Jeremy opened his eyes and checked his body. His body was covered in black filth. The successive breakthroughs had cleansed the impurities in his body.

His physique had evolved to Tier-3. The Tier-3 strength had brought him huge changes. His physique had become well-built, and his bones had become stronger.

He felt the hidden energy in his flesh. It was a normal development that occurred as the result of the Tier-3 breakthrough.

But he was interested in the special changes. Especially the changes brought by the arrowhead-shaped tiny rock with the purple power.

He then closed his eyes and performed an internal inspection. He could see the details clearly, way better than before.

The veins now had purple dots on them. Expectation increased in his heart. He had witnessed how the tiny rock made him break through to Tier-3.

Since he had the purple dots, just like the rock, he thought there could be some ability hidden in them. He wouldn’t know until he did something.

He then opened his eyes and stood up. First, he needed a place to clean this filth. The filth was giving off a foul smell.

He then walked away from the place. As time went by, he made his way back toward the city. He then came across a pond.

This pond was formed naturally because of the rain. He quickly went there to clean himself. He saw that the pond water was somewhat clean, so he didn’t have any problem.

He cleansed himself. Then, he wore a new uniform and walked away from the place.

Not long after, he came across a corrupted beast. The corrupted beast was a Stone Horned Snake. It stretched over 20ft in height. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

Stone scales covered the beast’s body. The snake’s head had sharp, horn-like spikes and four red eyes.

The Stone Horned Snake hissed. It was not an ordinary beast, but a Tier-5 Corrupted Beast.

Jeremy Night had already brought his katana blade out. His eyes were locked onto the beast, but his katana blade was pointing downward.

The Tier-5 Stone Scaled Beast was observing the prey. It could tell that the human prey was a Tier-3 Beast Tamer.

It had contact with human Beast Tamers before.

Its intelligence was better than lower-tier corrupted beasts. It knew some of the human Beast Tamers had killed beasts above their strength.

Earlier, the starlight power used to be liquid. But this time, the changes were special. When he tried to control it, he found the starlight power was solid.

A single layer of thread tore from the solid starlight power. A single hair-sized thread hovered above.

Feeling that, he was shocked. Though his gaze was locked onto the Stone Scaled Beast, he could perceive what was happening inside.

The snake beast hissed out again before charging forward. The speed of the snake was terribly fast.

It appeared before him in a flash. Jeremy brought the blade forward out of instinct.

The snake’s mouth collided with the flat side of the blade. The impact force pushed him backward.

Jeremy retreated. He felt the impact force in both of his hands. But compared to before, his physique was more powerful.

He quickly neutralized the power.

He then quickly covered the katana blade’s edge with the single layer of the thread. The katana had a single edge.

Right now, only the katana blade’s single edge was glowing.

Seeing that, Jeremy Night was surprised. But expectations rose in his heart. He believed that the power of the new starlight power should be higher.

The Stone Scaled Beast’s snake pupils flickered. It knew that the human Beast Tamer in front of it was not strong.

It could easily kill the beast tamer.

The Stone Scaled Beast shot out black venom. A black streak of light swept across the sky. Its target was the human Beast Tamer.

The Stone Scaled Snake beast hissed out loud before falling to the ground.

Jeremy appeared above the beast’s head in a flash. He then made rapid cuts to sever the head from the beast.

The huge snake body rolled over on the ground. He then looked at the blade again. The starlight thread was still there.
