Sky-cracking Rider-Chapter 610: Section 606 - The Third Evidence
The sky darkened as several large flying species passed overhead at low altitude, their wings stirring up a violent gale that shook the roadside trees and sent countless leaves dancing chaotically into the distance.
From afar, a roar thundered like a clap of lightning.
"Four-Winged Sky Eagles, Fury Tide Dragons, Sandhorn Feathered Serpents, do not approach the main thoroughfare at low altitude!"
Even within the Mobile Base Vehicle, Chen Fei and Princess Lin Ziyu could still hear it clearly, as if the roar carried with it a trace of psychic impact.
"That voice must be the headmaster of Spectacle Royal Academy, the Psychic Giant Dragon, Illusion Dragon Clyde," Chen Fei said.

Princess Lin Ziyu immediately recognized who was roaring.
It was hard to imagine that a generally temperate member of the Illusion Dragon Race could display such irritability.
Even the most even-tempered would turn berserk when faced with a bunch of clueless young intelligent species.
"Chirp!"
Little Bird's claws were fitted with a leg ring designed to resist psychic attacks, totally ignoring the minor mental shock.
Within the entirety of Spectacle Royal Academy, no bird would casually let out a shout like that and not scare everyone away.
"Take a right at the intersection ahead; the largest building is the one. Yilan is inside, attending an open class," Princess Lin Ziyu continued to give directions. Each member of the Metallic Dragon Clan had a tracking module, so Yilan's exact location was easy to find.
The summer vacation for high school students had already begun. Some of the Metallic Dragon youths chose to lie flat and wait to be fed, idly wasting time, while others went to factories and mines to work for pocket money to satisfy their cravings. Some looked after their younger siblings in the Young Dragon Garden, acting as the king of the kids, and a very few continued to study diligently.
Chen Fei had not anticipated that Yilan, who was still attending high school, would take advantage of the summer vacation to sit in on college classes. Such diligence was rare not only among the Metallic Dragons but also within the entire Dragon Clan.
In a large forest, one finds birds of every feather, and even within the Metallic Dragon Clan, there are a few exceptional cases.
A colossal roofless building resembling a beast-fighting arena was merely a classroom in Spectacle Royal Academy. Without a roof or ceiling, there wasn't much need for architectural mechanics, making it relatively easy to construct and rebuild at low cost.
The classroom's interior was the size of a standard football stadium that could seat fifty thousand spectators, with well-arranged tiered platforms to accommodate large Intelligent Species to find their suitable spots.
A Tree Boundary Ape led the way for the party comprising Princess Lin Ziyu; it was one of the professors here responsible for the natural sciences courses. The teaching staff at the academy was not limited to large Intelligent Species, but as time passed, such large species were likely to become more numerous, turning Spectacle Royal Academy into a true Colossal-size Academy where colossal creatures both learned and taught.
At first sight of this Tree Boundary Ape, Chen Fei almost mistook it for Old Tree Boundary Ape Lulu'an, his former battle companion, except that this ape appeared younger and stronger.
Most Tree Boundary Apes hail from the Tree Sea Great Forest on the Mirei Continent, and Lulu'an might even be related to this one.
Standing at the center of the classroom was a Demon Race professor, sporting deep purple skin, bulging muscles, broad fangs, standing over three meters tall, and possessing sharp bone spurs on his head and joints to aid in close combat. If he had not been dressed in a neatly pressed suit with his hair done neatly and styled, you might think he was a genuine Demon Tribe Ferocious Berserker holding a bloody wolf-tooth club and wearing only a draped piece of beast skin.
In fact, this Demon Race professor was an authentic spellcaster, simultaneously teaching and using spells to create images in mid-air.
The classroom featured no blackboards, desks, or paper textbooks and exercise books. However, atop each large Intelligent Species student's head was a custom-made psychic-enhancing Alchemical Artifact, using magic power to convert to spiritual power for prolonged output and precise control. They expertly used stylus pens to interact with the large tablet screens before them, taking notes diligently.
A bunch of Magical Beasts capable of casting spells studying with technology was a scene you would not see on Blue Star, akin to a fantastical CG painting.
"... Based on Blue Star's 'Great World Tree Origin Theory,' and furthering this idea, I propose a new hypothesis: the 'Great World Tree Plane Theory.' It is well known that the starry sky of Cangqiong Star is vastly different from that of Blue Star. Blue Star is located in the Solar System, which lies on the inner edge of the Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. The Milky Way is part of the Local Group within the Virgo Supercluster, whereas Cangqiong Star is in the Holy Sun System, which is situated on the outer edge of the Celestial River System's Wind Dark Arm, part of the Giant Constellation Supercluster. Despite our best efforts with computers and radio telescopes, we are unable to locate each other's constellation groups, suggesting that Blue Star and Cangqiong Star are in separate Planar worlds, aligning with the Superstring M-Theory to some extent—this is the first piece of evidence. According to observations from Blue Star, the universe is around 13.82 billion years old, but from Cangqiong Star's vantage, it appears to be about 16.51 billion years old, further proving the two planets are not in the same universe. We are different leaves on the cosmic World Tree, similar yet distinct—this is the second piece of evidence. Now, can anyone guess what the third piece of evidence is?"
