Keem ordered some blueberry muffins and super sweet lattes for both of them.

Lukas tasted the muffin first, it was good, and then the latte felt super sweet, so he looked at Keem, she was drinking her coffee with pleasure as if enjoying every sip of it.

"How much sugar are you drinking?" Lukas asked, he was not used to such sweetness.

" Four tablespoons, of course. Do you need more?" Keem asked if she was oblivious that this was not normal.

" No, for me it’s too much. I don’t drink this much sweetness in anything besides a cake," Lukas said while sipping his coffee. Although it was too much, he didn’t want to waste food.

" AH! I didn’t know, I am so sorry. Keem instantly regretted it while covering her mouth with both of her hands.

" Yes, that’s why you ask. No worries, though, I am just saying because you were too oblivious about it," Lukas said with a chuckle.

" I will ask next time," Keem said instantly, her face was still full of regret.

"Alright." Lukas, saying this, looked around, the people were looking in his direction as if angry. He felt a little weird.

Lukas didn’t take it to heart, he just finished his coffee and muffin and then asked for a bottle of water.

Keem even asked him which brand of water he wanted, he just casually said, "Perrier." He was actually messing with her because this shop only has ’Aquafina.’

Keem ran to the counter and came with her head down. Lukas smiled and just laughed a little. Keem, seeing him laughing, pouted.

She is like a kid.

" I was messing with you, just buy any bottled water, please." Lukas said while standing up people were glaring at him now, and staying here might be dangerous by the look of it.

Keem nodded her head and went to the counter as soon as she did, and Lukas tried to walk forward, but a steady and heavy hand grabbed his shoulder.

Lukas looked back only to see a person with a huge mustache and taller than him was looking at him with rage-filled eyes.

"Sir, May I help you ? " Lukas asked as many people who were standing and looking at him fiercely as well.

"That is our town’s little princess, you hurt her , you answer to us." The man with the mustache said in a deep voice. The uncles around him also nodded their heads.

Lukas’s eyes went big, and he just simply nodded his head.

" Uncle Simeon , I see you guys already met, this is Lukas, he came from Princeton and donated fifty thousand four hundred and ninety dollars to our church." Keem came and introduced Lukas like that.

Lukas was just seeing her face while he was so speechless that he just looked at her and blinked his eyes.

Simeon, upon seeing Keem, smiled broadly, hearing such a generous donation was made by Lukas, they narrowed their eyes.

"Uncle, don’t worry me, and Aunt Theresa verified with cops, that’s why I took him here to apologize," Keem explained. Lukas was just shocked and amused in a sense that such a naive person could exist.

Lukas just took the bottle from Keem’s hand gently in front of her uncles, then walked out of the cafe. He took a deep breath, opened the bottle, and finished the whole bottle.

Keem came out after a while, she smiled at Lukas and then walked towards his car. Lukas also wanted to do the same when a voice came in his ear, it was like someone was hushing, but he could clearly hear what the voice said.

’Her father has $600 million, so money won’t be enough to win her over.’

Lukas, hearing this, just smiled and then walked back to his car, he was not here to impress anyone. He drove Keem back to the church, he figured leaving this town as soon as possible might be the wisest decision.

As his car pulled up at the church, Aunt Theresa was waiting for them, and seeing his car, came closer with two envelopes.

" Young man, these two things are for you. Good luck on your journey, and we will pray for your mother," Theresa said with a very gentle tone, and her face was all smiley.

Lukas just smiled and took the envelopes no matter what they were for because it’s about time he left this cursed place where privacy is a sin and people may hurt you or warn you out of nowhere.

Keem got down from the car, then Lukas nodded his head towards Theresa, left towards where he came from.

The drive was smooth, and he was loving this car more and more.

Lukas drove in his dorm and parked it, then went to his room to study, this time around he sat calmly and studied hard.

After studying, he even read some books, and then he went out at 2.00 in the noon.

After eating lunch for free, his plan was to search for some coders to build his ideal website, and his university apparently has some.

He directly went to the Princeton ACM Chapter, this place is where every computer science genius resides in the university.

The room was on the third floor, and it took Lukas some time to find it as his campus was too big.

The door was shut from the inside, so he knocked on the door, the first few taps didn’t help, so he pushed a little, and the door opened wide.

Inside the room was dark and gloomy, there were a few computer monitors that were lighting that huge room. Lukas felt weird and walked inside.

His opening the door made the room too bright, so people inside made a ruckus.

Lukas, seeing this, just went outside and waited for some time and saw a girl coming out, she has brown skin color and was brown and black silky hair.

She looked frustrated and tired, seeing Lukas, she just sighed and came over.

" What do you want?" Her annoyed voice even made Lukas annoyed.
