Transmigration To Magus World-Chapter 124: Framing the Guilty
In a brothel, women’s screams often mingled with men’s grunts of satisfaction. The louder and more indulgent the screams, the more they fueled men’s egos and desires.
For this reason, most assumed the screams were part of the nightly entertainment, imagining scenes of pleasure. No one thought that amidst these cries of ecstasy, one scream carried terror and ended abruptly in blood.
No one paid attention.
Just as a tiger prefers to eat undisturbed, powerful men demand privacy when indulging their desires.
The Death of Bobby....
Bobby died.
And for a long time, no one noticed. This gap in discovery gave Aizen the time he needed to proceed with the next phase of his plan.
After killing Bobby, Aizen swiftly moved to another room in the brothel where a member of the Blood Blade Clan, a faction within the Overseas Hundred Alliances, was reveling in debauchery.
The Story of Ghost blade
In this private room was Ghost Blade, a distinguished disciple of the Blood Blade Clan. His name bore only a single character difference from the Ghost Blade Kean, who had already fallen to Aizen. Ghost Blade, however, was infamous by his moniker: Blood Fiend Blade.
The disciple of Kean’s history was as grim as his reputation.
Origins:
He was once a disciple of the righteous Bright Moon Blade Clan, a small Sorcery Clan with limited resources. Most disciples lived in poverty, as the Clan’s scant resources were reserved for only the most exceptional.Betrayal and Descent:
Despite showing promise, Ghost blade’s Aka Disciple’s of Kean impetuous and competitive nature clashed with his master’s attempts to temper him with discipline. Believing his master unfairly favored his senior disciples, his jealousy boiled over.
In a fit of rage, and swayed by lust, he assaulted and murdered the granddaughter of a Clan steward before discarding her body down a mountain. Fleeing in fear of reprisal, he joined the Blood Blade Clan under the Overseas Hundred Alliances.Rise in the Blood Blade Clan:
With his solid Sorcery foundation, he quickly rose through the ranks, mastering the Blood Killing Blade, a brutal seven-tiered blade technique. Known for his viciousness, he delighted in using a single downward slash to split his victims’ heads, particularly those of young women.
Ghost Blade’s cruelty rivaled that of the demonic Clan, and he was not to be trifled with.
The Scene
Tonight, Ghost Blade’s temper was foul. He had lost the competition for the brothel’s top courtesan to Bobby and was nursing his frustration. Were it not for strict warnings from his Clan’s leaders to avoid external conflicts, he would have made Bobby pay dearly for the insult.
Instead, he vented his fury on the women in his room, riding one with the aggression of a conquering general while another clung to him from behind, sobbing theatrically yet dutifully caressing him.
Ghost Blade was in his element, fully indulging in his vices.
Aizen’s Plan
From the rooftop above, Aizen carefully removed a tile, peering down at the scene. The vulgar display below resembled a lurid painting, yet Aizen’s gaze remained cold and detached.
The two women might have been perfect for training techniques like Heart-Rending Claw, but tonight’s purpose was not about refining his Sorcery arts.
The goal was to kill—and to frame.
Revealing his own Sorcery arts would risk exposing his identity. Instead, Aizen would use deception to turn Ghost blade into a scapegoat.
From his robes, he retrieved a small porcelain bottle, carefully removing its stopper. A sharp, peculiar scent wafted out.
Aizen softly blew into the bottle’s opening, dispersing the strange fragrance into the room through the gap in the tiles.
Replacing the stopper and the tile in quick succession, Aizen disappeared from the rooftop without a sound.
The "gentleman thief" strategy—perching in plain sight—was risky, so he didn’t linger.
The First Reaction
"Who’s there?"
Ghost Blade’s voice rumbled from the room below, low and strained, his breath heavy.
He sensed something, his instincts sharpened by years of killing, but his body was already succumbing to the effects of the scent.
The stage was set. Aizen’s plan was unfolding perfectly.
