Wu Yue lifted the Crystal Stone, about to pop it into her mouth.

But just then, her eyes darted to the side and caught the gloating expression Teng Qian hadn’t managed to wipe off his face in time.

’Heh, you three little rascals, ganging up to pull one over on me?’

She brought the Crystal Stone to her lips and stuck out the very tip of her tongue for a tiny lick.

She gave a perfunctory nod. "Mm, the taste is... WH-THE???"

Smacking her lips, she stared at the Crystal Stone in her hand, her face a mask of disbelief.
