaphrodite. It possessed the full breasts of a woman and a massive, erected penis of a man. It was a visual manifestation of total carnal excess.
Jack looked around and saw that the three artists were stunned. Barnaby, Mirella, and Riff were not virgins who had never seen a naked body of the opposite sex before. They had seen naked figures and experienced plenty of sex. But they were still greatly affected.
If they were already like this, what happened to the 'virgin' acolytes? Jack immediately looked at them.
The acolytes froze. Father Lynx lowered his mace. His face turned a deep shade of red. Inquisitor Lantern stumbled back. His eyes were wide with a mixture of disgust and hypnotic fascination.
Sister Riverre closed her eyes with red face. Muttering incantations furiously. She was in better condition than High Priest Mountaine, whose prayer faltered.
The sight was designed to shock, to distract, and to prey on the inherent biological responses of the human mind. It carried mystical charm mixed with devilish curse. And it worked...
The entity smiled. It laughed. Carrying two sets of vocal cords simultaneously. One was high and feminine. The other was deep and masculine. The sounds harmonized into a haunting, echoing duet.
"Admire us." The entity said. "We are the union of all desires. We are the end of your journey."
BANG! BANG! BOOM!
Three explosive sounds replied to its words. Two from Reina's handguns. One from Jack's shotgun. The others might have been affected. But not them.
Jack was protected by his [Mythical Adaptation] passive power. Reina, due to Jack's [Dominator Physique], was completely devoted only toward him. And it actually protected her from the fused devil's supernatural charm.
"Why the heck do all villains now know about fusion?" Jack muttered in irritation. Ignoring the devil's carnal allure. "Do all of you bastards join a crash course in hell or something like that?"
BOOM! His steamrune shotgun spitted another explosive round.
