"I thought they would be something like some bullshit boss monsters, but these guys are easy!"

"Keep firing! Don't let them swarm you men!" – shouted a vampire gunman.

"DEVOUR THESE FLYING CHIKENS! DESTORY ALL OF THE MAD MONSTERS!" – shouted a fire breathing dragon.

<<Honestly, I thought the Sky Behemoth would now face some serious difficulties once that gate showed itself….. But nothing?>>

"The gate…. Are closing." – said Maparapara as the golden gate in the sky closed up, before then disappearing.

"…So…. We won?" – asked the slime girl as she looked towards the monstrosity of flesh and steel.

"Yea. We did." – replied Phantasia as he reverted back to his first form.

"Huh….That was…. Easy?" – said the slime girl as she looked around, spotting countless corpse of the angels just laying around.

"Are angels usually that easy? Weren't they supposed to be as strong as demons?"

"Yea… That should be the case." – replied Phantasia.

"But I guess they couldn't really bring out the 'best'…. Maybe the gate wasn't strong enough?"

"Then again, if we haven't destroyed all holy cities and spread the terror around, the faith of the holy empire would be still at the all-time peak…. And then they could had summoned army powerful enough to wipe us out."

"Then… Why didn't they done that? Were they looking down on us?" – asked the slime girl.

"Nah." – replied the monstrosity.

"That kind of rituals takes shit tons of time to complete as well as resources."

"As we rampaged around, their progress bar must also taken a hit and slowed down."

"If we weren't wrecking the empire so fast, they would had probably finished much earlier and summoned much stronger army."

"But they were not ready for us or our weapons."

"Not only that, the vampires were perfect counter for these fuckers."

"They destroy the 'faith' much faster than any other races, while also causing chaos and terror to spread around."

"Oh…. Right." – said the slime girl.

"…"

"So…. What now?"

"I mean, I know what next… We are going to the castle and are hunting down the fucker, right?"

"Nah." – said Phantasia.

"?"

"What do you mean?" – asked Maparapara as suddenly the ships and dragons flew above the city.

"Well, you see-"

"-If we truly want to destroy the faith of the Mother Of Light." – said Phantasia.

"Then we need to make sure that everything she holds dear is gone."

"Oh, you got to be fucking kidding me." – said the holy emperor as he stared through the window.

The cannons and dragons roared, beginning their bombardment as the entire holy castle and area around it ended up being engulfed in explosions.

"?!" 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

"We are just bombarding a living shit out of this place!?" – asked Maparapara.

"Yeb." – replied Phantasia.

"I mean, what?"

"Did you wanted to go inside and have a proper duel with a monster known as the pope emperor?"

"Well… I thought we were going to do that?" – replied Maparapara.

"Nah. This method is far better." – replied Phantasia.

The castle automatic defenses tried to defend themselves against the bombardment…. But there was a problem.

There was nobody inside the castle, powering up these automatic defenses.

So, it didn't take long for any form of barriers and defenses that the castle had to just collapse.

And before long, the castle itself started crumbling bit by bit.

The walls, the towers, the temples and the garden.

Everything was being straight up just demolished as the entire castle crumbled apart.

And even when half of the castle was visible destroyed, the organization forces did not stopped.

They fired and fired and fired once again, aiming for the total destruction of the castle.

And when they finally did stopped…. The castle was straight up no more.

The once divine and holy castle was now nothing more than just pile of bricks in the middle of the city.

"Huh…. This took bit longer than I've had thought." – said Phantasia.

(Welp, this castle was their main source of the divine and holy power, so obviously they would make it durable enough so even multiple dragon breath wouldn't faze it.)

"ALRIGHT MEN! LISTEN UP!" – shouted Phantasia.

"The castle lays in ruins! The main link between heaven and this world is severed!"

"But don't let your guard down!"

"The holy emperor isn't human!"

"He is a monster that is pretending to be a human!"

"There is good chance that he may had hidden in something like bunker or just used up all of his power to defend himself!"

"However! Remember this you bloody idiots! He may have strong healing ability!"

"So even if he is missing more than half of his body, don't let your guard down! Or you will just die like bloody idiot!"

Once the bombardment has stopped and the holy castle was reduced the rubbles, the ground forces turn came as they marched towards the holy castle and began inspecting its remains.

"Say…. Do we even know if that bastard is even alive in the first place?" – asked Maparapara as she used her giant slime form to move away large number of rubbles.

"Well, this bombardment had power to demolish multiple fortresses." – replied Phantasia as he was commanding his chimeras to dig around.

"Then again, this place was still providing power just moments ago."

"He may had used that power to protect himself before the castle just went *poof*."

"And we also ain't taking any chances."

"We need to at least get some of his remains to confirm that he is dead."

"Ahhhhhhhhhh"

"Fuck! How many fucking rubbles is here?!" – said annoyed giant player.

"Yea…. We will definitely search this place for hours." – said a mage who was using earth elementals to dig for him.

"Oh common! After that long battle, we now just have to dig!?" – said annoyed giant as he threw away a big chunk of wall.

"Hey! Watch it! Don't break my elementals!" – said annoyed mage.

"S-sorry!" – replied giant.

"….Anyway. This war is straight up good as won." – said the mage.

"There is no way that emperor bastard could had survived that bombardment."

"All we have to do is find a single scrap of his body."

"Just piece of cloth will do and quest is completed."

"….If there is even any-"

(Blood?) – thought the giant, as upon removing a ruble, the man noticed a stain on blood on the piece of wall.

"Hey! I have something here!" – said the giant as moved away bit of rubble, revealing a severed human hand underneath.

"!"

"I got it!" – shouted the giant as he lifted up the hand.

"Oh, is that this bastard arm?" – asked the mage.

"…"

"Em…. I don't know?" – said the giant.

"…Just check the quest." – said the mage, before the duo of players checked their quest log.

"…"

"Nah. It isn't it." – said the giant with annoyed expression.

"It hasn't confir-"

"[Holy Cannon]."

Right from behind the giant, a bright beam of light suddenly exploded, hitting the giant right in the back and sending the player flying through the skies, alarming all the players in the area who saw the flash of light.

"!"

"SHIT!" – shouted the mage as he ordered his earth elementals to assault the attacker…. Only for the violent flash of light to demolish the creature and mortally wounding the mage, killing him on the spot.

(God dammed bastard! They fucking just demolished the entire castle!? These fucking savages!) – thought the half-naked man, as he approached the fallen arm and just put it right next to his shoulder, before moments later several tendrils of light emerged and connected the arm to the body, restoring it.

"!"

"I FOUND THE FUCKER!" – shouted the orc player.

"THE HOLY EMPEROR IS HERE!"

"…"

"Tch."

In a matter of just seconds, players and soldiers instantly gathered around, surrounding the heavily injured holy emperor.

"Bastard is alive?!" – said surprised vampire.

"Damn monster!"

"Still…. He is at the death doors…. Isn't he?" – said the calm player, noticing that the man's body wasn't healed yet.

"You are right." – said the Doctor as he suddenly landed on the ground in his monster form.

"That bastard is at the death's door."

"…"

"And you really think you bastards can take me down?" – asked the holy emperor.

"Hm…. Good question." – said Phantasia.

"Well, this guy wanted to finish you off personally. So have fun."

"?"

"?!"

Before the holy emperor could even react, his back was suddenly pierced by something.

"Hi. Parasite." – said the childish voice from behind.

"Ready to meet your god?"
