Awakening The Only SSS-Rank Class! Now Even Dragons Obey Me-Chapter 671: Attacking The Terrorists
Daniel and Sara moved toward the terrorists’ central base without wasting time. Of course, Daniel didn’t forget to completely hide both his and Sara’s presence.
He then released his spiritual senses and did a general scan of the base. Fortunately, the number of forces was not higher than expected.
Now for dealing with them, he had several options. First, he could completely seal this area so that no sound would spread to other sections.
Or he could just attack without worry and destroy this place. Or he could simply use the Fallen and watch from the side himself.
"Are you really going to attack? That’s very dangerous!" However, Sara still opposed his plans and saw them as crazy.
In a way, she was right. After all, she didn’t fully know how powerful the man beside her really was, so it made sense that she felt danger.
Still, Daniel ignored her words. Without revealing his presence, he waved his hand, and suddenly blood-colored portals appeared beside him.
Terrifying and extremely powerful auras filled the entire area, so strong that even the terrorists noticed, but it was already too late to do anything.
"My God, what are those?"
"What are those portals?!"
"Hurry and inform the commander!"
Just from feeling the aura of those portals, the terrorists trembled in fear and immediately reported what was happening to higher authorities.
At that moment, beings came out of the portals, creatures with shining black-purple, galaxy-like bodies, emitting destructive auras.
Seeing them, Sara felt herself trembling and didn’t know how to react. What the hell are these things?
"Destroy all five bases," Daniel said lazily, without even looking at the Fallen.
After respectfully bowing, the Fallen attacked all five bases at the same time. The terrorists, in shock and fear, tried to stop them.
Although they had the advantage in total numbers, the power of the Fallen was far above them. Besides, the Fallen were practically immortal and would not die unless their Lord was killed.
The terrorists and the Fallen clashed, and the noise of the battle alerted the government and guild forces who had come to fight the terrorists.
"What is going on here? What are those monsters? Why are they fighting the terrorists?"
"Have you ever seen monsters like this before?"
"They have very powerful auras!"
They trembled a bit as well, but when they saw that those monsters completely ignored them and did not attack them, they sighed in relief.
However, they did not fully retreat and preferred to stay and watch.
Daniel completely ignored them and calmly moved toward the central base. Sara, whose eyes were wide from shock, came back to her senses and slowly followed behind him.
Is this really the same Daniel she knows? How did he become this powerful in such a short time? And this power isn’t even his own, what are these monsters?
His summons? But she had never seen or heard of summons this powerful.
"Are we really just going to walk in like this?" she asked when she saw that Daniel truly intended to enter.
"The terrorists are busy now. It’s the best time," Daniel nodded and calmly entered the inner area of the terrorists’ central base.
Their presence and aura were completely hidden, and no one could detect that they were there. Because of that, they could move forward without worry.
He expanded his spiritual senses even more and scanned the entire central base. Naturally, he was searching for his target.
"Found them," Daniel turned and looked at a building to his left. Terrorists were passing by them one by one, heading toward the battlefield.
However, the four guards assigned to that building were still in place and didn’t move at all. Clearly, they were not supposed to leave.
"Hmm? I need to go to that building." Daniel turned to head there, but Sara suddenly grabbed his sleeve.
"I’m also going to look for my brother or any clue or trace of him," the girl hesitated for a moment and made her decision.
"Be careful. When I’m done, I’ll come find you." Then they temporarily parted, and Daniel headed toward that building.
Sara also went toward the largest building in the base. She didn’t know why, but from the moment she entered this base, she had felt a familiar aura from inside that building.
Could her brother be there? She wasn’t sure, but maybe she could find something related to him there. She took a breath and continued on her way.
Meanwhile, Daniel quietly knocked out the four guards protecting the building and placed them in a corner inside.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t open the building’s door without them noticing, so he had to knock them out first.
Then he looked at the staircase leading downward to the basement. He took an ID card from one of the guards’ pockets and went down the stairs.
The further down he went, the more he felt that breathing here was getting harder and harder. Strangely, this was even affecting him.
"Strange," he frowned. Difficulty breathing should not have much effect on an Awakened at his level.
Unless this place was built in a way that its main purpose was to affect Awakened, to induce fear and make their minds vulnerable.
"Whoever built this place was a professional." It was clear the builder was definitely skilled, and he doubted a terrorist group could easily access someone capable of creating such a structure.
When he reached the last step, he finally arrived at his destination. There was a door at the entrance, and beside it an identity recognition device. He placed the card on it, and after a few moments, the identity was confirmed and the door opened.
He entered the underground prison of this terrorist base. However, as soon as he entered, the door closed behind him and red lights appeared everywhere.
"Illegal entrance! Illegal entrance! Unverified presence!" A robotic voice suddenly began echoing throughout the building.
Alarms rang throughout the central base and drew everyone’s attention.
