The Celibate Tycoon Has Fallen-Chapter 89: The Agonizing Taste—You’ve Had It Too?
The intense spiciness spread across Jasper Yale’s face.
Wine dripped down the man’s cheek, falling one drop at a time onto the shirt covering Jasper’s chest.
Yelena Hughes’s features twisted forcefully, as if she were cursing at him.
"My mom went through the trouble of preparing good food and drink for you."
Jasper tried to snatch the bottle from her hand, but Yelena wouldn’t let go, insisting on drinking.
"Give it to me," Jasper said coldly.
"Feeling satisfied now, little master? Hurry up and give your Nancy Alden a call, make a video if you want, let her join in on the fun."
Jasper couldn’t believe the alcohol had hit this fast, his face darkened, "Yelena Hughes, stop pretending to be drunk. I told you, this has nothing to do with Nancy."
Sigh.
If you’re going to cover up for her, at least don’t lie through your teeth, right?
Yelena’s tone was laced with sarcasm, "Let me see your eyes, they’re really beautiful, so bright and profound."
Of course, Jasper knew he had plenty of assets; each of his features was amazing on its own.
But Yelena continued, "What a pity, a pair of dog’s eyes gone blind."
"..."
Jasper’s hand was still on the bottle, about to grab it, but his grip loosened upon hearing those words.
Unable to hold it back, Yelena slammed the bottle into her mouth.
Ouch!
The pain made her cover her mouth, and all the tears she had been holding back came pouring out. Her lips were probably split, and there was a metallic taste in her mouth.
An expression of slight change appeared on Jasper’s face, "What’s wrong?"
Yelena couldn’t speak, so Jasper pulled her hand away, seeing her upper lip swollen heavily, he spoke in a voice tinged with anger, "Serves you right!"
She dropped the bottle from her hand, which fell onto Jasper’s leg, spilling the remaining half bottle of wine.
Glug glug glug—
By the time Jasper stood, it was too late; his pants were already soaked.
"Yelena, don’t think you can act crazy just because you’ve had a couple of drinks."
She held her mouth with both hands, her eyes brimming with tears, then turned and lay on the sofa.
"Stop pretending to be asleep, get up." Jasper reeked of alcohol, mainly uncomfortable, as he was dressed lightly to begin with, and now the half bottle of wine had soaked him through and through. 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖
He was someone who cared about his image and wouldn’t allow himself to go out like this.
Jasper grabbed his phone and called Hailey Jenkins, asking her to bring a change of clothes inside.
There was a spare set in the car, and soon, Hailey was knocking on the door of the private room.
Noticing the tense atmosphere between the two, Hailey said, "Little master."
"Just leave it there."
Yelena heard the sound of a belt being drawn out, and Hailey went outside to wait. He was really unabashed; Yelena lay on the sofa and could see it all clearly.
Jasper took off his trousers, then his underwear.
Yelena realized she was in the wrong spot, and when she looked up, she could directly see the tight, muscular lines of his legs, so she didn’t dare to glance randomly.
Yelena closed her eyes.
Rustling noises intensified, followed by the sound of a zipper being pulled up.
Jasper kicked her lightly, Yelena wanted to open her eyes, but her head suddenly felt dizzy.
The effect of the spirits hit, unblended at fifty degrees was no joke.
Yelena struggled to prop herself up, but her stomach burned terribly, and Jasper, seen through her eyes, was a blur.
The man reached out to pat her face, but she swatted his hand away.
"Don’t touch me."
Did he think she was his pet dog?
What’s with the patting?
Jasper pulled her up, "Let’s go."
Yelena instinctively didn’t want to leave the room, having the first impulse to avoid confrontation, but she couldn’t drink herself completely unconscious, her mind still held onto the last bit of clarity.
"Isn’t it still early? I don’t want to leave."
"Do you want to sleep here?" Jasper draped his coat open, wrapping her inside, and the two stepped out into the hallway, not feeling the cold.
Yelena, having had too much to drink, struggled to keep her balance in high heels and swayed as she walked.
Jasper’s phone rang from his pocket, but the man showed no intention of answering.
Along the way, it kept ringing, annoyingly loud, Yelena’s head was about to explode.
Another call from that Miss Alden?
She had hurt her so much, and yet now?
Yelena still had to think about how to face her family when she returned, while Miss Alden comfortably sat in a heated room, watching the flowers bloom and fade.
Why?
Yelena took a few steps and then stopped, stirring up trouble in Jasper’s arms, she reached out and embraced him, "Little master, you’re looking good tonight, you’re mesmerizing."
Jasper was cool and detached like a deity, though he didn’t know what kind of antics she was up to, he clearly wasn’t swayed by her few words.
"Whether I’m mesmerizing or not, I know very well."
Yelena stretched her arms out and hugged him over his coat, her hands running over his back, slowly moving to Jasper’s waist.
"Your figure is great too, well-defined muscles, it’s you, right?"
Jasper furrowed his brows, looking into Yelena’s eyes, exploring with varying depths, "There wasn’t anything added to your drink, why are you acting lewd?"
The hallway was full of people, she really wasn’t afraid of losing face.
Yelena’s right hand had stealthily slipped into Jasper’s coat pocket, with Hailey waiting outside, so Jasper wasn’t aware.
Yelena found his phone and took it out.
Her hand burned like fire wherever it touched, but once she reached Jasper’s waist, she moved no further.
Yelena made a gagging gesture, "I feel so uncomfortable."
She said, pressing the phone to her stomach, holding it tightly with both hands, "I need to throw up."
Jasper saw how uncomfortable she looked, who told her to down alcohol like water?
"I’m going to the bathroom."
Before the man could react, Yelena hunched over and quickly ran away.
She was afraid if she stayed another second, Jasper’s phone would start ringing, catching her in the act would not be a joke.
Yelena reached the bathroom, and as soon as she entered, she realized something was off.
Inside one of the stall doors, came a sound of intimacy.
She was no stranger to it, the woman’s voice interlaced with giggles, "Don’t, someone seems to have come in."
"What are you afraid of, having someone here is exciting."
Yelena glanced at Jasper’s phone for a moment, as expected, Nancy was obstinate to the end, the call came again.
The noise inside the stall intensified, they were getting down to business.
Yelena stealthily moved to the adjacent stall, her fingers lightly tapping the screen.
"Jasper—"
Nancy Alden called softly, just about to ask where he was, only to realize something was wrong with the sound from there.
The woman was being pushed against the door with a significant noise, "Hey, take it easy, I feel like I’m falling apart."
The man didn’t make a sound, but was breathing heavily, Nancy’s hand was trembling as she listened.
Even a fool could tell what was happening over there.
Yelena glanced at the screen; the other party was quiet and didn’t hang up.
The woman’s moans grew louder and louder, "If you keep this up, Candy won’t be able to take it."
Candy?
Nancy bit her lip; so besides Yelena, did Jasper have someone else?
"Jasper—"
She couldn’t help but cry, "Where are you? Who are you with?"
Yelena, feeling it had gone on long enough, hung up the call.
Miss Alden, that feeling of discontent has spread into your heart now, how does it feel?
