I was beyond excited for our outing today, I could finally see the Realm he single-handedly created, the excitement coursing through my veins. Nicklaus came a bit late but he still came through, and he seemed odd like something was bothering him. Whenever he looked at me I could feel the gravity that something was wrong, I pondered what it might be, I just hoped he was okay. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚

"Are you alright?" I asked, breaking the silence, I was seated next to him as the carriage moved, his arm around me and his gaze below. I noticed whenever his gaze was below, something was definitely bothering him. I wondered what it could possibly be, and then I looked sad.

"I took you away from work did I not?"

His gaze landed on me, the moment he saw my sad face he frowned. "No, you did not... I was the one who asked for this outing in the first place, I want to spend every of my time with you"

"Then why are spacing out? Your mind seems to be somewhere else" I pouted.

A smile graced his lips as he cupped my cheeks with those magnetic hands of his, and then I sighed in relief.

"I’m not just..." he paused, I placed my hand on his against my cheek before leaning up and brushing a peck against his lips.

"You know you can tell me anything, what’s bothering you Husband?" I asked worriedly, hoping he would tell me what was wrong.

He took my hand and gave the knuckles a kiss, his eyes on me. "Nothing my heartbeat, just tired from work"

"A god tired?" I mocked.

"Well the deity name was given to us because of how powerful we’re, we’re not exactly supreme, we’re just magical beings who can do things Mortals can’t"

I rolled my eyes. "I just mocked not asking for a full explanation"

"You certainly do," he mused, leaning in for another kiss, but with a finger on his lips, I paused.

"No touching Husband, for today, is all about spending time together," I said with a smirk against my lips.

He took a finger away, he grabbed one of my legs up to his waist, and then I gasped. "I told you wife I’m not for patience today", my body ran in a deep shiver at his words.

"If we start we won’t stop again to stop," I said with a whisper.

"Who said we were stopping"

I jumped when I felt his hand careless my lap from under my gown. "I’m just in as much heat as you’re" he said, our lips merely inches apart but he didn’t kiss me.

Yes, true I was still in heat, my body was more sensitive than usual, but I was trying my hardest to control it for I knew it was my Fox, but whenever I was with Nicklaus control went out the window, almost like the Fox was stirred up by his mere presence.

"Let me touch you wife...", his hand to my thighs now. "And let me ease both of our hearts", the back of my head hit the carriage wall as his finger caressed me.

"Oh, Nicklaus" I moaned softly, a smile on my lips.

"Yes wife," he said huskily, breathing on my face. I gripped his jacket tightly, staring at him in heat.

"Touch me more," I said eagerly and then he obliged.

"Your majesties, we have arrived" at the sudden sound of the chauffeur’s voice at the door, I jumped, snapping out of my trance of heat, but I remained still as my cheeks flushed.

Nicklaus’ chest vibrated from a deep growl, I could tell he was pissed but there was nothing to be done, there was officially no alone time for both of us anymore.

"We will finish this later" he assured me. But the state I was in I wanted him to keep going, I didn’t want him to stop, he had already stirred the flame, I moaned in disagreement and he chuckled slightly, dropping my leg.

"You sound like a hurt Fox" he mused.

"I’m hurt"

"So am I... but we have to do what we planned, do we not?"

"Yes," I said, sighing in defeat.

"That’s my wildfire" he mused, but I could see it in his eyes. He wanted to remain in the carriage, he wanted to stay back just like I wanted, but this was an outing... I took a deep breath.

Nicklaus stepped down first before stretching his hand for me to take, I did as he helped me down.

"Wife, this is the Vampire Realm," he said as the carriage moved away from the view, and then my breath was taken away from the most beautiful view I have ever seen.

"Nicklaus this is..." I was lost for words, how wondrous could this be? From the view there was were several floating mountains of ice, wide and spread out, with white trees bearing white flowers, the snow descending in some areas, and I could see several people either walking alone or a couple or some horse riding, and some merely having a picnic under the big white tree, the cold didn’t seem to bother them as they were all happy with whatever they were doing.

"This is so beautiful," I said, captivated and what caught my attention was the big waterfall at the center, the spill of large water, some ice balls within them, it was truly an amazing sight.

"Do you like it?" he asked behind me.

"I do not like it... I love it!" I faced him, unable to find words that could possibly describe the scene before me. " Your Realm is so wonderful", a smile graced his lips.

"Come, we have more to do" he states, I took his arm as we began sauntering, Nicklaus told the knights there was no need for them to follow, I knew he just wanted us to be alone and I smiled at the thought.

We both walked a long path filled with white trees, some vampires walking around, but they didn’t seem to notice us.

"I do not want the entire civilization worshiping us right now, so I cast a spell"

"A spell"

"Right now we’re just merely royal couples having an outing" he shrugs. I smiled, so that’s why he asked the knights to stay behind.

"Tell me, wife , do you enjoy the view?"

I nodded. "It’s beautiful, you really are a master of art... tell me husband how did you create such a Realm?"

"It’s difficult," he admitted and I seemed more interested to know more.

"Magic wasn’t part of a quality Vampires possess, although we were considered magical beings, we were merely just Vampires leaving in the Mortal Realm, out of sight and hidden from civilization, we ruled the night, but then I was 5, the memories of the Mortal is hazy... we lived with ancient vampires then, not many are alive now" he explains.

"So how did you learn magic?"

"While I and my brother and sister as royals that we are we’re never let out of sight to protect our legacy and not converge with humans, the elders never let us out, we were carefully watch and taken care of because of our powerful bloodline, I felt like a bird in a cage"

"That must have been awful," I said in a sad tone.

He just forced a smile. "Living in the Mortal Realm we weren’t exactly free, I was always curious of the world outside castle walls and then I left to see for myself what the Mortal Realm is all about... at the night when the moon was highest, I think a festival was being held then, watching the Mortals how joyous they were and free in their own world as they celebrated their culture, I carved something of that sort, wanting a place where my people can call their home" he said as his eyes grew wistful.

"I met a woman in the festival, a sprite"

"What did she say?" I asked with curiosity, because I had a hint she was a seer, someone like Cora.

"She couldn’t see anything... although it’s understandable because creatures like us our fate can’t be read but she saw something which stroked me as odd"

"What did she see?"

"She saw my path of enlightenment, that I will be first to reach the impossible and the last to obtain it" he said with a deep breath, "So I sorted something out... The Holy Library"

"The Holy Library?" I said puzzled, it sounded so familiar and then my eyes widened in realization. "The Holy Library, the first Knowledge of the world", I remembered reading about it from the books.

"Yes..."

"Have you been there?"

"The first and the last, that was what her visions meant"

"I don’t believe it... Nicklaus you have been to such a place that has appeared to no one before, its merely just an anchor to all knowledge to the world and never have anyone in History gone there"

"Well I have" he shrugged like it was no big deal.

"You must tell me how is it? What does it look like? And how on earth did you get there!"

He laughed at my eager curiosity. "Calm down love one at a time" he mused.
