The following day,

Jeremy woke up and followed his usual routine. It didn’t take long for him to complete it. He then entered the practice room.

A few minutes later,

The room was filled with dense, pure natural energy. He started practicing the breathing method.

As the natural energy entered his body, he guided the energy and circulated it as per the route. The cells in his body were absorbing the natural energy greedily. He continued the process.

Time passed.

The hidden injuries were healing at a faster rate. His physique had healing attributes as well; they kicked in and started aiding in the healing process.

He had suffered some hidden injuries in a previous mission. He even found small green dots using internal vision.

He was shocked, because the color of the green dots was similar to the color of the venom sprayed by the Tier-6 Spider.

How could he forget that? He used his second eye ability to verify the situation, and the result was positive. He had inhaled venom particles into his body.

Fine beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. There were poison particles in his body which he wasn’t aware of.

The natural energy circulation was healing them, but he was not completely sure. He decided to purchase a healing treasure later.

Then he collected his thoughts and continued with the practice.

He walked out of the practice room. He had a look of satisfaction. He believed it wouldn’t be long before he reached the second rank.

Before that, he needed to solve the poison problem. He didn’t want to inform Sister Melinda or Head Harold.

Otherwise, they would ask further questions as well. He didn’t want to talk about the mission. He still had credit points earned through the mission.

He decided to check the association’s online platform later. Then he went to take a bath. There, he spent another 20 minutes.

He walked out and wore comfortable clothes. Then he went to the sofa and sat down. He picked up the device and went through the online platform.

There were many online stores. He went to the page of the association’s store. He searched for a treasure which could heal the poison of the Tier-6 Spider.

They were not upfront about it; when he looked for side effects on the page, there was no information about them.

So, he decided to use the natural treasures. As he went through the natural treasure lists, he saw many related to snake venom. He wanted the cure for spider venom. His gaze then fell on one particular treasure.

He didn’t even know until his practice that there were poisonous green dots in his body. Fortunately, he found them at the right time.

Then he waited for the treasure to arrive.

The delivery person phoned him. Jeremy left his room and quickly went to the exit. When he came outside, he saw the delivery person.

His arrival drew attention. The passersby saw him as well. He ignored their gazes and approached the delivery person.

After confirming the transaction details, he received the box containing the item. He put it away in his storage ring. The delivery person left.

He then went back inside the building.

"Kid, what did you buy from the store?" a middle-aged man asked. He was one of the staff. Jeremy recognized the person.

He smiled and said, "It’s safety gear."

The middle-aged man was taken aback. "If it were safety items, you could buy them here. There is no need to buy from the store," he said.

Jeremy shook his head and said, "I had been eyeing the product for a long time. So I bought it."

"Hmmm," the middle-aged man said nothing further.

Jeremy then returned to his room. After meeting the middle-aged man earlier, he recalled something: there must be others paying attention to his activities as well. He had to be careful.

Then he entered the practice room. He turned on the switch. Once again, the natural energy filled the room. Then he took out the box.

He opened the box and saw a palm-sized berry fruit inside. It was purple in color. Upon exposure, a fragrant smell came from the fruit.

The fragrant smell was good. Then he ate the fruit and consumed it in one go. The rich fruit energy entered his body. It contained purple-colored, warm energy.

Jeremy circulated the energy inside his body. He thought the unknown beast egg would react, but it didn’t. Once again, the greedy cells absorbed the energy.

He used his internal vision to check the reaction. He saw that the green dots came into contact with the purple-colored warm energy.

The green dots were being destroyed upon coming into contact with the purple warm energy. One by one, the green dots were getting destroyed further.

The fruit energy was gone. Jeremy Night found that not only were the poison dots gone, but he felt his strength had improved as well.

His Tier-3 Rank was the same, but the power behind his brute force had increased.

He felt the points spent in buying the treasure fruit was worth it.
