Multicast was still an extremely difficult method to master because aside from the guaranteed first spell which the player could just use with ease, the other spells required the player to learn the movement and proper action.

"Go to hell, Nathan!" Shouted Natasha. She then wielded her staff and launched all the spells toward Xu Feng.

"Sorry, hell does not accept a magnanimous man like me. But maybe you know hell well enough to speak of it and want me to accompany you." Xu Feng chuckled and activated one barrier after another. He stacked them all together and focused on one particular section.

The spells that Natasha used were Beam Of Light, Piercing Lazer, and Radiant Bomb.

Each one was more explosive and lethal than the previous. It was clear that Natasha hoped to annihilate or nuke him with one move only.

By putting up a barrier, Xu Feng was certain that Natasha was leaning toward the thought of sneering or laughing at his ridiculous effort to defend.

And indeed he was correct.

’A stacked barrier? This guy’s brain is really a fart. Do you think multicast is just about the speed of casting?’ Natasha sneered inwardly.

The reason why players strive to multicast isn’t because of its speed to cast multiple. Instead, it was how the power of each spell would complement each other and amplify them to a whole other level.

’The power is indeed impeccable, but that’s only for barriers who spread their defense evenly.’ Xu Feng could summarize what Natasha was thinking.

As his eyes narrowed, he soon deduced her predictable, linear, and overlapping spells in trajectory. She might have learned how to multicast, but she had yet to understand the fundamentals.

Being able to multicast was merely the first process. It looked cool and amazing, but there was also a heavy flaw that required them to micro-control.

And that was to control the spells to not overlap or become linear when launched against their opponent.

After all, multicasting already drained a player’s mentality and concentration. To have them further include where and when to land the spells was another set of difficulties.

Since that was the case, Xu Feng’s barrier was never meant to defend a wide area. Instead, he had engineered them to pinpoint the exact convergence of her attacks.

"Pay for your sins, Nathan!" Natasha roared in delight. She watched her spells making contact with Xu Feng.

As the Beam struck first, it exploded in a wave of divine force.

Natasha’s vision was blocked by the explosion, so she remained oblivious that the beam had only clashed with Xu Feng’s first two barriers.

Although the barriers fractured like a mirror under pressure, there was no damage incurring.

However, Xu Feng didn’t dare to relax as the attack was only just beginning. ’Just as I expected, the power isn’t lethal enough for me to be worried about the Illuminati yet.’

He purposely had a fight with Natasha to determine the current state of the Illuminati. The result was surprisingly great.

Stone cracked. Dust billowed. Even Kailey, who was watching from a distance outside the arena stage, flinched and shielded her eyes.

"Hahahaha," Natasha roared in laughter when she witnessed the deadly impact caused by her multicasting.

"This is why you should never provoke me or even agree to a fight. Do you think Arcane Mages are called Glass Cannon for a show? We might be fragile, similar to a cleric, but our offensive power is no joke either."

She had thought the fight was already over and an announcement should have been made declaring her victory.

But when the golden fog cleared...

Xu Feng still stood there, his robes fluttering gently from the force. One of his hands was extended to wave away some of the fog from blocking his vision. His expression was calm, completely devoid of any panic or fear.

Only the floor beneath him had cracked from the pressure. The rest of the impact had been completely nullified.

Natahsa’s pupil constricted and appeared to be in a petrified state. Her mouth twitched uncontrollably as she raised her finger and pointed at him.

"H-How did you survive my attack?" She asked stutteringly.

But in the next moment, she shook her head and corrected, "No, how are you not even scratched a little bit?"

As the fog dissipated, she could clearly see his health bar was full. Even if there was a strong barrier, shouldn’t there at least be some chipping damage dealt?

That was three of her most powerful offensive spells combined together and amplified!

It was not some random spells whatsoever!
