Chapter 398: Chapter 398- Immortal Wine

Sol’s body stiffened upon hearing Byeong-ho’s words before he asked softly.

"Did something happen to Brother Son?"

Despite speaking softly voice, one could hear the worry in Sol’s voice. His hand holding the wine gourd tightened as well.

Byeong-ho didn’t mince his words as he said openly.

"I don’t know. After it was revealed that the Wudang Sect was responsible for stealing the Forgotten Geniuses Innate Dharmas, he appeared in front of their sealed gate and challenged them to a fight."

Sol remained silent as Byeong-ho spoke, however, his hand around the gourd tightened.

Byeong-ho continued.

"Woo-Seong was the one to challenge him, but after a few exchanges outside the gate of the Wudang Sect, they stopped before entering. I investigated what happened after, but there was no news of him exiting the Wudang Sect."

"How long ago was that?"

Sol asked after a long pause.

"Around half a year ago."

Sol sunken into silence. A lot of things were on his mind, he especially thought about his promise to Son, and he felt disappointed in himself.

At that time, when he found out who was truly harvesting the Forgotten Geniuses Innate Dharmas, he was too preoccupied with saving Little Zeel to personally take action. He had left it to Gion and Woo-Seong to expose the Wudang Sect’s actions, but Sol couldn’t help but feel he had failed to keep his promise to Son.

’I need to contact Woo-Seong to find out what happened to Brother Son.’

After thinking this, Sol glanced at Byeong-ho who was still leaning against the wall. He smiled and said.

"Brother Byeong-ho, come sit."

Sol motioned to the chair across from him where Cian was sitting previously.

Without a word, Byeong-ho nodded and walked over to sit down across from Sol.

Still smiling, Sol asked.

"Brother Byeong-ho, would you like some wine?"

Byeong-ho immediately nodded, as he got his own stolen from him before he could really savor it.

Suddenly, Sol giggled like a naughty child as he added.

"Brother Byeong-ho, before I take this out you have to promise me you won’t tell anyone of the existence of this wine, especially Mar-Dule, okay?"

Byeong-ho nodded causally. He thought Sol said this due to how greedy Mar-Dule was, no doubt if he found out Sol had good wine on, he would start asking for it nonstop.

However, Byeong-ho was underestimating Sol’s warning just now.

After getting Byeong-ho’s confirmation, Sol emptied the wine gourd Yoon-Jae gave him before placing it inside his storage ring.

Then after sending out his senses to scan the entire manor to make sure no one was around; Sol waved his hand and created a simple barrier of Aether Energy around the two. Afterward, he carefully took out a jug of wine that was about a foot in diameter.

Wrapped around the lid of the jug was a bright red paper that was covered in flickering golden symbols that gave off terrifying sealing power.

The jug of wine itself wasn’t ordinary as similar sealing symbols were flickering on its surface. However, aside from the terrifying sealing symbols, what made this jug shocking was the material it was created from.

From Byeong-ho’s sharp senses, he could feel that this earthen yellow jug was created using the strong Earth Elemental Laws.

Laws were not something someone in the Spiritual Realm could even begin to touch upon, and he heard from his grandfather that even existences in the Heavenly Realm might only slightly touch upon it.

However, this slight touch would grant them terrifying power that was beyond normal comprehension.

If someone told him that this jug was created by a terrifying existence in the Heavenly Realm, Byeong-ho might believe them, but that didn’t seem to be the case. Perhaps a more terrifying existence had created this thing.

Soon Beyond-Ho snapped out of his dazed state and his expression became serious. With those terrifying seals and this jug rich with Earthly Laws, his heart couldn’t help but beat a little faster when he thought about the kind of wine that was inside.

’Could this be wine created by an Immortal Deity?’

Byeong-ho couldn’t help but think this to himself because what other existences could be this lavish when storing wine?

Just this wine jug alone would sell for an astronomical price if it was auctioned off. Even Sect Leaders and Clan leaders would be moved by the Earthly Laws it contained.

After taking out the jug of wine, Sol was so cautious of opening it that he sent out his senses once again to make sure no one was around. Then, with steady hands, he pulled the yellow string that was securing the red paper around the jug of wine.

While Sol was loosening this yellow string, Byeong-ho suddenly noticed that this red paper wasn’t as simple as it seemed. It actually contained faint traces of Firey Laws!

Before Byeong-ho could flip out in shock, Sol’s hand loosening the string paused and looked up at Byeong-ho before saying.

"Brother Byeong-ho, this is the first jug of wine I brew of the batch I have, so it might not be as good as the others."

Upon hearing this, Byeong-ho was completely mind-blown. He was trying to appear calm all this while, but his eyes couldn’t help but go round.

If anyone saw the Perfect Prince Byeong-ho like this, they would be flabbergasted beyond belief. Never once had they seen Byeong-ho show such a dramatic change in expression.

But just when Byeong-ho was about to question Sol about the red paper and wine jug origins, Sol suddenly formed a hand seal and pointed at the wine jug.

All the sealing marks on the jug flickered intensely before disappearing. As if hot air had been building up inside the wine jug, the red paper over the opening of the jug flew into the air.

What accompanied it was an intoxicating fragrance and a wave of multicolored light.

The light was so dazzlingly Byeong-ho couldn’t’ help but close his eyes to not be blinded. However, as his senses reached out towards the wine jug, his heart was even more shaken than when he saw the jug and red sealing paper.

The aura that was radiating from this wine jug gave off a strong medicinal force, so much so that just by breathing it in Byeong-ho felt his body being cleansed. But at the same time, his mind became slightly fuzzy as the scent of the wine was enough to make him feel slightly intoxicated.

Despite the blinding light, Byeong-ho couldn’t help but forcefully open his eyes to look inside the jug of wine. Even though multicolored light was radiating from the jug, the liquid inside was a clear color. One would even mistake it for water.

As the medicinal aura and fragrance of the wine bombarded Byeong-ho’s senses, he actually found himself drooling.

Byeong-ho was ashamed, and he hurriedly wiped away his saliva. However, he happened to look across from him to see Sol doing the same.

Sol looked over at him and as the two met gazes Sol chuckled in slight embarrassment and amusement.

"Brother Byeong-ho, what do you think of my Immortal Wine?"
