The three demons glanced at Hero King Samuel.

The middle-aged man stood up and announced, "I'll use the identity of that slime and gain control over all the demons he takes under his control."

"How?" the panther asked, raising her eyebrows. "It's not easy to take the identity of a Demon King heir."

"Indeed, not easy, but it can be done if you just follow my plan," Samuel grinned with a cruel gleam of light in his eyes.

After a few moments—

"Did you get the plan?" Samuel asked, slumping back to his chair and placing his right leg over the other.

He hissed, "I don't want any problem or fault from your side while following my plan."

He narrowed his eyes at the three demons, who nodded bitterly. "Yes."

Meanwhile, on the other side, the gang was planning their next move.

Everyone glanced down as Elder Nobara spread the map wide. "This is where we are—Remorae City," he said, pointing to a castle on the map. "Once the heart of demon civilization… now just a forsaken city."

Averon glanced at the map spread over the ground.

The map was a few meters wide.

"This big?" he muttered, knitting his brows.

Pointing towards the surroundings around the castle, Nobara continued, "This is covered by forest."

"Indeed, the forest acts as a natural defensive barrier," Lily added. "All intruders need to defeat the powerful demons living in the forest to get to this city. It was a natural way of defending."

"But now it's no longer a suitable place," Elder Nobara sighed, glancing at the palace.

With narrowed eyes, he added, "The surrounding is the Eldergloom Forest." Swiping his palm to the center of the forest, he tapped. "This is where we should build the new home."

He glanced at Averon, who nodded with a small smile. "Good—using the same method of forest as defense."

"This would take a few months to travel, wouldn't it?" Lily asked, looking down at the map.

"That long?" Bull#1 questioned, raising his brows. "Despite being so low-leveled, we can easily cover 15 kilometers per day."

Little Slime raised his short hands. "Yes, we can travel… Lady, you haven't seen how fast we ran before in…"

He tilted his body, "What was its name?"

Lily, tapping on the area Nobara had chosen, said, "This is more than 1000 kilometers from here."

"What? 1000?" Averon uttered. He swept through the map searching for... 'A scale—there must be a scale.'

On the map, only a short circle of area made up the forest, yet such a large distance had shocked him.

Lily covered her mouth and smiled as she spotted Averon hurriedly checking the map.

"This section alone is more than 100 kilometers," Nobara explained, indicating a certain distance on the map.

"Then this entire map must be a continent, right?" Averon asked, sweeping his eyes over the map once more.

"This entire map is the map of Verdania," Nobara replied softly.

"And this must be where we teleported from," Mama Slime said, pointing towards a city a little farther away from the palace.

Averon glanced at Mama Slime's pointed area. 'Oh, it's written in the demonic language. Looks like she inherited the Universal Tongue.'

He sighed, 'I wouldn't have had to struggle so hard in the Trial of Wisdom nor in the beginning of loops, if I had the Universal Tongue.'

After a moment, he came to the point. "So this is the map of one country?... I mean a single kingdom?"

'They don't have the concept of a country,' he clicked his tongue.

"Yes. This is the map of the kingdom 'Remoria' built by Remora in the past—and one of the many kingdoms on the demon continent," Lily said, circling her index finger around the entire map.

"Now Verdania," Nobara sighed.

'This single map is almost the size of Earth,' Averon blinked. 'As expected of fantasy worlds—they are always massive. If I estimate, this entire planet must be more than 50 times bigger than Earth… or even more.'

Cow#1 questioned, her voice low, "This forest—are there powerful monsters?"

Bull#1 glared at her. "Do you think anything is stronger than her?" He pointed at Lily.

Cow#1 tilted her head. "Why? I think she is ordinary." She took a good look at Lily. "A tree demon with an extraordinary appearance."

"Idiot," Bull#1 snarled. "She was in the palace from the beginning—now do you think she is weak?"

Cow#1 didn't respond but shook her head, thinking, 'I don't believe you.'

"Don't worry, boss slime will protect us," Little Slime bounced on her. "He has gotten even stronger."

Everyone grinned, hearing Little Slime.

"So, shall we start the journey?" Averon asked with a small smile, changing to humanoid form.

"Why are you rushing?" Nobara asked, folding the map.

"Huh?" Averon tilted his head.

"Okay, it's getting late then—let's rest here." He raised his head. The black sun was close to setting completely.

"No, it's not because of that," Mama Slime bounced to Averon's hands and grinned cheerfully. "Let's celebrate today, since you passed the trials."

She cuddled in his arms.

"Yeah! Let's celebrate, boss slime," Little Slime bounced around Averon.

"Celebrate? But we don't have anything to celebrate with," Averon said, glancing at his surroundings.

"Here you go," Elder Nobara pulled out luxurious crimson liquid glass bottles and delicious fruits in a jar.

"As for meat," Elder Nobara gave a cruel smile. "We'll hunt a few beasts for meat."

"Leave the hunting to me," Lily said as Averon was about to rush into the forest to hunt a few beasts.

"I'll bring the meat. You enjoy yourself with the others," Lily added, as she disappeared.

Boom!

'What incredible speed,' Averon thought. 'When I was using the King's Mark, I could track her movements. Now…'

While they were preparing to celebrate, the Moon God's priestess played her card.

In a certain forest filled with huge trees—

On a grassy field, a huge silver-white circular magic rune flashed on the ground as Elena appeared on it.

'This is where that Ogre General, Maldrak, must be,' she mused with a sly smile.

Just as she checked her surroundings, a five-meter-tall, red, muscular humanoid man clad in light gray battle armor jumped in front of her.

His lower front teeth extended out of his lower lip, and blue flames burned on them.

The red demon, Maldrak, barked in a raspy voice, "Who are you? And why did you come here?"

Elena grinned, a gleam of cunningness flashing in her eyes. "I think you have sensed the presence of a new Demon King heir."

Maldrak's fangs burned brighter with blue flames.

Raising his brows, he asked, "Tell me… is he strong?"
