The Psychopathic Beast Emperor-Chapter 123: Elder Derek’s Plans
In a room adorned with everything shiny, a blond-haired elven man sat. His hair was tied in a ponytail, revealing the full view of his sculptured face. He wore white morning robes that exposed his chest and a bit of his abs. An ecstatic smile adorned his face, coupled with a faint blush as he sipped tea from a golden goblet. He sat on a beautiful cushion with his legs spread apart, revealing a sea of black hair on a head that bobbed up and down. It was pretty obvious what was going on.
He grabbed a handful of black hair and yanked up, revealing the face of a boy with some bruises on his cheeks.
"What exactly are you doing? I’m nowhere close to release..." Derek said in a cold tone with a manic smile, which was very much unlike the elder he portrayed.
The boy nodded hastily and went back to what he was doing seconds ago. His head moved this time, causing Derek to sigh in satisfaction. As the boy, whoever he was, went on about his thing, Elder Derek closed his eyes and lay his head on the cushion.
His mind drifted for a while before settling on his newest disciple, the red-haired fox girl. She was the only female among his disciples, and that was for a very important reason... to him. He wanted Bahamut, and Lily was his method to get him. He didn’t care if Bahamut belonged to another elder or if Lily was from a very powerful family that could destroy him with a sneeze. He wanted Bahamut, and he must get him. If he got Bahamut, he could forget about the Kuramas. After all, he would become powerful enough to fight back and even win.
How did he know Bahamut could help him achieve this?
Well, Derek was from a family of elves who practiced dual cultivation, or that was what it appeared to the outside. But in reality, they didn’t practice dual cultivation... they rather stole the cultivation roots of people through sexual intercourse. Dual cultivation was already frowned upon by the elves, so his family, no matter how powerful they were, had been suppressed. Their cultivation technique was flawed, dark, and forbidden in a sense. If people were to find out that they were stealing the cultivation roots of people, they would be purged from the surface of the world.
Derek also had a special ability by which he could share some of his power or even leave some cultivation for his victims. It even went as far as the actual dual cultivation. This was the reason why he’d never been found out by the others for so long. Although there were suspicions about why he always chose male disciples, they weren’t enough to suspect him of practicing a potentially forbidden technique. The most it went was that Derek was inclined to males, which was also true.
Females disgusted him. When he was a kid, he would puke at the sight of a female... a very serious condition. The only female who didn’t disgust him to the point of puking was his mother. But that was to a point. He had learned to control his disgust for women and even made use of it, but he’d never had anything with a female. He would rather die.
Just thinking of Lily made his expression twist in disgust. This was also the reason why he’d never met her face-to-face ever since she became his disciple. He only sent her instructions through one of his disciple harem, and that was all.
"Faster!" he instructed with a hurried tone, making the boy work faster and harder.
His mind drifted off again to Bahamut, and he inhaled deeply, as if he could smell him from his imagination.
"That long hair... those lips... and those blind eyes that look lost... Ahh!" He exclaimed as his body quivered. His hand grabbed the hair of the youth while his blue eyes glowed. His head fell back down on the cushion as the goblet clattered to the floor, spilling the tea.
A confident smile blossomed on his face as millions of plans ran through his head. They were all about Bahamut and how to get him, for dual cultivation.
"The fox girl is my best bet..." he muttered as a single and well-thought-out plan replayed in his head.
Lily loved Bahamut. That was the core of his plan. He was going to use Lily to get Bahamut, and for that to happen, he must get someone out of the way... Exildra.
"The Esteria must go..." 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
Lily wanted Bahamut, and so did Exildra. As an elf himself, he understood how bad the curse of elves could be, and it wasn’t much different from the foxes. The only reason he wasn’t affected by the curse was because of his cultivation technique. It completely neutralized the effects of a single partner for life. In some way, it was a very good technique for elves who wanted to build harems, and that also made it very dangerous and forbidden.
He planned to first take out Exildra. He would make a tragedy befall her, one that would make her leave herself, or worse, kill her. After that, he would work in the background to push Lily. He didn’t mind using "better" means to get Bahamut to sleep with Lily. That was when he would make his move. While Bahamut thinks he is doing the deed with Lily, it would actually be him, Derek, and then he will steal Bahamut’s cultivation.
Just thinking about this made his smile widen, and his heartbeat quicken. It was the perfect plan! All he had to do was get Exildra out of the way, and that would be all. The rest would be just a few manipulations and machinations, and he would have the blind boy in his grasp. And with this one, he didn’t even care if someone found out because he could feel it.
One of the abilities that came with the cultivation technique was a special sense for people with strong cultivation roots, and Bahamut’s own was the strongest he’d seen so far. It was so strong that it could push him to Tier 4 or even Tier 5 if he was lucky. Bahamut was the perfect cultivation resource he’d been waiting for.
While thinking that, he suddenly stood up, making the robe slide down and off his body. He grabbed the boy and threw him on the cushion.
