Twins Reunite: Bringing Mom and Dad Together!-Chapter 970: My Brother Is Too Sinister
Nathan Nash said gravely, "What do you intend to do? Mason Langley, you should know you can’t escape."
Mason Langley sneered, "Whether I can escape or not is my business. It’s none of your concern. Arrange a vehicle for me right now."
"Fine, I agree to your demand," Nathan Nash replied and immediately left.
Estelle Sterling and Caleb Faulkner glanced at each other.
Is that old man really going to obey? But they have the Nash family’s Poison Scripture in their hands, which is an important leverage.
Damn it!
Mason Langley looked at Estelle Sterling and Caleb Faulkner, eyes filled with overwhelming hatred.
It was those two who drugged him, causing him to suffer immense pain now.
Mason Langley gritted his teeth, "I know you want the Nash family’s Poison Scripture too. Give me the antidote."
Estelle Sterling’s face darkened.
He had learned this poison from Elara, but hadn’t managed to concoct an antidote yet.
However, Mason Langley didn’t know that, so they could trick him with something else for now.
Estelle Sterling put on a helpless expression and said, "Alright, alright, I’ll give you the antidote. Don’t do anything rash."
After speaking, he reached into his pocket, took out a small bottle, and rolled it towards Mason Langley and the others.
He wouldn’t go near them, to avoid being captured as a hostage.
Caleb Faulkner almost couldn’t hold back his laughter when he saw the bottle.
His buddy was too deceptive; that wasn’t any antidote, but rather a prank diarrhea pill they had developed earlier.
That stuff wouldn’t stop until it left someone dehydrated, and now Estelle Sterling tricked him into believing it was an antidote. The scene later was going to be quite something.
Estelle Sterling lightly coughed, signaling Caleb Faulkner to hold it in.
Their expressions turned serious, and they said, "We’ve given you the antidote. Now can you give us the Poison Scripture?" 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖
Mason Langley hurriedly got up and eagerly poured out the pill, swallowing it immediately.
Yara Yates was in pain too; she grabbed it and hastily swallowed a pill as well.
The two took a long breath out.
Finally relieved, they figured they would soon be able to escape.
Mason Langley and Yara Yates’ expressions twisted; they suddenly clutched their stomachs, "You! You didn’t give us the Detoxification Pill!"
Estelle Sterling looked at them with a smile, "It’s a diarrhea pill. The restroom’s over there."
He pointed at a nearby spot.
Mason Langley and Yara Yates couldn’t hold it any longer and rushed towards the restroom.
Estelle Sterling looked disgusted, "Tsk, the smell’s too strong. I guess they might not want to leave later. After all, there’s no restroom in the car. Let’s go, Caleb."
"Alright."
The two walked out together.
Nancy Nash was in the room, not knowing what to do now.
She was still a bit heartbroken, as Thomas Quincy had tricked her; he clearly said he would marry her.
Nathan Nash went to find Eleanor Sterling and Alaric Faulkner. Upon hearing about Mason Langley’s situation, they initially planned to pretend to arrange a vehicle and then seize the Poison Scripture when the time was right.
Unexpectedly, when they arrived at the room, they saw Mason Langley and Yara Yates fighting over the restroom.
Eleanor Sterling was dumbfounded and muttered, "Huh? What’s going on?"
Caleb Faulkner chuckled, "Mom, Estelle gave them a diarrhea pill; they won’t be running anywhere."
Eleanor Sterling: "..."
She looked at Alaric Faulkner and said helplessly, "What are you standing there for? Your son has already taken care of it. Go capture them."
Alaric Faulkner’s eyes darkened, and he waved to the people behind him, "Go get the Poison Scripture from him."
The bodyguards quickly searched Mason Langley and found the Poison Scripture; Mason clung to Caleb’s leg, "I can’t take it anymore! Give me the antidote; I’ll give you anything you want!"
