The Regressor's Younger Brother's Insanity-Chapter 51: A Draconic being

Dragons are the most prideful creatures in all of Eloria.

Eloria has seven continents, and one of them is the Dragon Continent.

Situated to the west of the Empire, it is a vast land in the sky where countless floating islands drift among the clouds. Only dragon-like beings reign there.

Their sky islands were called Drak’Xiun, also known as the Empire of Ashen Wings.

There was a man with horns, wings, and a tail, staring at Aether with anger.

He was floating outside the Noctvain estate, as no unidentified individual was allowed to enter due to the protective barrier.

"It’s a real dragon." Aether murmured.

"Whaat!!" Cierra and Thalia were both shocked.

Dragons rarely leave their continent to wander into other lands, and those who do are usually outcasts or involved in illegal activities.

"Let us go and inform the Vice Patriarch." Cierra said. Right now, the Left Guardian and the Right Guardian were both out with the Patriarch, so they would inform the Vice Patriarch.

Then the being took something out of his pocket. It was a human heart with a human face on it.

Both Cierra and Thalia were disgusted upon seeing that item.

The draconic being then crushed the heart, put his hand in front of him, and chanted some weird mantra in a strange language.

As soon as he did that, the floor where Aether and the girls were standing became covered with a dark layer, and they began sinking into it.

"What is it?" Thalia gasped.

"Aaaa, Papa" Solmira was frightened by the sudden pressure and clutched Cierra tightly.

"Solmira, don’t worry. I’m here." Cierra said, holding her closer.

"Don’t resist. It’s no use. He used a dark magic to take us somewhere outside the estate." Aether said. He knew what type of dark magic the draconic being was using, as he had known someone highly skilled in the dark arts in his past life.

"What do you mean, take us outside?" Thalia asked.

"He can’t enter the estate, so he is taking us outside. Anyway, prepare to land from high above."

"What!!"

Just then, they were fully sucked into the dark layer. When they opened their eyes on the other side, they saw that they were high above the ground.

Aether looked to his left and saw the Noctvain estate. It was probably about 10 km away.

"Aaaaaaaaa!" Thalia screamed as she fell.

Then Cierra used her magic, making their bodies float and slowly descend.

After they reached the ground, Thalia vomited.

Huurghh! bleeerrghhh!

She had been spinning in the air because she couldn’t control her body, as she had never floated before, unlike Aether and Cierra, so her vomiting was understandable.

"Aether, what should we do?" Cierra asked, carrying Solmira, who was scared.

"Papa, I’m scared." Solmira said, her eyes wide and trembling strongly.

Aether patted her head and said, "Don’t worry, your papa is here."

They were in the forest, so hiding would be easy.

Just then, the draconic being appeared in the sky.

"Truly revolting." the draconic being said, narrowing its eyes.

"What do you want from me?" Aether asked.

"That sickening thing with you, where did you get it from?"

Upon hearing this, Aether turned furious.

So that bastard was targeting my daughter!! And sickening!!

Aether gritted his teeth hard.

"Give that halfling to me. I should kill it myself." the draconic being said.

Their species is really sensitive about their bloodline.

"Don’t act high and mighty, you lizard bastard." Aether said, looking at the draconic being with fierce eyes.

The draconic being thought so highly of himself that he didn’t mind a lesser being like Aether cursing at him.

"Hahahah, I think you misunderstood. I’m not a wyvern but a true dragon, and I want that disgusting half-dragon, half-human girl vanished from this world."

Meanwhile, Cierra and Thalia were shocked.

They knew the baby was from some other species, but for her to be a half-dragon, it was truly unexpected.

Cierra held Solmira tightly, wanting to protect her. Aether had taken Solmira as his own family, which meant Solmira was also Cierra’s family.

I will protect her with my life, Cierra thought to herself.

The draconic being then placed his hand on his chin and spoke with an eerie smile,

"Now that I think about it, experimenting on her isn’t a bad idea either, as I have never seen any half-dragon."

Upon hearing this Aether couldn’t hold back his anger and pulled a long sword from his system inventory.

"Cierra, cast floating magic on me. I know it’s too much for you, but I can only...."

Cierra cut Aether off and spoke in a confident voice, " I’ll do everything I have to do for Solmira."

Aether nodded.

Cierra then cast floating magic on Aether, and he slowly rose upward.

The draconic being found this trick interesting. "Hey, human, how did you know the elf’s magic?"

It was the elf’s magic. Since Cierra’s ancestors were from the Elf Kingdom, they had passed down many elven spells.

"...." Cierra remained silent. She was more focused on making Aether float and fight as effectively as he would on land.

Then, at Aether’s signal, Thalia cast a fire spell and shot it at the draconic being.

"I know how you humans fight. You’re using this spell as a cover, and as I dodge it, you will come from behind. How silly."

Having fought many battles with humans, he knew their strategies well.

But as he dodged and looked behind, there was no one. He quickly turned to the front, and Aether was slashing at him.

"Damnit," the draconic being clicked his tongue in annoyance.

Then he blocked the sword strike with his hands.

Aether launched multiple attacks at the same time.

"Hahaha, you’re not bad." the draconic being said as it blocked.

"For a higher piece of trash, you sure talk a lot." Aether said with mockery.

The draconic being clicked his tongue, distanced himself from Aether, and raised his hand.

A massive ball of mana appeared in his palm.

"Block this, you lesser being."