The muscular Demon Race professor spoke confidently amidst a crowd of large Intelligent Species students, immediately capturing the attention of Princess Lin Ziyu and her companions as they entered the classroom.
"Wow, it's the 'Great World Tree Origin Theory' speculation again!"
This speculation has always been a hot topic in universities, endlessly popular. Chen Fei had heard interpretations of this speculation when he was in college. Cangqiong Star went even further, now even deducing newer theories and proposing evidence, each one as shocking as a thunderclap, beyond what one could have imagined.
As he listened to the Demon Race professor's lecture, he looked around the entire classroom. Every large intelligent species' physical characteristics were quite prominent; in comparison to the fierce appearance of the Metallic Dragons, they didn't stand out as much, but relying on his Metal Elemental Psychic Power's reaction, Chen quickly spotted two Metallic Dragons in one corner.
But... which one was Yilan?
In the eyes of the Human Race, dragons of the same Element looked almost identical, and vice versa.
"Have you found them?"
Princess Lin Ziyu was also looking around, but to no avail; the platforms were all so large, and without Chen's Visual Assistance Skills, she couldn't distinguish among the large intelligent species in a short time.
"Found them, let's head over there. Um, or do you want to wait here for me?"
Chen hesitated, Yilan could have a reasonable conversation with him, but the temperament of the other Metallic Dragon beside her was unknown.
Princess Lin Ziyu confidently stated, "Don't worry about me. The Slan Royal Family understands every Metallic Dragon like the back of their hand."
It could be said that almost all of the Metallic Dragons born in the past millennium grew up under the watchful eyes of members of the Slan Royal Family; any disobedient young dragons had long been disciplined to be obedient.
Just at that moment, a large Earth Elemental Magical Beast named Ferrero, its body as big as a locomotive and covered in brown-yellow armor pieces, slapped its paw on the platform's floor and said loudly, "Professor Malukard, I guess it should be Magical Elemental Energy. The eleven types of Elemental Energy are the source of the Great World Tree's growth. Our Cangqiong Star is in a plane that is closer to the root, so we can share the active Elemental Energy. Blue Star, however, is in a plane further away from the root where the Elemental Energy has settled, which is why they have no magic and can only follow the path of mechanical and technological civilization!"
Ferrero also had some advertisements printed on its body, making some pocket money shamelessly.
The most heavily advertised creatures were none other than the colossal-size species; among the Magical Beasts, the Xuanyu Huang Star tribes, who sported moving video ads, offered an excellent visual effect while flying midair.
The Magical Beasts didn't mind these at all; some even treated it as unique tattoos to show off. Everyone was satisfied—earning Star Yuan, standing out individuals, and reinforcing individuality.
"Hmm! Very good, a progressive way of thinking!"
The Demon Race professor immediately affirmed the answer given by the student Ferrero, much to the big guy's delight as its armor pieces vibrated and rubbed together, making a rustling sound.
"Professor, perhaps there's not just one Great World Tree. Cangqiong Star and Blue Star might not necessarily be on the same Great Tree World."
Once thoughts diverged, another large intelligent species student threw out an explosively speculative idea. It was a Dark Element amphibious Magical Beast, the Abyss Serpent, coiled up with a body covered in three rows of long bone spines. Despite its frightening appearance, it was a genuine Rational Species Magical Beast with the ability to speak—or more accurately, it used mental shocks to vibrate the air to produce sound.
"That's indeed possible, but according to the third piece of evidence I have, both planets should be on the same Great World Tree. Any other answers?"
Even though the idea was a bit wild, the Demon Race professor still greatly encouraged this capacity for self-reflection.
After two responses, he hoped to receive even more, continuing to prompt students to speak up eagerly. Whether the answers were right or wrong didn't matter as much as the experience of engaging in the discussion.
Aside from appearances, these large intelligent species students were almost indistinguishable from the students in Human Race academies.
In Cangqiong Star, where numerous intelligent species coexist, racial discrimination has never had any room to survive.
In the classroom, the size of a standard soccer field, buzzes and hums echoed constantly, supplemented by the mode of conversation that involved mental force fluctuations as the large intelligent species students chatted with one another.
Chen didn't disturb the two Metallic Dragons deep in thought but followed the small path between the platforms to reach the one where they were situated, along with Princess Lin Ziyu.
