Jing Hee hissed and tugged on Billi's hand. "Let's go home, I will explain everything from home."

She was well aware of the kind of temper that her daughter had. It often drove her to do impulsive things and she had no idea how Billi would react to this news. There was still a need for the old woman to be on their side so it was important not to aggravate her.

Lin Billi shrugged her hand out of her mother's and continued to stare at her grandmother expectantly.

"Say it now, what you just said to my mother I want you to say it again." she shouted frantically. "Is this what the secrecy has been all about? Why you moved into the house and started preparing an extra room?"

The elderly woman sneered again. "The older one has taught the younger one to stare at her elders like a little vicious beast and raise her voice at them. Lin Billi, I am your grandmother. You will talk to me with respect."

Jing Hee attempted to pull Lin Billi behind her once more but Billi shoved her instead and Jing Hee stumbled.

"Say it again, father has an heir! What are you talking about? I am my father's heir." Billi said hysterically.

If looks could kill, her grandmother would be on the floor, a corpse with holes drilled through the entire body.

"Aah, is that what your mother has been telling you?" her grandmother laughed.

"So what if she said it to me?" Billi shouted angrily. "I have contributed to the growth of this family. I played at every benefit father wanted me to in order to expand his connections. I flirted with all sorts of bastards because he wanted investors. I am the reason why the company has expanded ten times more since I got involved. And now what...an heir!! Old woman, you must have gone senile because you have aged. I don't care if he has one, ten or twenty little bastards running around the city. I will make it clear right now, I am his only heir. Not that cripple Alix and not any male child."

Billi was already dressed and she grabbed a bag from the bed and walked out of the hospital room. She made sure that she bumped her shoulder into her grandmother deliberately.

"Billi, Billi, dear, wait." Jing Hee took off as well, running after Lin Billi frantically. She didn't want her daughter staying alone at such a time.

Unfortunately for her, her mother-in-law was boiling hot and after the rude manner in which Billi had shouted at her, she needed to vent her anger on someone.

The elder grabbed onto Jing Hee's short pony tail and pulled her back, stopping her from following Billi. Jing Hee was stronger but Erya was holding on to her mother's waist. Indirectly, Erya provided the strength to the old woman.

Jing Hee ended up on the floor and a cat fight ensued with the elder one raining blows on Jing Hee.

"Tell me where you are hiding my grandson you barren hen. You are not going anywhere until what I know what you have done to my precious grandson."

Jing Hee didn't want to beat up her mother-in-law for fear of retribution from her husband so she kept covering her face and screaming, "Erya, get mother off me."

Lin Erya was also trying but her mother was fueled by rage which lent her strength. The commotion attracted two nurses that rushed in to help. Once they were separated, Jing Hee looking like a mess dashed out of the room to search for Billi but she was already gone and her phone was switched off.

Jing Hee was also the subject on Caishen's lips. He and Alix were inside the car which was heading to Fuwen academy. Bi Cang had updated him on the showdown between Alix and her step mother. They had made it through five minutes of silence when he opened his mouth.

"What happened? Did your stepmother really attack you?"

Alix of course responded accordingly. "Yes, me and aunt Mo. She just approached her and grabbed her arm really hard. It was almost as if she was seeking to rip her hand out of the socket.

I had to intervene and pull her away forcefully. And then she had the nerve to shamelessly stand there and call herself my mother. Can you believe it?"

Caishen shook his head, also responding accordingly as she expected. He shook his head, signaling that he couldn't believe it.

Alix laughed and said with so much enthusiasm, "It gets better. She called aunt Mo my sugar mummy!! She was screaming about how you are not enough for me so I got myself a sugar mummy."

She looked at Caishen's face with intense focus so as not to miss his reaction. He frowned as expected and she laughed.

"I already cut off all my ties with the Lin family but she boldly told me never to show up at the villa again." She tilted her head, raised her hands and grasped at the air. "Aah, I should have punched her at least once but aunt Mo didn't want to create a spectacle in public."

"She thinks I am not enough for you." In a deep thoughtful voice, Caishen said what had stood out for him in her tale.

Alix stared at him with confusion. Is that what he had picked out from the entire story?

"In what way am I not enough?" Caishen asked her.

She shrugged and shook her head. What possible answer was there for that question. He was enough in every way for her.

"It's a sexual thing, right? She thinks I do not satisfy you...."

"Oh-oh-oh." Alix yelled. She pointed at the driver and the one bodyguard with them in the car. They did not need to discuss their sex life in front of them. For all she knew, they were also Yura's spies like Wang Ma. Or maybe they reported to one or both of the elders.

"Am I?" he asked.

"Oh-ho!!" she moved her body forward and covered his mouth with her hand. "Will you die if you don't talk?"

He raised his brows curiously. She was the most talkative woman he knew but she wanted him to keep quiet. How amusing.

More importantly, when was the last time she washed her hands? She had eaten an orange flavored toffee when they entered the car and it had left a sticky residue on her palm.

He removed the unclean palm from his mouth and put it down.

"Clean your hands, and stop eating sweets secretly." he got the wipes which he kept in the car and cleaned her hands first. When he was done, he cleaned his mouth.

"I didn't eat secretly. Do yo want one? I got them from Xiaobo."

He had given her a whole packet as a gift that he personally bought her with some of his red packet money that his grandfather gave him.

Caishen turned her down immediately. "Save them for yourself. Tell me what you have decided. Are you giving me shares or not?"

"She is." The system's blue elf replied.

"You are not my mouth piece." Alix told it.

She smiled and nodded. "But, only ten percent." She held ten fingers up and Caishen smirked.

"Dear wife, I think I should introduce you to real business negotiations." Caishen smiled like a wolf that was about to eat a helpless bunny and he took both of her hands in his. Ten percent was not going to cut it.
