The Corruption Dragon God: Lust System-Chapter 87 - Tempest secret realm (01)
Chapter 87: 87 - Tempest secret realm (01)
[Your cultivation has increased! Second stage of the foundation realm -> Third stage of the foundation realm, -700 lust points]
Qingyi stood up, feeling his body burn with power.
He hadn’t expected to advance to the third stage of the foundation realm in that cultivation session.
But when he stabilized his Qi with the increased density of the cultivation room, he immediately realized that the improvement of his spiritual roots had brought an even greater gain than he had expected.
Changing quickly, he opened his status screen.
[Name: Long Qingyi
Age: 18
Cultivation: Third stage of the foundation realm (800 lust points to upgrade)
Affinities: Lightning 60 - Sword: 60 - Charm: 1000 (can be upgraded in the lust store)
Spiritual roots: Seventh level lightning sword root (1000 lust points to upgrade, new roots can be bought in the lust store)
Bloodline: Blood of the Corruption Dragon God (Epic grade, 500,000 lust points to upgrade)
Constitution: Body of the primordial dragon (Epic grade, 500,000 lust points to upgrade)
Lust points: 1437]
After improving his constitution, he still had a little over five thousand lust points left, but he spent a considerable amount on cultivation pills and on advancing to the third stage of the foundation realm.
His base was still not very stable, but in the end, he could only sigh heavily.
It was enough.
His face was overcome with a pang of pain as he looked at the new price to increase his lineage and constitution.
He had expected a tenfold increase, but fifty? That was simply absurd.
Was the difference between Epic and Legendary really that tremendous?
With the income he had from his orgies with the lightning priestesses, he believed he should be able to achieve that amount in just a few months.
But that thought soon disappeared.
Every time he slept with a woman, the points he earned decreased more and more, and unless they had huge explosions in their cultivation levels, that would rarely change.
"It seems I won’t be able to improve my bloodline anytime soon..." Qingyi grunted as he picked up his sword and placed it on his waist. freeωebnovēl.c૦m
Fortunately, these cultivation rooms were prepared for long sessions and had proper bathing facilities, so he didn’t have to worry about leaving covered in blood.
"Good morning, young master, did you have a pleasant cultivation session?"
When he came out, the attendant was already waiting for him with a bright smile, her face slightly flushed as she admired the young man’s handsome features.
"Yes," Qingyi replied briefly, giving the attendant a fat tip before stepping out onto the street.
His eyes rose to the sky, observing the height of the sun.
"I hope I’m not late..." he muttered as he quickened his pace toward the large black mountain on the horizon.
The clouds covering its peak were filled with even more violent thunder, crashing down on the mountain with deafening booms.
It didn’t take him long to leave the northern gates of the city, walking down a wide street that led to the mountain.
His steps stopped immediately when he saw a large black steel gate, rising almost ten meters high and encrusted with gold threads in thunderous patterns, similar to those that decorated the throne room of the Temple of the Lightning Spirit.
There were thousands of people waiting anxiously in front of the gates.
Most were in the Qi Refinement realm, but there were still at least a few hundred in the Foundation Realm, with a powerful Iron Body Realm cultivator sitting comfortably on a flying sword, his aura covering the entire region.
He was a middle-aged man in elegant blue robes with deep, wise eyes that studied everyone there as if they were slightly interesting insects.
Qingyi took only a brief glance at him before beginning to search for the Blue Wing mercenary group.
"Oh... young master Qingyi!" A mature female voice called out to him.
Turning around, he saw Mei waving alongside Xiaoguo, while the other three members of the group were seated around a map on the floor.
"Greetings, young master Qingyi!" Laosan stood up immediately upon noticing his presence, while Qingyi’s eyes focused on the map.
"What is this?" The handsome young man asked, approaching the group.
It appeared to be a map of some kind of tower divided into five floors, but only three were mapped out to a certain extent.
The first showed a dense forest, the second appeared to be some kind of cave network, while the third was a large palace.
There were markings all over these floors: spirit beast heads, crystals, and other points of interest.
"Ah... it’s nothing, we were just planning how to proceed in case... well..." Laosan looked away nervously.
They thought Qingyi would arrive much earlier, and well... what else could they do if their contractor didn’t arrive before the opening?
Qingyi didn’t care about that disrespect, studying the map with interest until he noticed something strange on the first floor.
Both the second and third floors were barely twenty percent mapped, but the first, on the other hand, was completely detailed, with the exception of a single black dot, right in the center of the forest.
Noticing Qingyi’s curious gaze, Laosan immediately explained:
"That’s a forbidden zone. We’ve never gone near it, but those who have been there say it’s just a bottomless pit surrounded by frightening auras."
"I see..." Qingyi scratched his chin, but didn’t have much time to study the map.
A grunt echoed as the door of a luxurious carriage opened, revealing the young master Shen of the Serene Cloud Sect.
The handsome and arrogant young man strode out with a confident smile.
Stopping in front of the carriage, he turned around, facing a figure that appeared right behind him.
It was difficult to discern whether that silhouette was male or female, completely covered by veils as white and pure as snow.
But from the light and delicate footsteps and the foolish smile that young master Shen wore on his face, Qingyi deduced that it would be a woman.
Young Master Shen raised his hand to help her down from the carriage, but she ignored it, walking right past him.
His face twisted for a brief moment, but he restrained himself, following the mysterious figure with hurried steps.
