Warlock of Oceans: My Poseidon System-Chapter 501: Sixth Floor: The Chamber of Seven Seas (21)
As the battle raged on, the Leviathan attempted to pull Cyrus into its depths, summoning a whirlpool of abyssal magic that threatened to drag him under. But Cyrus, refusing to give an inch, planted his trident in the sand and summoned a shockwave of crimson lightning. The jolt surged outward, sending the vortex rippling away from him. He roared in fury as the shockwave expanded outward, shattering one of the Leviathan's spiked tendrils and forcing the creature to retreat, if only for a moment.
The trio fought in perfect coordination, each of them complementing the other's movements, countering and pushing back with overwhelming force. They were relentless, never letting the Leviathan Horror gain an advantage, staying one step ahead of its shifting forms.
Sylus used his ice to freeze the creature's appendages in place, Jesua found every opening, and Cyrus took the blows head-on with unwavering strength. Together, they danced a deadly dance through the water, trying to keep the massive creature from overwhelming them.
Each time the Leviathan adapted, they countered. Each time the creature summoned more horrors, they annihilated them. And slowly, they could feel the Leviathan's grip weakening, the horror of its newly formed body beginning to crack under the relentless pressure of their combined assault.
But the Leviathan was not done yet—its regenerative powers were near limitless, and as it pushed back against the trio, it began to mutate again, pulling from the shadows of the deep, preparing for a new, more horrific evolution. The fight was far from over.
The Abyssal Titan roared, its deep, guttural bellow shaking the ocean floor, sending a violent ripple through the water. The sheer force of its transformation had warped the battlefield, currents shifting unpredictably, and the darkness around them thickened, suffocating and disorienting. The trio, though battered, remained steadfast, adjusting their stance, their minds working in unison to counter this ever-growing monstrosity.
Sylus had no time to think—only react. A massive, serrated tentacle whipped toward him, cutting through the water like a scythe. He barely had a second to maneuver, shifting his body sideways and propelling himself backward with a burst of air magic, the sheer force of his spell sending bubbles spiraling outward. He twisted mid-motion, driving his staff forward, channeling a concentrated bolt of lightning through the water.
The tentacle twitched and recoiled, the energy surging through its flesh, but it wasn't enough to stop it. The beast was adapting. Another tentacle lashed out from behind, curving unnaturally toward his blind spot. Sylus caught the movement in his peripheral vision and reacted instantly—he threw his staff forward, releasing a wave of pressurized water, slowing the tentacle's movement just enough for him to roll underneath it.
As he spun upward, he drew a glyph in the water with his free hand, a crescent arc of ice forming in response. With a snap of his wrist, the frozen energy raced through the water, catching onto the attacking limb and freezing it solid for a moment. Sylus lunged forward, spinning his staff like a bladed turbine, smashing the frozen tentacle apart with a burst of force, shards of ice scattering in the water.
Jesua darted through the battlefield, her sword glowing with a blinding radiance that cut through the darkness like a beacon. She twisted through the water, barely avoiding a hooked appendage that shot toward her from the Titan's back. At the last second, she hooked her foot against a piece of jagged coral, flipping her body mid-motion and using the momentum to bring her blade crashing down, cleaving through the appendage with explosive force.
A Fanged Abyss Serpent, one of the newly spawned sea monsters, shot toward her, its elongated, translucent body gliding unnaturally fast through the water. Jesua didn't hesitate. She gritted her teeth and angled her blade, catching the glimmer of the serpent's attack a split second before impact. At the last moment, she sidestepped, spinning as the creature lunged past, and in the same motion, drove her sword through its skull. The beast convulsed, its body going rigid as crimson energy pulsed through its wound, obliterating it from the inside out.
More creatures swarmed around her, moving in erratic, predatory patterns. Jesua tightened her grip on her sword, planting her feet on the shifting ocean floor. Instead of retreating, she launched herself forward, weaving through the swarm with precise slashes, severing fins, tails, and limbs with each measured strike. Every movement was deliberate, every parry met with a counterattack, every strike a calculated step toward weakening the creatures before her.
