Chapter 425: Chapter 426: Should We Have Another Daughter?

Recently, Sheng Yan had found a new source of joy, which consisted of dressing up little Xiao Ye, who had just learned to walk, in a pretty hat and a princess dress and taking him out to play in the neighborhood.

Xiao Ye, with his beautiful, well-behaved, and adorable appearance, quickly captured the hearts of all the aunties in the neighborhood. As a result, every day when he returned home, his pockets were filled with lots of treats.

Shen Weiyi only learned about this a week later. After the wedding, she had formally taken over Shen Technology, and she was so busy every day that she left early and returned late.

Finally, after getting most of her work done, she thought that she hadn’t spent time with her son for a long time and decided to come home a bit earlier.

But as soon as she arrived home, she saw the big and little one who had just come back from playing outside.

The bigger one looked normal, but the little one was wearing a pink bunny ears headband and a matching pink princess dress, looking like a real-life Barbie doll.

Shen Weiyi almost didn’t recognize him.

Upon suddenly seeing Shen Weiyi at the doorway, Sheng Yan couldn’t help but flash a guilty expression.

He let go of his little nephew’s hand and hung his head, looking guilty.

After her initial surprise, Shen Weiyi soon smiled, "When did our family get such a beautiful little princess?"

I must say, her son was really good-looking.

Adorably so.

If she hadn’t seen the little guy’s bare butt, she might have doubted whether she had given birth to a daughter.

The little fellow, seeing her, immediately toddled over, "plod plod," and patted his pockets, his eyes sparkling as he said to Shen Weiyi, "Mom, eat!"

"Xiao Ye is really good!" Shen Weiyi patted her son’s head, then looked at Sheng Yan behind him.

The latter, with his head still low, apologized to Shen Weiyi, "I’m sorry, I was wrong!"

Shen Weiyi said, "What did you do wrong?"

Sheng Yan said, "I shouldn’t have dressed my little nephew in a princess dress."

Shen Weiyi said, "I can forgive you if you want."

Sheng Yan looked up quickly, his eyes full of hope.

Shen Weiyi pointed to the little guy at her feet and told him, "As long as you wear a princess dress with him once, I’ll forgive you."

"You mean it?" Sheng Yan frowned slightly, he was a bit embarrassed, but if it could really make her not angry, wearing it once wasn’t out of the question.

Shen Weiyi nodded, "Of course, when have I ever gone back on my word?"

"Alright," Sheng Yan agreed despondently.

Shen Weiyi immediately suppressed a laugh and made a phone call, asking for her childhood princess dress to be brought over.

Sheng Yan, though very reluctant, eventually put it on.

In the living room.

The uncle and nephew stood in a row, one cuter than the other.

Shen Weiyi was absolutely delighted and right away took out her phone and started clicking photos of the two.

And honestly, the Sheng Family’s genes were just excellent; the uncle and nephew dressed in girls’ clothes looked like they could have been sisters, even prettier than actual girls.

There wasn’t the slightest sense of disharmony.

Shen Weiyi was so tickled by the sight, she couldn’t help thinking about having another daughter.

Later that night, lying in bed.

Shen Weiyi tossed and turned, unable to sleep.

Just thinking about the uncle and nephew in dresses made her itch to no end; she eventually sat up, slipped on her slippers, and went to the study.

The lights were still on in the study. Sheng Ting, seeing Shen Weiyi walk in, was somewhat surprised, "Why haven’t you slept yet?"

"I can’t sleep," Shen Weiyi said, shuffling in her slippers toward him.

Sheng Ting put down the documents in his hands, pulled her waist, and sat her down on his lap, asking softly, "What’s wrong?"

Shen Weiyi wrapped her arms around Sheng Ting’s neck, looking straight into his eyes, "Sheng Ting, let’s have another daughter."
