Reverse Transmigration: From F-rank to SSS-rank-Chapter 6: Wolf beast dimension
Chapter 6
Veyra took me to Cole, he was know for his ability to create dimensions. Any dimension of his will, and he was also know as the punishment warden in Voldrak Academy.
"Cole, trap him in the wolf beast dimension, just make sure he doesn’t die. He needs to know his place here." She ordered sharply, then she turned to me with those familiar cold gaze, "Try not to pass out from blood loss, the healer got her hands full."
With that, she strode out, her hips swaying like she had a worm stuck in her butthole. I’m sure she did though.
I exhaled and turned to Cole who had been playing a game on his phone when we walked in, now looking up at me in confusion, wondering what exactly I had done for her to assign me such harsh punishment, dude was innocent...he just had to follow orders so i couldn’t blame him.
"For how long?" I asked lazily, honestly I just wanted to get it done with and go find something to eat. I could already feel hunger clawing it’s way out of my stomach.
"It’s usually two hours, but..." Cole paused, his eye sizing me up, it was clear that the Lucian they knew would die within the first ten minutes in. "Are you sure you can hold on for that long?" Even though Cole was the punishment warden, he was a really nice guy, not that I cared.
"That’s why it’s a punishment, a warning so I don’t repeat my mistakes. Now, just get it done with, I’m hungry." well, saying that didn’t mean i wouldn’t repeat my mistakes, fuck yeah I’d do worse next time. Besides, if Veyra hadn’t been the one to walk in, my plan would have worked.
Cole didn’t say anything after, he just dropped his phone, and with a deep breath, clapped his hand together, and instantly...I was teleported into the dimension he created within the blink of an eye. It was an amazing ability, during a fight, you could easily trap your opponent in any dimension you wished, anything in the dimension he created could be easily manipulated by Cole.
The only disadvantage was that a stronger opponent could easily break out of his dimension.
I looked around, the cold wind of the forest trees blowing around me. I was in the middle of a wide open space, and tall bamboo trees surrounded me. Just then, I heard the growl of wolves from behind me. About twelve of them.
Honestly even without magic, I could kill those beasts without much effort. But I knew that those weren’t all that were inside this dimension. If it was called the wolf beast dimension, it meant the wolves in here were endless. I would keep fighting and exhaust my energy, which wasn’t the best idea. if I still had all my powers, breaking out of here would be too easy.
But right now, I had to make do with what I had. Quietly, I sat down on the earth, crossing my legs in a yoga pose, with that...i breathed, summoning a barrier around me. This would be enough to hold them off for as long as I was conscious. Five percent of my power was enough to create a barrier strong enough to hold petty beats off without taking anything out of me.
The wolves lunged forward, clearly planning to strike me with their claws, I sat still, watching them. The first that reached my barrier bounced away almost immediately as it made contact. My repellant barrier, strong enough to repel any attack that makes contact with it, although the strength of its ability to withstand attacks depends on my power.
Now that I only had five percent, it definitely was nothing compared to how strong it was when I still had my full strength.
If I had to spend two hours in here, I had to find something to do. A workout wouldn’t hurt. Well, I thought it wouldn’t, until I got stuck at the twentieth push-up. Hell was Lucian always this weak, I was breathing so hard already, sweat dripping like someone had poured me a bucket of water.
But I didn’t stop, i had to build this body to become strong enough to withstand my demonic power when it all came back.
"Twenty two, twenty three, twenty four, twenty five, twenty six, twenty seven, twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, thirty one....thirty....fuck i give up." I breathed collapsing on the sand. This was insane, the previous me could do at least five hundred in one go, but I could even reach fifty?
I lay flat on my back, breathing heavily as I looked through the barrier and up at the sky. Most of it were covered by trees, but I could still see through. The wolves were still clawing hard on my barrier, persistent pain in the ass. Good thing the barrier blocked out sounds too, or their growling sounds would have pissed my off by now.
Thirty minutes had passed by now. Honestly, maybe I should fight them a bit for training. I couldn’t picture myself staying so long without doing anything. I’d bore myself to death, I was someone who loved experiencing new things, and just remaining still without anything to do would definitely drive me insane.
Without a second thought, I stood up. With a swipe of my hand, the barrier was gone.
The first lunged without hesitation, I lifted my leg, kicking it hard like it was nothing. The wolf landed hard against a tree, falling down unconscious. The rest didn’t wait, I grabbed one of them by the paw, swinging it around and using it to hit the rest away effortlessly.
I hadn’t expected they’d be this weak, guess they were no different from usual wolves. The ones that had fallen stood up quickly, recovering and lunging again. I could do this forever. They were so weak.
I stretched out my hand, and a dagger made out of my demonic magic materialized on my palm. The first unfortunate wolf which was the closest to me was the first to take the hit of my power.
With just a simple swipe which hadn’t even touched it, the force of my energy sent it flying several feets backwards. I looked down at the dagger in my palm wondering, had my power increased more than five percent?