Cyrus gritted his teeth, his trident crackling with energy as he swung it in a full arc, cutting through two Shadow Sirens that tried to flank him. Their forms distorted before shattering apart, dissolved by the sheer force of his attack. The battlefield was chaos, but he thrived in it.
The Abyssal Titan's massive tail lashed out, attempting to sweep him into the open maw of the beast. Cyrus saw it coming but had no time to move—instead of dodging, he braced himself, gripping his trident with both hands and thrusting it into the ground, unleashing a crimson lightning surge that rippled outward in a violent wave. The shockwave collided with the tail mid-motion, disrupting its trajectory and allowing him to roll away just in time.
Not a second later, a massive armored limb swung down toward him. Cyrus roared and threw his trident forward, the weapon spinning like a lightning-infused spear. The force of the throw was so immense that it tore through the limb's armored plating, embedding itself deep into the creature's flesh. With a flick of his fingers, he activated the enchantment on his weapon—a massive chain of red lightning erupted from the embedded trident, branching out in every direction, arcing through the Titan's massive form. The beast let out a monstrous, ear-splitting howl, its body convulsing in agony.
Cyrus didn't waste a second—he dashed forward, using the currents from the creature's pain to propel himself up its twisting form, his hands reaching for the trident as it pulled him closer to the Titan's weak spot. He tore it free in one swift motion and spun midair, driving his weapon back down into one of the Titan's glowing eyes, the impact sending shockwaves of magical energy rippling outward.
Despite the monstrous strength of the Abyssal Titan, the trio was adapting rapidly. They had begun cycling their attacks, never staying in one place for too long. Sylus focused on control, using his magic to redirect attacks, freeze limbs, and break the enemy's movements. Jesua remained on the offensive, constantly dismantling the summoned monsters before they could overwhelm them. Cyrus targeted weak points, using his raw power to cripple the Titan's regenerating limbs before they could reform.
But the battle was far from over.
The Titan, enraged by their resistance, reared back, its body glowing with an immense surge of abyssal energy. The entire cavern shook as the water grew impossibly dense, the pressure intensifying, forcing the trio to brace themselves as dark energy crackled across the battlefield.
The true fight had only just begun.
The battle raged on in the depths of the cavern as the Abyssal Titan loomed over the trio, its grotesque new form towering like a nightmare. The water around it churned with violent currents, the darkness alive with pulses of shadowy energy, as its massive tentacles and bat-like fins lashed out unpredictably. The trio moved in unison, using their skills and magic to stay one step ahead of the ever-evolving monster.
Sylus was the first to react to the new form's more violent tendencies. The Abyssal Titan's tentacles lashed down at him in a coordinated flurry, their jagged edges slicing through the water like living blades. Sylus, relying on his acute awareness of the battlefield, ducked and weaved through the attacks, his staff raised in a defensive position.
A tentacle came at him from the left, too fast for him to completely avoid. Sylus twisted his body, using the water's resistance to roll beneath the strike, the limb scraping just inches above his head. He pushed off the cavern floor, shooting upward like a fish caught in a current. Mid-flight, Sylus conjured an orb of compressed air, sending it rocketing at one of the massive tentacles. The orb exploded on impact, and the tentacle was knocked off-course, flailing erratically in the water, leaving a brief opening.

He didn't waste the opportunity. With a swift motion, Sylus summoned a spire of ice from the depths, aiming it directly for the Titan's exposed, soft underbelly. The ice spike shattered against the creature's thick scales, but Sylus used the momentum to dart sideways, narrowly avoiding a second, incoming tentacle.
Jesua's movements were fluid and graceful, the radiant energy of her blade illuminating the dark abyss like a beacon of hope in the chaos. The Abyssal Titan, enraged by the trio's resilience, lashed out with its enormous, sinewy limbs, sending powerful shockwaves through the water with every strike.
Jesua, however, was quick on her feet. She dodged one tentacle by sliding low, her blade cutting through the water with pinpoint accuracy to sever the limb just above the base. The severed portion of the tentacle twisted before dissipating into shadowy tendrils, but Jesua was already in motion.
