Soul World Of Strong Souls-Chapter 74: Taming the wolf

In a brightly lit room with a brown wall around, with a shortage of windows, stood a tall, black-haired guy, Kai. He was on his feet, his eyes closed after he landed. He was topless while wearing black trousers. His black coat and t-shirt landed next to him.

He picked his clothes and put them on while he said, "Back here again." He sighed and looked up as he continued saying, "What a pain. I’m so tired, but I, I chose to come here, so I should pay for my choice."

He finished putting on his clothes, and he wiped his coat with his hands. It was a bit dirty since it was on the ground. While he was wiping it, he said, "It’s time to get serious and accept reality." His eyes were wide open as he glared at the front. They went full of determination and anger. They were still glowing red.

He took a deep breath with his eyes closed, and suddenly, he was pushed from behind. He didn’t see what was behind or in front since his eyes were all shut.

With the lack of strength, he easily found his way to the ground. When he fell, he went and lay down on his back, with his head also clinging to the ground.

In his mind, he said, "What the hell is this thing...?" he asked while he opened his eyes. Suddenly, he widened his eyes and said, "Wolf!"

There were a lot of footsteps that thudded from Kai’s right side. When he was down, within a second after saying his last word, a female voice echoed through the thin, clean air, saying, "Wolfy, wait!"

Kai looked at the wolf that licked his cheek and said, "Wolfy?"

He looked at the right side and saw a girl’s feet exchanging going towards him. He looked a bit up and saw the girl fully. He then asked, "Sophia?"

The girl was around 30 meters away from Kai. She realized that it was Kai and said, "Kai? Kai!"

Sophia ran towards Kai, while Kai stood up to welcome her because it was going to be awkward if she opened her arms to someone who was on the ground. 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖

Nicely, she hugged him, and that pushed him behind to take a balancing step. After that hug, she cutely glared at Kai’s face and said, "Thank god you are back!"

Her face was filled with mischief and honesty. As for Kai, he was blushing, feeling her body hugging him tight, and she was so close. His face was a bit red, and he looked away after he said, "Huh!" since he was surprised by her words and her actions. He once wanted to hug her, but she denied, but this time, she was the one doing the action, and that got Kai’s heart racing.

Sophia continued saying, "I missed you so much, and I even thought that you were dead since you disappeared just like that!" She looked at him with her tearing eyes.

He softly gave her a sorry glance and said, "Umm, sorry for worrying you."

She shook her head in denial and said, "Ah ah, it’s okay, as long as you are back." she said while she leaned her head on Kai’s chest, feeling his warmth.

"Ah, okay." Kai was terrified to see her on his chest; he feared that she’d be hearing his racing heart.

Suddenly, Sophia widened her eyes while she was on Kai’s chest. Her face was all red, while her mind replayed what she said to Kai. And also, Kai’s racing heart reminded her that what she was doing was definitely scaring Kai and that she was too close to him.

She suddenly let him go, and she took 3 steps back in fear and shame. That sudden action left Kai astonished; his eyes were wide open while he was thinking if he did something wrong. Sophia looked away by looking to the right side, blushing while playing with a strip of her hair as she twisted it on her right hand, index finger.

Softly, she said, "Sorry!"

Kai narrowed his eyes and said, "Ahh, why are you sorry?"

Sophia gasped and silently said, ’Wait, he’s not mad, he’s not even... Should I have continued? No, no, no, that’s wrong; I shouldn’t get too close to guys. But I loved to be in his chest... Wait, no I didn’t; he’s just cute and nice, nothing more!’ Sophia continued to speak silently.

Kai was surprised by her quietness. He narrowed his eyes and glared at her closely. She had her eyes gazing at the ground while wide open. She realized that she had to reply, and that same second, Kai wanted to ask about her quietness. She quickly responded to "Why are you sorry?" by saying, "Nothing really!"

"Ohh, okay!"

She glared at him and said, "And you look kinda different!"

Kai widened his eyes and bent his neck a bit to the right. "Huh?"

Suddenly, Kai was hit by a headache that was like it wanted to take off the right side of his head. He turned around to the right side while holding his head with both of his hands.

Suddenly, he crashed down on his knees with his eyes tightly closed. Sophia ran towards him to help him.

She asked, "Kai, what’s wrong?"

Suddenly Kai got his right hand on Sophia’s chest while he tried to stop her. She stopped and glared at Kai’s hand that found its way through her boobs.

She made a soft sound like a hiss while her face got red as she blushed, but at the same time she was astonished. She suddenly turned to the right and slapped Kai’s hand.

Suddenly, Kai was calm, but the head was still painful, and again, the screen was glitching. It was clear, but it was all red, and his eyes started to glow.

Kai took in a lot of deep breaths trying to suppress the pain, and the wolf was whimpering next to him. Suddenly, he held the wolf’s head with his left hand, and the system clearly revealed the words while the background of the words was glitching.