Aizen moved swiftly, ignoring the commotion behind him as he slipped into a nearby alley. Weaving through the shadows, he vaulted over a wall into a residential courtyard.
In moments, he shed his black outfit and replaced it with coarse, dirt-streaked clothes—a simple jacket and wide-legged pants.
His discarded clothes, unmarked but tainted by his deeds, were flung into a rancid gutter. J Aizen knew some desperate beggar would find and claim them, erasing further traces of his identity.
The Framing Plan.....
The small porcelain bottle he had used earlier contained Turtle Snake Harmony Powder —a potent and rare aphrodisiac poison created by Turtle Rock Ridge. Unavailable on the open market, it was a signature concoction of the faction.
When inhaled in small amounts, the poison caused an intense heat to surge through the body, flooding the victim with uncontrollable lust. Without immediate relief, the victim’s aura and blood would rush to their brain, causing severe brain damage or even death.
Aizen’s choice of poison was deliberate. By using Turtle Rock Ridge’s signature concoction on Ghost Blade , a key disciple of the Blood Blade Sect, his intention to frame and ignite conflict between the two factions was clear.
Escalating Tensions
Aizen anticipated Ghost Blade’s reaction.
Ghost Blade, a fiery and impulsive late-stage magus body refining stage
Sorcery artists wouldn’t succumb easily to the poison, given his robust internal energy. But after the humiliation of losing the courtesan contest to Bobby earlier that night, his simmering anger was a perfect match for Aizen’s trap.
The aphrodisiac would fuel Ghost Blade’s rage, leading him straight to Bobby’s room for a confrontation.
What Ghost Blade would find, however, were corpses.
Aizen had used another poison, Blood Fragrance , to prepare the scene. This toxin, distilled from snake blood, released a subtle, alluring scent that lingered in the air.
When Ghost blade entered Bobby’s room, the fragrance would have seeped into the corpses, leaving behind telltale greenish-blue scales resembling snake skin on the bodies.
This would undoubtedly implicate the Blood Blade Clan, further supported by witnesses who had seen Ghost Blade’s earlier rivalry with Bobby over the courtesan.
With physical evidence, eyewitness accounts, and motive all pointing to Ghost Blade, he would have no chance to defend himself.
Aizen’s Precision
Returning to the workers’ shelter, Aizen’s movements were swift and calculated. He darted across the ground like a serpent, his abdomen contracting and limbs propelling him forward silently.
In less than the time it takes to drink a cup of tea, Aizen was back in the shelter, seamlessly blending into the shadows. His precise timing and execution underscored the strength of the intelligence network supporting him.
As a senior envoy of the Heavenly Demon Clan stationed at the World Society, Aizen commanded unparalleled authority. His resources included the World Society’s highly efficient intelligence operations, which surpassed those of other factions in Great plain City.
For this mission, Aizen had enforced absolute secrecy. William, a Hall Master of the World Society, personally handpicked trusted subordinates to assist Aizen’s covert actions.
Blood at the World Society
Meanwhile, at the World Society’s headquarters, another bloody scene was unfolding.
A clash broke out within the estate, though the fighting was neither widespread nor intense. Most participants simply watched, cheering or jeering from the sidelines.
The actual fight involved only three individuals:Vincent, Goro, and William.
Their target was Johnny , who was already weakened by poison. Unable to resist effectively, Johnny fell quickly, screaming in agony as the trio executed him mercilessly.
Vincent delivered the final blow. Dragging Johnny’s lifeless body into the courtyard, he decapitated him under the faint moonlight. Then, in a display of brutal dominance, he crushed Jonny’s severed head underfoot, grinding it into the dirt before the onlookers.
A Night of Blood and Intrigue
This was a night destined for chaos and bloodshed.
Aizen’s intricate plot was already sowing discord among the factions of Great Plain City. At the same time, the internal strife within the World Society added fuel to the fire.
Under the cover of darkness, alliances would fracture, and enemies would multiply, all according to Aizen’s carefully laid plans.
