Behind the Cestine Palace, there was a beautiful garden with large fountains where Lory would play hide and seek with her brother, and today was no different. Lory hid behind one of the statues, holding back her laughter as Lucas called her name.

"Lory, where are you?" The boy with short bluish hair called her at the top of his lungs.

Lory peeked behind the statue as she began to feel sorry for him, "Luc.."

Lory was about to come out of hiding when suddenly darkness enveloped her, Lory's eyes widened she wanted to scream but her voice was stuck in her throat.

Meanwhile, she heard Lucas still calling her, "Lory, please come out!" Lucas cried.

Lory saw a dark smoke circle around Lucas but he didn't seem to notice, Lory struggled to warn him but the darkness bound her, she couldn't move or speak, she looked at Lucas in utter horror "Lu...Luc"

Lory's eyes snapped open as she was harshly awakened from her dream. For a moment Lory only stared at the white ceiling in a daze, gasping for breath.
