Leo woke up in the evening, and he found Snow and Anastasia taking care of the children. As he came down, the scene was very warm, as if sensing his presence, Elena turned in Anastasia's arm and made a sound, "Ba!"

Leo smiled at her and walked up close, as he asked, "Did you sense, Baba?"

Elena giggled, and Leo asked, "Do you want Baba to carry you?"

Elena leaned over and then Leo took her gently from Anastasia's hands. The old lady had been tired, after all, it was not easy to handle such energetic children. Leo smiled and said, "Naughty one, you have tired your Grandma a lot."

Elena chuckled and after a few moments he rocked her in his arms, and even gave her some gentle swings. The girl chuckled in her arms, and then Julian also made a sound as if telling leo that he wanted to be swung as well. Leo smiled and put Elena in Snow's arms and then took Julian and the living room echoed with their giggles. Lily soon followed up, and she laughed even louder as Leo swung her around.

Julian and Elena watched it from the arms of their mother and grandmother as they giggled. Though the children were young, but they recognized everyone at home. Lily would often talk to them and tell them stories with Snow and sometimes when she felt confident, she would sit on the couch with either of her siblings in her arms.

She loved them a lot and the twins were the same, they never cried when Lily held them. Although they would make sounds if they were not comfortable, but they never cried or made trouble with her. After a few minutes, the children calmed down, they had been laughing so much that they were sweating and their faces have turned slightly red.

The young man took a break and asked, "Miss Rouge, do we have dinner ready?"

The lady nodded and said, "Beta has finished cooking everything by your recipes, Sir. Just waiting to serve the food."

Leo nodded and said, "Let's eat and head to the bed."

The family all got up to sit at the dining table, and only the twins were returned to their cradles in the room with Alpha watching over them and playing them some soft music pieces.

The family finished eating and then Snow asked, "Leo, when would the Space Elevator project finish?"

Leo shrugged his shoulder and said, "They gave me an estimate of an year, so it should be around that time. We cannot rush it, after all, the cruciality of various natural factors must be taken into account when they approach this project and even a miniscule measurement should be calculated repeatedly to make sure that the data is correct. Or it could spell disaster."

Snow nodded and said, "Yes, that was what I was wondering because with the data reports turning in from the construction site, the situation seems to be progressing a bit too quickly. Is it alright?"

Leo recalled the acceleration card that he had used, so he said, "Well, I will look into it and consult the experts on the ground status. As for the rest, don't worry. Also, I wonder what are your thoughts on genetic research? There are many rare genetic syndromes that still cause trouble for people and they are not curable. So, I was wondering if we should explore that?"

Snow thought about it and said, "Shall we talk about this on a walk?"

The young man nodded and they headed outside, Leo wanted to get a go ahead from her to kick start the process that would eventually lead to the company developing the genetic enhancement serum. He needed to plan it all slowly and step by step only then could it pass the normal eyes.

...

Snow and Leo walked in the garden while discussing the various aspects that they would need to consider in this project and the biggest topic of discussion was the capital chain. Leo thought about it and decided to make this project a crowd funded and also a collaboration with the government.

Snow nodded because even though they were earning a lot of money, they didn't have enough to sustain the genetic research after the space elevator project had kicked off.

After the walk the couple headed back to the rooms, but not before checking on the two children. Leo and Snow fed them with the milk that Snow had extracted in the bottle and then they strolled with them before making sure that the children had burped and they were comfortable to go to bed.

...

In the morning, Leo decided to go and visit the research center and talk to the leading expert in genetic science there. He didn't take the kids with him so that he could rush back quickly. Leo was not the one who put on any airs. He simply called the Genetic Researcher and Cherry as the CFO, to talk to them about the feasibility of the various situations.

He wanted the project to run and for that he needed money and Cherry would assure that the financial chain is intact. Leo also suggested that he can sale some share to Elvin if he was to invest.

Elvin was a carefree person, but he was a investment wizard, he had invested money in a lot of small companies over the time and the returns alone made him rich enough to compete with many legacy families in the city.

The genetic expert was called, Sushen Terra, he was renowned through the world and joined the Utopia Research Center when he came to find out about the medicines that were being developed here. He had joined the place in hopes of a genetic research and also the fact that the Cardinal Group didn't capitalize on the problems of the masses.

When Leo presented the idea to the people, they were all excited as they had didn't think that Leo would open this so quickly. The young man had no idea and after some thought, he just handled them as if they were normal and in the end he said, "Professor Terra, let me put the harsh words out as well. I want results. I have no idea how you would do that, but you ought to do it so that the people can get the meds and deal with the genetic issues."

Sushen Terra was surprised, when he saw the serious expression Leo had. He was a wizened man and he understood that these things were not simple. Leo was serious about finding a solution and then Leo said, "The ultimate goal of this research is to find a formula that could help the human genetics grow stronger. We are limited in a lot of thing as humans, if genetic evolution can help us grow stronger than the exploration of space would become better. The ailments of the people would reduce as well."

Sushen Terra said, "Evolution is not endless, unless we face a drastic conditions it will not trigger, and that would come at a cost of almost all the species. So, I agree, we ought to see the future and create one for ourselves. However, this project should be put away for the end, we aim to cure the genetic disorders humans suffer from now. In my opinion we are still wobbling like babies, and need to take small steps."

Leo nodded, this was the subtle agreement that while they shared the ambition they wanted to keep it a secret from the world outside. This topic was something that they could not discuss publicly or it would cause a lot of ripples, and many of the human rights and such complicated people would step up to blockade them.

The young man took a things were settled, and with that, he left the business park, just as silently as he had come. He had rode his bike today. He had to make another stop before going home, that was to pick Lily and take her on a small ride.

When he reached the school, he found that Kyle had already arrived with the special harness that he asked from him. This harness would be used to hold Lily in place as she was still a minor and without the harness she was not permitted to ride on engined bikes. Leo fastened the Harness, and then he went to the school gates and picked Lily up who smiled and kissed his cheek.

Leo smiled back at her and then the little girl waved to her friends and Zeenat got inside the car with her bag. Leo secured the little goblin with harness and then he gave her a small pink helmet. Lily hugged his waist tightly and then Leo revved the engine before they moved away.

Although the young man followed the speed limit, Lily was still happy, and she was giggling all the way, but when they reached home, the little goblin almost fell to the ground, because her legs were wobbly.
