The Eclipsed Bloom-Chapter 121: Intimacy
Chapter 121: Chapter 121: Intimacy
As Zara emerged from the protective wall, Alicia’s eyes widened slightly—but she quickly lowered her gaze, hiding the flicker of surprise.
The two maids behind Alicia blushed deeply at the sight of the Duchess in nothing but a red silk pajama set, her skin glowing softly under the hall lights.
Zara, distracted by the persistent itch in her throat and the burning hunger growing within, didn’t notice their reactions. Her fists clenched by her sides, her steps in hurry as she walked straight toward the door.
Alicia bowed slightly. "Duchess, would you like me to comb your hair before you leave?"
Zara paused for a second, shook her head silently, and hurried out without looking back.
The maids, still staring after her, whispered behind Alicia.
"Goddess, I can’t believe I blushed just looking at her."
"You’re not alone... she’s stunning."
Alicia turned to them sharply, her face strict. "Return to your quarters. Stop gossiping about the Duchess."
The maids quickly fled, seeing her stern face.
Outside, Zara climbed the stairs, her steps shaky. Her hand pressed against the wall for support, her lips pressed tightly together to hold back a growl.
The thirst was becoming unbearable, her throat aching, her thoughts fogging, making her think only about blood.
She reached the bedroom and pushed open the door hastily. The room was empty no clue of Hemiros inside. A low growl of frustration escaped her throat as she turned to leave.
"Ah... Zara."
The sound of her name pulled her back from the edge.
She turned to look behind.
There stood Hemiros, her soft pink hair damp, water droplets sliding down the curve of her neck. A nearly sheer nightgown clung to her figure, every contour visible in the gentle light.
Zara’s breath caught in her throat. For a brief moment, the hunger paused, drowned by the rapid thudding of her heart. Her cheeks flushed a deep red.
Without a word, she crossed the distance and gently took Hemiros’s hand, guiding her toward the bed.
Hemiros followed, blinking at her sudden boldness, then smiled faintly.
’My wife looks so beautiful in red... haaaah...’
Zara pushed her gently onto the bed and straddled her stomach. Her hands trembled as she leaned in, then sank her fangs into Hemiros’s neck.
Zara’s eyes widened in disbelief as she leaned forward, trying to sink her fangs deeper.
’Why... why does her blood taste so good? Like some heavenly fruit...’
Suddenly, she could feel her strength returning to her as blood passed through her throat.
The feeling was like she was getting stronger than she ever was.
Her mind slowly began to clear, but she hesitated, unwilling to part from the taste. With a reluctant sigh, she pulled back and licked the golden drop of blood trailing down Hemiros’s neck.
A gentle hand touched her head, and Zara looked up, blinking.
Hemiros’s lips were parted, her slightly flushed cheeks, and the rise and fall of her chest made Zara’s throat tighten.

A gulp escaped me as I stared at the scene before me—breathtaking and utterly sinful.
"Ahhh—!" I gasped as Hemiros suddenly flipped me onto my back and straddled my stomach, her face hovering inches from mine.
"Now that your thirst is sated, darling..." she whispered against my ear, making me tremble. "It’s time to quench mine."
Her voice dripped with desire, and I barely had time to catch my breath before her lips sealed mine. Her tongue danced past my parted lips.
My toes curled, her hand trailing down my body, igniting every inch it touched.
I clutched her hair, my mind fogging—not from bloodlust, but from craving something.
Hemiros’ POV
As I parted from her lips, I let my tongue trail lightly across them.
’She tastes divine...’
Her red, flushed face and the way her breath trembled beneath me made my hunger stir all over again.
My fingers reached behind her, pulling at the delicate strings that kept her body hidden from my gaze. My heart pounded louder with every inch of exposed skin.
"Ahh—!"She yelped softly, covering her chest with her hands. Her face was now completely red, those blue eyes of hers wide and dazed.
My breath hitched. I leaned in and gently kissed her brow, watching her close her eyes.
I slid down to her neck, kissing it tenderly, unwilling to leave even an inch untouched.’I waited a million years for this... every second worth it. She’s beautiful. I will never let her leave me again, not like before.’
"Mmhmm... mmm..."Her soft moans filled my ears as I lowered my head toward her chest.
Her hand hesitated... then slowly released the pajama that covered her.
[Next Morning] – Third Person POV
Knock, knock.
Zara groaned at the persistent noise. She lazily blinked her eyes open and yawned—then froze.
Hemiros’ pink eyes stared directly at her.
Zara’s face turned scarlet as she realized they were both still completely naked under the sheets.
"A-Ahem... y-you didn’t sleep?" she stammered.
Hemiros chuckled at Zara’s flustered expression."No, darling. I don’t need sleep. I just wanted to watch your face all night."
Zara quickly sat up and grabbed the red pajama from the other side of the bed, tugging it on in a hurry.’D-Did she really just... stare at me the whole night?’
She glanced over at Hemiros, who hadn’t even tried to hide her open admiration.
"Hemiros, put something on, please! Someone’s knocking!"
With a shrug, Hemiros finally dressed.
Zara walked to the door and opened it. Alicia stood there with two neatly folded sets of clothes in hand.
"Ah, thanks, Alicia."
Alicia shook her head politely. "It’s my duty, Duchess. Also, an official is waiting in the guest room for the Duke and you."
With a respectful nod, she handed over the clothes and left.
Walking toward the bathroom, Zara tossed Hemiros her dress and stepped inside for a quick shower.
When she emerged, steam trailing behind her, she paused—Hemiros was already dressed in a pale pink gown, looking effortlessly regal as she waited by the door.
With a soft smile, Hemiros extended her hand."Let’s go and see what the official wants."
Zara gave a quiet nod, her fingers slipping into Hemiros’s with a familiarity that made her heart flutter.
Guest Room – Third Person POV
In the guest room, an old man sat upright on a plush sofa. He wore a crisp black coat and matching pants, his posture formal yet slightly weary.
On either side of him sat two children—one a boy of about ten, the other a girl no older than five—both neatly dressed and sitting quietly, the boy’s eyes were cold, and the girl was sitting with curious eyes.
The moment Hemiros and Zara entered, the old man stood quickly, bowing low to show respect.
"Greetings, my Lord," he began solemnly. "The King has sent a royal decree for you."
