The Seven Sisters and Their Hidden King-Chapter 321 – Your Sister Is a Fairy
Chapter 321 - 321 – Your Sister Is a Fairy
Brooke Long stood frozen.
For a moment, he doubted reality.
Was that guy outside really just a random nobody... or someone so powerful I can't even afford to offend him?

What the hell!
"Mr. Lopez, I..."
His face turned pale as regret settled in. He'd clearly made a huge mistake.
He wanted to apologize.
But John didn't even bother arguing. His attention was already on the young man standing at the door.
"Jacob Yeats," John called out calmly. "Why are you here instead of staying at school?"
The young man was none other than Jacob Yeats—Queenie's little brother. A current student at the University of Houston.
Jacob's eyes lit up when he saw John. "Brother-in-law! You're in Houston?!"
"I'm asking the questions," John replied dryly.
Jacob scratched his head awkwardly. "Well, can I come in and talk for a minute?"
He glanced around, clearly feeling a little self-conscious with so many people watching.
John gave him a look, then nodded. "Come in."
The tavern waiter, realizing the earlier incident was just a misunderstanding—or perhaps fate—apologized to Jacob and stepped aside without resistance.
Jacob followed John inside, up to the banquet hall on the second floor.
Brooke Long trailed behind them, still holding his swollen face, too ashamed to speak.
"Mr. Lopez, who is this?" Arno Long asked, along with Buck, Brooke, and the others, curiosity written all over their faces.
"Just an old friend," John answered casually. "Go ahead and keep eating."
He led Jacob to a quiet table in the corner.
"So," John said, "you just mentioned you came here to find your girlfriend. What happened?"
"Brother-in-law, can I talk while eating? I'm starving."
John raised an eyebrow. "You still have the appetite to eat? Guess your girlfriend's not that important."
Jacob picked up his chopsticks and muttered, "Her name's Aria Fisher. She cheated on me."
John blinked.
"You got cuckolded?"
Jacob was already stuffing food into his mouth. "Yeah. Happened a few days ago. I was crushed... Damn, this fish is amazing. Want some, brother-in-law?"
John stared at him, speechless.
Jacob continued, unfazed. "We've been together almost a year. But recently, I noticed something was off—she kept chatting secretly with some guy behind my back. Thought I didn't know.
Then two days ago, my roommate told me he saw her walking with some ugly dude. That confirmed it.
So today, she said she was going shopping with her bestie, and I decided to follow her. Turned out, the 'bestie' was a man..."
"So you followed them here? To this seafood place?"
"Yup," Jacob nodded, mouth full.
John couldn't help but shake his head. "You're such a simp. She cheated—just dump her. Why drag it out?"
"It's not just about breaking up," Jacob replied, frustrated. "I just can't accept it."
"Why not?"
"Because that guy's ugly—I mean, seriously ugly. I can't wrap my head around it."
And honestly, John kind of got it.
Jacob was Queenie's younger brother. With a sister as stunning as Queenie, Jacob's own looks were no slouch either.
Some even thought Jacob was better-looking than John.
So it made no sense to him why Aria would leave him for some troll.
John shrugged. "Maybe you think he's ugly, but your girlfriend doesn't."
"Impossible. No way in hell!"
Jacob slammed his chopsticks on the table in frustration. "I guarantee—anyone who sees that guy will say he's ugly. If someone says otherwise, they're lying through their damn teeth."
John hadn't cared at first. But now? His curiosity was piqued.
"What does he look like? Describe him."
Jacob paused, thinking.
"His face looks like a damn horse. His nose is fat and bulbous like a clove of garlic. His eyes are slanted, and his mouth is half the normal size. It's like his whole face is bunched together, all squeezed into the center. Honestly, it looked malformed. I only saw him once, but that face left a scar in my mind."
John blinked, stunned. "There's really someone like that?"
Now, John wasn't the type to judge by appearances. After all, your face is something you're born with—it's not fair to mock it.
But even so... if someone that unattractive could steal a girlfriend, he must have something else going for him.
Money. Power. Influence.
Something.
Jacob sighed dramatically. "Now do you get why I'm not over it? Imagine—what if one day, my sister went and found a guy like that and cheated on you?"
SLAP.
John smacked the back of Jacob's head.
"The hell are you saying?! Don't start with that nonsense!"
Holding his head, Jacob winced. "I'm just trying to get you to empathize with me..."
"No!" John snapped. "Don't ever drag your sister into dumb scenarios like that."
He narrowed his eyes and pointed a finger. "You think your sister's like Aria Fisher? You think it's okay to compare them?"
"Your sister is a fairy. A goddess. She's perfect, pure, and sacred. Anyone who dares talk bad about her—I'll beat the hell out of them. And that includes you, Jacob!"
Jacob trembled under John's fierce gaze. He was terrified—but also a little amused.
He mumbled under his breath, "But my sister hasn't even admitted she likes you yet..."
He hadn't expected that calling John "brother-in-law" so casually would make the man this cocky. Their relationship wasn't even official, and yet John was already so fiercely protective.
John narrowed his eyes. "What was that?"
"N-Nothing!" Jacob stammered, raising both hands in surrender. "If my sister knew you defended her like this, she'd definitely be moved... brother-in-law!"
