Seed of Titan-Chapter 79: The Intruders

Screams quickly filled the streets as the students scurried away from the blast.

Drai and his friends turned toward the sound of the explosion sound and saw that there was a fresh large hole on the building’s second-floor wall. Some of the students were lying there unmoving on the ground, seemingly hit by the rubble that flew down the street from the blast. A few of the unlucky ones were even bleeding heavily from their heads.

Before anyone could make sense of what had just happened, the dust around the hole settled, and three dark figures emerged from the building, standing side by side on the ledge.

"Hahaha! Finally! We’re here, motherfuckers!" the rightmost figure shouted as he threw his hands up with a manic laugh. He was tall and lanky, clad in a black cultist robe. In fact, all three of them wore the same robes, only differing in size.

The middle figure, a small woman with a pretty yet cold face, clicked her tongue with an annoyed look.

"Shut up, Peanuts. And Donk, what did I say about our silent entry? Look at all these scared heretics running away. You’ve just made our job a lot harder," the woman scolded.

Donk, the leftmost figure, was a giant fat man who stood around 9 feet tall (2.75m). He slowly scratched his temple, visibly upset.

"Venus meanie. Donk like smash. Smash fun," the giant muttered slowly with a deep voice.

Hearing this, Venus, the petite lady, immediately frowned while a vein popped out on her forehead.

’Why the hell am I stuck with babysitting a lunatic and an idiot? Does someone from the higher-ups hate me that much?’ Venus thought annoyedly.

She looked at the numerous people below. Some were running away while others were dazedly staring at her group.

"Alright, let’s round them up. Go after the ones outside first, then we’ll search the dorm for the rest. And once again, don’t kill them unless necessary, especially you, Peanuts. Don’t think I won’t report you if you ignore our orders," Venus commanded the other two as she eyed Peanut threateningly.

"Kekeke! Okie dokie!" Peanut replied, although he didn’t sound convincing as he was licking the blade of his curved dagger with an excited expression.

Venus gave Peanut a side eye before saying, "Go."

"Woohoo!" Peanut shouted as he quickly leaped forward, dropping onto a group of students who were gathering near a street bench.

Before the students could react, Peanut’s hand flashed, and within seconds, they all had slumped to the ground.

Peanut stood still, staring at the end of his dagger’s hilt, visibly disappointed.

Venus suddenly dropped from the air, landing beside Peanut.

"Good. Just do it like this and we’ll be fine," Venus praised. "If you do a good job holding yourself back, I’ll try convincing Sir Nero to recommend you for a transfer. I bet getting posted at the southern front will make you happy, right?"

Peanut’s face brightened after hearing his team leader’s words. He nodded frantically at Venus before skipping toward another group of students while giggling happily.

Venus shook her head and turned to the fainted students.

"Although he’s nuts, I can’t help but admire his precision attacks," Venus remarked as she noticed the bruises on the back of each student’s neck.

She raised her hand, materializing teal rope-like objects from the air. Her fingers moved, and her spell quickly wrapped around the students, tying them up.

She then turned around while lifting about a dozen students into the air behind her.

"Speaking of precision, that guy doesn’t have a tiny bit of it."

Venus watched as her other team member leaped from the second floor. Yet, unlike Peanut who had perfectly adjusted his distance, Donk seemed to have jumped randomly, hitting a tree beside the building before dropping to the ground on his giant ass, denting the soft soil into the shape of his buttcheeks.

"Idiot," Venus remarked as she turned around and headed to the next group of Peanut’s victims.

Below the tree, Donk slowly stood up and looked at the tree in front of him.

"Tree bad. Donk butt hurt."

Donk extended his arm, and his hand suddenly widened until it was as large as a trampoline. He then swung his hand toward the tree.

A loud crack ensued as Donk’s enlarged hand swatted the tree, breaking apart the lower part of its trunk. The large tree then fell to the side, slamming onto the street.

"Bad tree dead. Donk like," Donk remarked with a grin. After reverting his hand size, he walked toward the dorm where many students were still gathered in front of the entrance.

The numerous students looked at Donk from afar. They could definitely run away, but Peanut was merrily darting through the streets near the dorm, knocking out every unfortunate person in his path.

Suddenly, someone shouted, "Everyone, let’s gang up on him!"

Drai turned his head and saw the shadow of familiar figures a distance away from him. They were the four members of Swift Squad.

Klaus stepped forward and looked at the surrounding students. There were more people here now since most of the ones that were gathered in the main hall had come out to check on the loud commotion.

"Listen! I don’t know who these people are or what their motivation is. But seeing how they’ve destroyed the surroundings and attacked the students, they’re definitely bad people. Rather than waiting to be captured like those guys or run away and get attacked by the other guy, let’s fight back!" Klaus tried rousing the crowd.

Klaus’ words caused a ruckus among the students who immediately conversed with their friends, deciding whether to follow the burly man’s words.

Seeing that nobody had replied after a few seconds, James quickly stepped forward.

"What are you guys waiting for?! Look, that fat dude is coming here soon to spank your asses to oblivion just like what he did to that tree! And don’t worry about our firepower! That guy might be a second-stage evolver, but we’ve got Boss Drai on our side!!" James loudly exclaimed as he pointed toward Drai who had been quietly standing beside Christo and Jian.
