Caden Lockwood was speechless, "What are you so happy about?"

"I’m happy for you, boss!" Sean said with a laugh, "When the misses sees you, she’ll definitely be just as happy!"

An approving glint flashed through Caden Lockwood’s eyes. He glanced at Evelyn Morgan, pulled out his phone, and called Julian Keaton.

"** Restaurant, I’m treating you to a meal," Caden Lockwood said in a deep voice, "Be there in five minutes."

"No problem!" Julian Keaton replied cheerfully, "I’m nearby anyway! It’s rare for you to treat me! In a good mood? Sorted out your emotional issues?"

Caden Lockwood didn’t bother responding to Julian Keaton and simply hung up.

Before the car even reached Evelyn Morgan, Caden Lockwood saw Logan Shaw running towards her, and their faces lit up with radiant smiles when they met.

The atmosphere inside the car instantly plummeted to freezing point, the air grew so oppressive that it was suffocating.

Sean Ashton turned his head stiffly, looking at Caden Lockwood. The smile that was on his face moments ago was now engulfed in darkness, his sharp black eyes glaring at Evelyn Morgan and Logan Shaw as though he wanted to devour them alive.

Sean Ashton shivered all over.

He deeply regretted it.

If he had known it would turn out like this, he would have driven away, pretending not to see the missus.

Now they’re doomed. The boss saw the missus with another man, for sure he’s going to fly into a rage!

Evelyn Morgan didn’t notice Caden Lockwood’s car at all. After meeting Logan Shaw, the two of them headed into the restaurant, found a seat, waiting for Cecilia Lynch together.

Besides, who in their right mind would provoke a raging beast?

Julian Keaton nodded to himself, thinking "beast" was quite an apt nickname for Caden Lockwood.
