I was caught off guard by the system’s sudden suggestion.

But then I couldn’t help saying, "I also have the Void Sword Law, can’t I just do it? Also, if Gao Fu Shuai takes care of this invader, what about the mission? If I don’t take care of it myself, would it still count?"

That was the main concern that I had after hearing this suggestion.

After all, that was the main reason why the system had restricted the use of the defense system in the first place.

Otherwise, it would have been much easier to have the Guardian Lords come out and destroy these invaders. For the Guardian Lords, it would be a simple flip of the hand to destroy these invaders.

It would certainly be much better than us struggling against them like this.

The system was silent for a bit before saying, "It’ll be fine as long as you land the final blow."

"Huh?" I was shocked to hear this, but then I couldn’t help complaining, "Then just call out the defense system! That would make things even simpler!"

But this time, the system didn’t say anything in response.

It completely fell silent even though I was calling it out like this.

When it became like this, I knew that it would be useless to say anything else.

Still, I couldn’t understand why the system would tell me to call out Gao Fu Shuai all of a sudden.

"Come with me." That was the first thing that I said as soon as I entered the Space and Time Training Room.

Gao Fu Shuai was completely taken aback when he heard this, but he didn’t doubt me as he started following me.

The others also came over as if they wanted to follow me out, but I stopped them by raising my hand and saying, "Not you guys, I only need him today."

The way that they looked at me was like they were like little puppies that had been abandoned, but I wasn’t moved at all even though they looked at me like this.

In the end, it was only me and Gao Fu Shuai who came out.

The moment that we came out, he asked in a shocked voice, "Young master, what is happening here?"

I didn’t explain anything in the Space and Time Training Room since the others were there and I didn’t want them to hear, but throwing him into this situation was a bit too much.

"This is one of the invaders from the upper realm, I need you to use your Void Sword Law to attack it."

To my surprise, Gao Fu Shuai wasn’t surprised to hear this at all.

Rather, there was a faint smile that appeared on his face when he heard this.

"Young master, how did you know that I made progress with my Void Sword Law? I just made progress a day ago...Well, a day ago in the Space and Time Training Room." Gao Fu Shuai said in an impressed voice.

I was however shocked even though I didn’t show it on my face.

A day ago...that was around four minutes in the outside world.

So that meant that he had just made some progress when the system told me to call out Gao Fu Shuai...

I really didn’t know what to say, but this certainly wasn’t the time to complain to the system.

Gao Fu Shuai gave a nod before taking out his sword and charging out at the sand emperor.

The sand emperor’s figure seemed to be shaking as if it was about to do something, but that stopped when Gao Fu Shuai’s Void Sword Laws fell onto it.

The moment that Gao Fu Shuai’s sword slash hit the sand emperor, it seemed to freeze.

It was as if there was something that had shocked it as it slowly turned to look at Gao Fu Shuai.

That was because there was a part of its sand figure that had disappeared.

Even though the sand that made up its body tried to shift out of the way of Gao Fu Shuai’s attack, that didn’t work in the end as part of its body had been ripped away by the sword energy.

With the way that it was ripped away, it was almost as if a part of the sand emperor’s body had been swallowed by that attack.

"Void Sword Law." I couldn’t help slowly saying to myself as I understood what was happening.

It was an attack that was named after the void and there was one thing that the void was known for.

It was nothingness.

There was nothingness in a void and whatever fell into the void would be swallowed by the void until it disappeared.

Before this, Gao Fu Shuai’s attacks would only cut through space like it was ripping it apart and pushed away everything to create a void.

But now, it seemed like he had reached a point with his Void Sword Law that he was able to actually create the void itself.

It seemed that Gao Fu Shuai’s understanding of his Void Sword Law had increased greatly and he was able to tap into the essence of the Void Sword Law.

It seemed that he had really grown during this time.
