What Would You Do If An Ugly Woman Asked You To Dual Cultivate?-Chapter 33: Han Tianxue’s Father
Chapter 33 - Han Tianxue's Father
Yang Hao and everyone in the Royal City saw the white flames and green mist in the sky. They couldn't see who was fighting, but they knew that whoever was battling up there was incredibly powerful. A white barrier appeared, saving them—without it, everyone in the Royal City would have died.
"It was the Breeding Devil, and there was another woman with White Fire. Then, lastly, Lan Huoyan appeared," Navrita said. "It seems I was worried for nothing. These Devils are just children." She closed her eyes.
Far away, outside the Royal City, in a small village house, the Breeding Devil was alive—but then, a breeze passed by, and his head fell off his body.
"Okay, every Breeding Devil is dead," Navrita said.
"Master, can't you find other devils the way you did just now?" Yang Hao asked.
Navrita shook her head. "Every person has a unique energy, and a devil's energy is different from a human's. But because they are mixed with humans, it's impossible to find them unless I see them with my own eyes. While the Breeding Devil fought, I sensed his energy and then searched for a similar energy signature. That's how I was able to kill him."
Yang Hao nodded, then looked up at the sky. It was night, with stars twinkling, looking breathtakingly beautiful. He smiled, feeling happy just to see the peaceful night sky.

In the Han Family
Han Tianxue returned and reported to her father that she had reached True Elemental. Her father was surprised, nodded approvingly, and told her good job and to train harder and reach his level as soon as possible.
Han Tianxue nodded and left her father's presence. She smiled to herself. This was the first time her father had told her she good job. She hadn't expected such a simple praise to make her so happy. Clenching her fists, she became even more determined to grow stronger.
As she was heading back to her room, she saw a skinny man walking toward her. The man looked at her and licked his lips, his hungry eyes locking onto her.
Han Tianxue felt every hair on her body stand up. An overwhelming sense of danger crashed down on her. Every instinct screamed at her to run—run away immediately! But she couldn't.
Fear unlike anything she had ever felt before gripped her. Even as the man stepped closer, she didn't move—she couldn't move.
When he raised his hand, about to place it on her head, she felt as if her body was about to burst apart. She was going to die. But then—
"Mr. Da."
Suddenly, the pressure vanished. Han Tianxue gasped for breath, her entire body drenched in sweat, her clothes sticking to her skin. She immediately took a few steps back, eyes locked on the skinny man.
"Han Zhentian," the man called Mr. Da said, licking his lips. He continued, "A new deal. Give me this girl, and I will give you what you want. What do you think?"
"Get out of here," Han Zhentian snapped at her.
Han Tianxue hesitated, teeth sinking into her lip, then turned and bolted.
Once she was gone, Han Zhentian faced Mr. Da. "I'm sticking to our original agreement."
Mr. Da chuckled. "What, you're giving up on yourself now? You sure about that?"
"Yeah," Han Zhentian said, voice steady.
"Haha." Mr. Da laughed. "Can you stop me? She smells delicious. I bet she's a genius, isn't she? Eating her brain would be..." His face was full of drooling hunger. "Sorry, but I must have her brain for my dinner. Go and get her for me."
Han Zhentian didn't move.
Mr. Da's eyes narrowed. "Listen, you're a weakling. Get her, and I'll bring your wife back. Don't, and I'll eat her brain—then everyone else's in this dump. Your call: her, or the whole clan?"
Han Zhentian stood there, silent, rooted.
He couldn't do it. Even if he'd been cold to his daughter, he'd never kill her.
And he knew Mr. Da wasn't bluffing.
She was dead today, no matter what.
Just like his wife back then—him standing there, helpless, watching her go.
Now it was happening again. He was going to lose his daughter.
But this time...
Earth energy surged around him, rippling over his skin.
This time, he'd fight, even if he'd lose.
He'd do anything to save her—anything.
Mr. Da grinned, amused. "Fine. Han Clan's toast today."
They squared up, ready to throw down—then the sky lit up. White fire and green mist clashed overhead.
Both froze, looking up.
Mr. Da frowned. He waved his hand.
Han Zhentian's head fell from his shoulders.
Mr. Da collected the severed head and was about to go after the girl when he suddenly felt another presence.
He turned—and saw a scarlet-haired woman with ruby-red and ocean-blue eyes.

Lan Huoyan had arrived, but she was one step too late to save Han Zhentian.
Mr. Da laughed and disappeared. "So, this backward world has some strong people after all," he said before vanishing completely.
Lan Huoyan narrowed her eyes. She couldn't sense Mr. Da anymore.
She waved her hand, summoning two fireballs.
The fireballs attached themselves to Han Tianxue and Han Tianming.
If anything happened to them, Lan Huoyan would know immediately.
After ensuring their safety, she turned and headed toward Jiang Chenxue—to help her.
