Treasure Hunting System: The Ocean Conquerer-Chapter 737 - 328 Bloom Festival_3
These two young women were Vice Captain Ling and Shi, the central hub for all the Puppet Girls.
Alka smiled and nodded.
Simon also took the two young women, letting them rest on his shoulders.
Shi seemed groggy. Leaning on Simon's shoulder, she looked as if she was about to fall asleep.
Simon had no choice but to take her down and place her on a nearby floating construct platform, allowing her to rest properly.
Ling also came down to look after her.
"Alright, let's head out."
Everyone nodded.
The young women then divided into simple groups of eleven and left the Flower Forest for their predetermined areas.
Lucilia, as their leader, also left with them.
To unleash her full potential, Lucilia had to stay with the Puppet Girls.
After leaving the Flower Forest, Simon, Alka, and the others departed in different directions.
"It's so lively!" Chadite couldn't help but exclaim, looking at both sides of the street.
A faint floral fragrance continuously wafted around them.
The passing residents and tourists were all dressed in local attire, embroidered with various beautiful flowers.
Decorations made of flowers hung on both sides of the street.
"Does this have any special meaning?"
Matilda noticed that everyone had placed a flower on their head, by their ear, or on their chest or waist.
Each person's choice of flower or its placement was slightly different.
They had never seen such a custom before.
Alka, observing the scene, said, "Maybe it has some meaning, like different placements or the symbolism of the flowers."
Not far away, a stall displayed a variety of fresh flowers.
At the base of each flower was a specially made soft ball, seemingly providing it with nutrition.
All the flowers people were wearing as decoration had such soft balls at their base.
"Let's go take a look," Alka said, leading his companions over.
Before the ceremony started, they could thoroughly enjoy the Blooming Festival.
They inquired with the stall owner.
"You're outsiders, aren't you? It's quite fortunate you're here for such an important festival," the owner said with a smile.
He then began to explain, "Every flower has its own unique meaning. Placing it on different parts of your body, to match the flower's symbolism, represents your hopes for a beautiful future."
Upon hearing this, the three young women in the group immediately became interested.
Alka and the others listened curiously, looking at the dense array of unfamiliar flowers on the stall.
Matilda picked up two light purple, trumpet-shaped flowers.
She handed one to Pororo.
"Here, this is for you. Place it on your chest."
Saying this, she also placed her own flower on the chest of her floral attire.
Matilda's attire was light purple with greyish-white floral patterns.
"Oh, okay. Here?"
Although Pororo was a sharkman, he wasn't unclothed.
He wore a light blue, short-sleeved, open-chested vest adorned with bright silver, lightning-like patterns.
His shorts matched the vest.
Matilda looked at Pororo and shook her head. "No, let me help you."
With that, her snake tail curled slightly, lifted, and used its tip to gently nudge the flower twice on Pororo's chest, setting it straight.
"Hmm, that looks much better."
Chadite, meanwhile, directly placed a light pink flower tinged with red on Alka's chest, then put a similar one on his own.
Of course, Alka didn't refuse.
Julia looked at the flower in her hand. It was sea-blue, and its petals were irregularly arranged.
It even swayed gently on its own.
She slowly placed the flower beside her ear.
Watching the others, Jason then turned to look at Juanlu.
Feeling Jason's gaze, Juanlu then noticed the flower Jason was holding.
"Hey! Don't even think about it. Get lost." After saying this, Juanlu casually picked up a pinkish-white flower and placed it on his chest.
"You really have no sense of romance," Jason muttered. He then picked up two identical flowers. Crystal from his hand crept up, enveloping them and transforming them into crystalline blossoms.
He placed one directly on his chest.
"I'll save this one for Ulu Liwus." As he said this, the other flower vanished into his palm.
And so, everyone decorated themselves with their chosen flowers, blending into the festive atmosphere.
They were like genuine tourists, enjoying the Blooming Festival.
