" Well, alright then, I guess I should also file a complaint. I don’t want to get sued for groping a woman." Lukas, saying this, called the reception and told them how horrible their staff service was and that he expected better.

The manager came as fast as he could, looked at the girl who was now being carried away by staff of the hotel, and he was pissed. He gritted his teeth and looked at Lukas apologetically.

" It’s alright, just never let this happen again, and are those two fine?" Lukas asked while he was returning to his suite, the manager was walking alongside him.

Before entering, Lukas has seen the manager and gestured to the black-suited twin to let them stay or do whatever they want.

" Yes, they are staying in our double bedroom, they are sharing one. I thought they would take the expensive room, but they chose a very economically balanced room." The manager reported in a hurry that he was actually not sure what to do with Lukas now, they had made a blunder.

" Upgrade their room to a good one, tell them I said it and you are going to pay or let the hotel pay for it because of your mistake," Lukas said, then sat in the dining room and grabbed the chicken he ordered. After a day of training, he was famished.

" Of course, thank you for your generosity." The manager thanked Lukas, then breathed a sigh of relief.

" No worries, you can get out, I will rest," Lukas said as the manager was staring at him too much, which was bothering him a lot.

"Yes, sir. Thank you again, sir." The manager, saying this, left.

Lukas, after eating, looked at the clock, and it was 10:30 PM, so he sat in front of the glass wall to look outside. He wanted to drink, but he remembered his coach’s warning and didn’t.

This has become a bad habit, it seems.

Lukas thought and then looked at the cars that were driving around the city freely and homeless people trying to blend in in the luxurious city, but they absolutely can’t.

I am not a sage, fuck, I can even be the devil himself.

After thinking this, he stood up, and shaking his head, he returned to bed. He was a very good sleeper, so as soon as he touched the bed, he fell asleep.

The next day he woke up at 5 in the morning, wore a scarf to hide his face, and went to the gym that was in the hotel to exercise a little.

After doing all that, he came back and ate his breakfast in his room. He specially ordered bacon and chicken, he wanted to get as much energy as possible for today.

At 6.50 am he heard a gentle knock on his door. Lukas was ready, so he opened the door. He was wearing all black with his Rolex today.

Opening the door, he saw Jay and Roy waiting for him, they looked ready for battle and nodded their heads.

" Sir, the car you ordered is not here yet, so we can only use one car for today." One of the twins said, Lukas was not sure which one was who, but he just nodded his head and picked up his new bag and walked toward the elevator.

" Sir, let me carry this for you." One of the twins took the bag from Lukas’s hand, he almost took it surprisingly from Lukas’s hand.

" Thank you," Lukas thanked him, and they went down to the basement.

The car in the morning looked seriously gorgeous, it looked expensive.

" Sir, the car needs fuel, we can drive 10 miles at best," the twin reported to Lukas as he sat inside his spacious Benz.

" Alright, after dropping me off, one of you can take it to the gas station." Lukas was not really late, but he will be if they make a stop at a gas station that will make him late.

"Alright, sir."

Lukas reached the Veteran Stadium in just a few minutes. There were cars inside the stadium, and they all looked good, but some were crazy expensive sports cars that looked damn good.

Lukas’s car was parked with those cars, as the parking officer said this was his designated place.

Lukas entered the field where there were many people running around, and some of them had bats in their hands.

"Lukas, here," Terry called out to Lukas. Terry was this season’s field manager, and he was happy to see Lukas.

Lukas walked toward him with a smile, as Terry was the only person he knew in the entire field.

" These are our players. Go warm yourself up, and then I will introduce them to you. Drink this whole bottle of water then run, please." Terry said with a smile and two hand claps, then gave Lukas a 500 mg water bottle.

Lukas nodded his head and wore the jersey he bought yesterday, drank the whole bottle, and started running alone. The team was not as friendly as Trenton Thunder, people were just doing their stuff.

After he ran for about 25 minutes, Terry called him once again. This time there were people with him wearing black suits.

"Lukas, you finished warming up, right? These gentlemen are from MLB and here to take your pee, just in this damn pot, and give it to them. Terry said with a smile, Lukas, now you understand why Terry gave you the water bottle.

Lukas, nodding his head, went to the washroom, which was not that far, peed in the pot, gave it to the black suit guy, and went to wash his hands.

Coming back this time from the washroom, he saw the entire team was standing beside Terry, and he was looking serious.

"Lukas, come here. Team, this is Lukas. For tomorrow’s match, he’ll be our main pitcher. We lost this season anyway, so we’ll be experimenting tomorrow. If he satisfies the board members with his performance, next season he’ll do it permanently," Terry said while coming toward Lukas and tapping his shoulder.
