"What does it do?" Ji Xinghuo asked.

Ji Xinghuo observed the enormous device, his electromagnetic induction scanning the interior of the machine, finding its structure extremely precise and complex.

Most Super Mutants, when they reach their upper limit, have a Star Power Index of less than 3000 points. If they can’t merge more Alien Species, they can only rely on long-term Cultivation, persisting bit by bit to breakthrough the limit."
