Treasure Hunting System: The Ocean Conquerer-Chapter 728 - 325 Busy Getting Started_3
"This is a blessing given by the Flower Fairy."
"Flower Fairy? You can't be saying you've met her in person, and that the scent on you was transferred from her?" Julia asked, seeming to see right through Alka as she spoke.
"Huh? How did you know?" Alka asked, looking at everyone's disbelieving eyes. "It's true. Alright, let's have a proper meeting in that room and exchange our respective intel."
Earlier, while on the road, he had a brief chat with Jason and the others. They, too, had important information to share.
They arrived at a specially modified room.
Alka then shared with everyone his experiences in the Church, including entering the Dream Realm and meeting the Flower Fairy.
At first, he thought he'd been exposed because he saw that giant flower in the Dream Realm. Later he realized it didn't quite seem like it. Maybe it was the power he gained in the Dream Realm starting to genuinely construct the Royal Court that caused fluctuations, which the Flower Fairy detected. After all, his physical body was on the Flower Fairy's territory; trying to hide from a Divine in her own domain was far too arrogant.
"So has our task changed now? Are we supposed to fetch that Treasure for the Flower Fairy?" Chadite asked.
Alka nodded, "It doesn't affect us, does it? Our current goal is stuck anyway, and we can use this task as an opportunity to look for clues."
Hearing this from Alka, everyone nodded.
Indeed, that was the case. They could now be said to have a pass, as they were working for the Flower Fairy. They could practically move freely within the territories of the official powers in the Land of All Spirits. As long as they inquired about some intelligence, these official forces would be very willing to share information with them. Through such an opportunity, they could gather information about the Treasure they were pursuing.
Moreover, even if they had enough informational support, they still lacked sufficient strength. Time was also needed for things to settle. So, the two tasks didn't conflict at all.
"We have other intel here," Jason suddenly said from the side.
Hearing this, everyone turned their heads.
"We've found traces of the Nafasi Clan bloodline."
"Huh? You found such information just by going out once?" Chadite asked, a little puzzled, because this was clearly unrelated to the information they wanted to find, yet it was inexplicably surprising.
"It's strange to say, but some of our needs were exposed to the Church here."
"How were they exposed?" Alka asked with a frown.
Hearing the question, Jason looked at him, then raised his finger slightly and pointed at him.
"Me?" Alka was somewhat confused.
"Yes. We didn't know it was you at first, but hearing what you just said, it's basically confirmed to be you," Jason said, a smile suddenly appearing on his face.
"What's going on?"
Then Jason began to narrate the entire day's events to everyone.
"'In other words, the Flower Fairy passed her needs to her followers. These believers must have collected Alka's information and conducted divination. After all, they needed Alka's help, so they had to divine what Alka wanted to ensure a foolproof transaction with him,' Chadite summarized from the side."
Jason nodded, "Exactly. That's what the Flower Knight said. They don't know why we need information on the Nafasi Clan bloodline, but the divination said so. So, they used it as leverage, asking us to help them eliminate the Cult Group harassing them nearby."
So now, if they went to the Church looking for the information they wanted, they might find that it had already been packaged up, perhaps just waiting for them to collect it.
"Hmm, I suddenly feel like we have too many objectives; it's getting a bit busy," Alka said with a smile, then his expression turned serious. "Alright, let's plan what we need to do now."
He then began to go over the records on the paper in front of them, discussing each item with the group.
"First, the Flower Fairy's commission: go to the Great Tree's Refuge, follow her guidance, find the location, and obtain the Treasure she needs."
"Second, search for information related to the main Treasure. Once we're strong enough, we'll go into the deep sea to acquire it."
"Third, capture the Cult Group causing disturbances nearby. It's best to capture their leader alive, as he is of the Nafasi Clan bloodline—the key we're missing."
"These are the goals we need to accomplish now, correct?"
Everyone nodded.
"Alright, let's set some priorities. The main Treasure, due to our lack of strength, will be last. It won't be too late to go after it once we're stronger."
"The Flower Fairy said that obtaining her Treasure isn't dangerous; it's just that no one meets the requirements to get it. So, this task can be prioritized, but there's no need to rush."
"Meanwhile, we'll also look for traces of this Cultist. If we find their trail, they become our top priority."
"And during this process, let's gather some information related to the main Treasure."
Alka outlined a straightforward plan for their subsequent actions, and the others chimed in, discussing details and points to note until everything was clear.
"Alright, let's split into teams. Jason, you and the other two will go tomorrow to gather intelligence on the commission you've accepted. You need to get a clear understanding of the enemy's strength."
"Chadite, Lucilia, and I will go to the Church tomorrow to collect the information we need."
"The rest of you can stroll around this area and gather some scattered intelligence."
After the teams were decided, the sky had already turned dark. Everyone ate a meal and then went to their respective beds, awaiting the dawn of the next day.
