She Has Three Little Treasures: Fake Heiress, Yet Captures The Tycoon's Heart-Chapter 972: It’s Actually One Person
Claire Lowell was momentarily stunned by Pip Finch’s words, and then burst into hearty laughter.
She laughed so hard that she accidentally choked, causing her stomach to ache.
Even so, Claire couldn’t control herself, clutching her stomach as she rolled on the ground, unable to straighten her back from laughing.
Pip Finch was utterly baffled, looking at Raina North in confusion: "Orion, what’s wrong with Miss Lowell? Did she catch some kind of rabies or something?"
Yes, surely that must be it; otherwise, why would Miss Lowell be so terrifying, laughing to the point of giving everyone goosebumps?
Claire caught a few deep breaths upon hearing Pip’s words, barely controlling her laughter as she said, "Well, I have to thank Leader Finch for telling such an excellent joke. Haha... Orion Rivers is Rise? It’s just too funny! Haha..."
Did that idiot Pip forget that Orion Rivers is a man and Rise is a woman!
The genders don’t even match, yet he dares to claim they are the same person; surely he’s out of his mind!
"What’s so funny about that? Isn’t it just that my Orion is actually a woman who disguised herself as a man to establish The Celestial Alliance? And then, seeing our Umbral Zone not being appreciated by music maestros, she composed a few pieces and held a few concerts, becoming the internationally renowned Master Rise?"
Given Pip Finch’s crazy admiration for Raina North, he didn’t think anything of it.
Let’s put it this way, if Raina told Pip Finch that he was also the queen of the world, Pip would believe it without hesitation.
No help for it; his Orion is just that outstanding.
Claire’s ability to accept things was nowhere near as good as Pip Finch’s.
Upon hearing Pip’s words, she felt as if she’d been choked, and after a long while, she exclaimed in an unusually high-pitched voice: "What did you say? Disguise? No! That’s absolutely impossible!"
How could such an absurd thing be true!
Disguise? This isn’t a TV show; how could someone completely disguise themselves as another person!
Moreover, even if they did disguise as someone else, achieving success wouldn’t be that easy.
She always maintained an aloof manner, yet in reality, she had heard many influential figures praising Orion Rivers.
Raina North, having single-handedly established The Celestial Alliance, is much too young.
And Master Rise is also not old; her status and position need no elaboration. As long as she is willing to stay in the Umbral Zone, she would instantly become the most powerful woman there, without a doubt.
Yet Pip Finch actually claimed these two people were one.
Impossible, that’s absolutely impossible.
Upon seeing Claire’s flustered state, Pip Finch couldn’t help but think this woman was hopeless: "Truly a flower in a greenhouse, her acceptance capacity is just too poor."
Claire nearly exploded upon hearing Pip’s words.
Was her ability to accept things that poor?
This was a normal reaction, wasn’t it?
How could anyone calmly accept such a ridiculous thing!
If Claire had shouted out her thoughts, Pip Finch would definitely jump in to say, he accepts it especially, especially well.
Claire took a deep breath, looked up at Elias Hawthorne, gritting her teeth as she said, "Nameless, are you sure you want to just stand by while Orion Rivers spouts nonsense like this? Do you realize how much trouble these words could bring you if they spread?"
"Who says she’s spouting nonsense?" Elias Hawthorne looked down at Claire Lowell: "Everything she said is true."
With those words, not waiting for Claire to respond, Elias turned around, took some tools from Pip Finch, and busied himself at Raina North’s face.
A few minutes later, he finished.
And, in that short amount of time, the face of Orion Rivers in front of them had completely changed.
