The Huntsman Of Death:A Gamer's POV As Side Character-Chapter 49 - 51:Main Cast On Stage[II]
His question drew everyone’s attention to the cool, handsome boy reeking in starlight.
"Do we even need to talk about Mr. Perfect?" Roderick raised his hand, irked by it.
"Everything he does is overwhelming. I heard that he destroyed the course on the tests," Leila spoke, pursing her lips.
"Really? Then I should challenge him." Ava’s eyes lit up with that thought.
"Don’t you dare!" Selena, Leila, and Ashton shouted while Roderick’s face fell.
"Hey, Mrs. Simpleton, you should sometimes throw out that battle-crazed maniac from your mind. He’s gonna slam you to dust if you approach. Despite his usual handsomeness, there is a reason no one is around him," Roderick acquiesced, a mischievous glint still present in his eyes.
"For him, even nobles are nothing but small ants."
"He is just different," Ashton interjected.
"Here it is Edwin, and up there is another bitch," Leila said, her voice tinged with frustration.
"Who?" Roderick asked curiously.
"It’s Freya... That crazy bitch who had a crush on Edwin only to be kicked away but behaves so arrogantly as if she owns the place," Leila spoke with a grumble.
"I remembered their parents trying to engage them, only for Edwin to refuse that blatantly," Selena spoke, remembering the rumors she had heard somewhere.
"However, her skills aren’t a joke. After all, don’t forget she is second rank. It’s just that she is another hardcore noble spoiled brat who disdains the lower-ranking ones. As for going after Edwin, which woman doesn’t want such a charming partner?" Leila spoke, eyeing subtle glances at Edwin.
Ashton and Roderick cast an incredulous gaze, not knowing what to say.
"This place is just filled with weirdos," Selena replied. Then, as if remembering something, she spoke, "Talking about weirdos, did you see that low ranker in our class who was absent on the first day and then appeared late?"
"That purple-haired guy. Now that you said it, he is quite famous," Leila mused, pinching her chin.
"Huh! Why?" Ava asked, wondering if he was strong but staying quiet, hiding some abilities. If he did, that might make him a suitable sparring partner.
"No, it’s just his name. People call him The Star of Outclass and The Star of Fallen because he ranked low, with his full name being Lukas Star. He had it rough in preschool," Leila spoke about the details, making others look at her suspiciously, wondering how she knew so much.
"Damn! That guy has some guts. I mean, if it were me, I wouldn’t dare step into a class containing many nobles. I am sure nobles would find him an eyesore. Still, did you see how he dodged Miss Emilia’s kick? If it had connected, he might have been gone," Roderick squealed, slapping his thighs.
Hearing this, Ashton’s brows furrowed, remembering the unnatural movement of that guy, and he pondered.
’Could I have dodged that if I was there?’
As Ashton thought this, Leila searched around, and her eyes fell on purple hair sitting by the window side, letting sharp rays of sunshine lift him.
With a glance, her eyes widened. She felt her breath stuck in her chest as Leila’s eyes fell on a boy with striking purple hair sitting by the window.
The sunlight framed him like a spotlight, highlighting his sharp, chiseled features. His cool, piercing eyes seemed to carry a mysterious weight, a blend of deadly intensity and quiet allure.
His sharp chin and perfectly groomed appearance added to his aura of refinement. With flawless posture, he ate his lunch gracefully, as if every movement was deliberate and precise. His demeanor was so composed and noble that it effortlessly drew attention, leaving anyone watching him mesmerized.
Leila couldn’t help but stare, momentarily captivated by his calm yet commanding presence.
"Wow, he looks so handsome."
"Huh!"
Roderick’s spoon fell, and he, along with everyone, turned their head to a secluded spot.

Under the Emperor stands the Grand Duke, followed by three Dukes. Below them were influential families without titles of hierarchy.
A few centuries ago, all their titles were abolished due to certain conflicts. So, except for the Grand Duke and Dukes, all nobles were equal in social positions, but their true standing was divided by the strength they held.
So, except for Edwin, whose father held the title of Grand Duke, all of them pretty much belonged to Dukes, except Ashton. However, amongst all noble families, the Grim family held the weakest title.
It was due to the death of the head of the Grim family. Ashton’s father died at the hands of a colossal void beast, after which Ashton’s mother, despite her strength, wasn’t able to hold off.
It was understandable because she wasn’t someone with overwhelming strength.
The Rockwells were known for having the ability to manipulate Earth, Emberlight for light, and Grayhart for fire.
As for Ashton himself, he didn’t have inherent blood talent, but he had the blessings of Gods.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say each noble was born with a certain advantage. However, nothing can be compared to the two monsters.
Edwin Valcrest, the 1st rank holder.
Freya Osborne, the 2nd rank holder.
These two were monsters of their own who held the position for the first half of the year until Ashton dealt with his physiological issues and mental traumas that originated from the process he went through to inherit his class.
As for the top two, they really had some personality issues. That bitch who called me a pest was none other than Freya, but she wasn’t the only one.
Pretty much all nobles see commoners as an eyesore. It may be calm now, but as I keep on rising, I will surely encounter many rabid dogs.
As I scooped the rice dipped in curry and chugged it, I couldn’t help but ponder.
"I wonder how it would feel to get trampled by those whom you considered as bugs."
I could already imagine the look of horror, bewilderment, shock, and pain in their eyes. In fact, I loved such a moment.
What can be better than tearing away the maws of dogs that only bark but don’t bite?
I took a scoop of rice and was about to stuff it in my mouth when I noticed piercing gazes.
"Huh!" Putting down my spoon, I looked around, only to be shocked to see the main cast staring at me.
As I looked at them, they gasped and averted their gaze like troubled kids who had been caught amid their mischief.
"I hope I didn’t catch their attention in the wrong way."
