The Last King Of Darkness-Chapter 820 - 451: A New Step
Chapter 820: Chapter 451: A New Step
"Sun Tower?"
Rod gazed up at the towering skyscraper, its body a bright yellow, with strange ring-shaped structures adorning it. Enormous patterns stretched from the base to the tower’s peak, exuding an imposing aura.
The Book of Knowledge flipped through its pages frantically, laughing wildly: "Hahaha! The Sun Tower has finally returned! We are no longer defenseless pigs, no longer pushovers for invaders."
"This is our weapon! It’s the weapon of the Dream Realm! We can finally battle in the Spirit Realm."
Rod also received information about the Sun Tower from the Dream Realm, learning it’s the main weapon of the Dream Realm. Unlike the Spirit Realm Strike of the Star Core, it doesn’t require Divinity but does need a massive amount of Source Energy.
The Book of Knowledge excitedly said, "Master, with the Sun Tower, many things will be much easier. The Dream Bubble is almost at the edge of the Light Country, and we will soon battle the remains of the God of Bloody Rebirth. With it, things will be much simpler."
Rod, too, felt greatly uplifted, but the feedback from the dream showed the Sun Tower was severely damaged.
"Book, you must repair it quickly."
The Book of Knowledge flipped through the pages, confidently saying, "Don’t worry, Master. There are still 3.5 billion Souls Without Spirit, enough for me to fix it. You will soon experience the power of Dream Realm combat."
Rod nodded, full of joy.
The Dream Realm was gradually recovering, and he was walking a path of greater strength. Although the combination of Giant God Power and Blank wasn’t as perfect as imagined, the cost was acceptable.
Besides, such powerful strength deserves such a price.
seconds of Giant God Power only consumes one Resurrection Stone. The Void Fury wasn’t much different and would disrupt the Sea of Source balance, causing increased erosion and deducting Divinity.
And 200 seconds of Giant God Power only requires a few days of recovery. freewёbn૦νeɭ.com
The Book of Knowledge told him that although his current Soul State was dire, Trolian’s medical capabilities were enough to restore him.
Humans have continued until now, and Trolian surpassed their predecessors in healing and medical methods. They are adept at achieving maximum medical outcomes with limited resources in harsh environments.
In the Fire Epoch, Rod’s severe injuries would have required at least two world-level unique resources to recover.
But now, he only needed to consume some Life Water and high-concentration Spiritual Power Liquid, a cost lightyears apart in comparison.
Though recovery time might be longer, with no good prognosis, Rod still had his dream.
The rocking chair in the House of God also provided sleep, rest, and recovery effects. Rod only had to sleep on it for a few days, plus external treatment, to recover fully.
This made Rod very pleased. He decided that before igniting a Star to strengthen Spiritual Strength, 200 seconds remained the dividing line.
If those 200 seconds couldn’t resolve the enemy, then directly use 900 seconds to sweep through everything. Since one Resurrection Stone was needed either way, what difference did it make between 201 seconds and 900 seconds?
Hahaha.
How clever I am.
Filled with beautiful dreams for the future, Rod lay on the rocking chair and fell asleep.

This sleep lasted three days.
When Rod awoke again, he felt refreshed, inspecting himself; his soul had mostly recovered. His Soul Body was full, Spiritual Body active, Soul Core refilled, and Spiritual Energy completely restored.
"Good!"
Rod clenched his fist, his consciousness directly sinking back into his body.
He opened his eyes, surrounded by oscillating Life Water and high-concentration Spiritual Power Liquid, still lying in the crystal-like coffin.
Riegel came walking over with a giant bottled container. When he was about to lift it, he saw Rod’s opened eyes.
He paused for a moment, then a look of ecstatic joy appeared on his face.
"Awake!"
He shouted, placing the container down.
"You’re finally awake!"
Rod rose from the coffin, the solution sliding off him like some colloid.
"Yes, I’m awake."
Riegel let out a roar of delight and ran out.
"This guy."
Rod chuckled, stepping out of the coffin, donning his Guardian Robe, and surveying the surroundings. It was likely a dedicated medical room, with the crystal coffin at its center, surrounded by many empty containers for solutions replacement.
It seemed he had consumed quite a few potions over the three days.
Trolian’s medical abilities were indeed extraordinary.
Rod mused internally, about to walk out the door, when suddenly, with a bang, the door burst open. Horus, glowing with white light, rushed in, gripping Rod’s wrist.
Their sharp gaze swept over him, the white light of Spiritual Energy almost engulfing him.
"Archbishop, I’m already fine..."
Horus commanded, "Shut up, and remain still for the examination."
Rod could only close his mouth, the white light swirling on him, scrutinizing inside and out without finding abnormalities.
Horus wore a grave expression, muttering, "Impossible, how could this be? The most optimistic estimate would take at least seven days for recovery; why did you recover in three?"
"No, something’s not right, an anomaly must have a hidden cost."
This also adheres to the principles of Spiritual Energy equivalence... Rod chuckled. "Archbishop, I just ignited a new Fire Spark. Perhaps it granted me the ability for quick recovery."
