Deceiving Her Ears: Ignoring Your Call-Chapter 200: Isaac Vaughn Learns Natalie Kendall Is Leaving the Country
When Natalie returned home, the nanny told her that Jordan hadn’t eaten dinner and that the teacher said he cried several times at school today but wouldn’t say why.
She nodded and knocked on the bedroom door.
Seeing her come in, Jordan quickly wiped his tears, but his voice still carried a sobbing tone, "Sister."
Natalie walked over and asked him, "Not hungry?"
Jordan shook his head, but as he did, his stomach let out a loud "growl."
He covered his stomach in embarrassment.
"Come out and eat."
The nanny cooked a bowl of noodles, and Jordan sat at the dining table, quietly finishing them.
Natalie sat opposite him, drinking water, and waited for him to finish the noodles and wipe his mouth, then spoke, "Someone will take care of you here; you can come to find me during holidays."
Jordan sniffled, cautiously asked, "Sister, can’t I go with you?"
He felt very insecure and just wanted to be with Natalie.
"What about school? Aren’t you going?"
Jordan lowered his head, speaking muffledly, "Sorry, sister, I understand, sister."
It seemed he had made up his mind as he raised his head and said, "I will study well, sister."
"Okay."
After settling Jordan, Natalie went to the guest room to find Cynthia.
Cynthia remained her usual cold self.
"Tomorrow, big brother will come to pick you up."
After Natalie finished speaking, Cynthia didn’t react much.
There was nothing else to say, so Natalie turned and left.
As she held the doorknob to open the door, a cold female voice sounded behind her, "Safe travels."
Natalie’s fingers tightened around the doorknob, not responding, before going out and closing the door.

The Grant Group.
Lucas was newly married, in a great mood, handing out wedding candies; whoever saw got some.
When Isaac came over, he had just finished handing out the candies he brought.
Seeing Isaac, Lucas raised an eyebrow. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝙚𝔀𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝒐𝒎
Isaac had offered him two points generously, so it was appropriate for him to visit in person to sign the contract.
"Not going on a honeymoon?"
When Isaac finished signing, he handed the contract to Lucas, asking.
Lucas signed his name swiftly, "My wife’s pregnant."
It should have been a happy event, but there was a tinge of heartache in his tone, "Morning sickness is severe; she can’t fly. We’ll make up for it later, wherever she wants to go, however long she wants to play, it’s up to her."
Isaac nodded, "Congratulations."
Lucas: "Thanks."
After signing the contract, the two shook hands symbolically.
Lucas walked out, taking out his phone to make a call.
"Natalie, where are you? What? Already at the airport? Didn’t I say I’d see you off? Fine, fine, I’m coming over. No way! Such a big deal as going abroad, I must see you off personally..."
Before Lucas finished speaking, someone grabbed his arm tightly from behind.
He turned back in surprise and met Isaac’s panicked gaze.
"She’s... going abroad?"
Isaac’s mind went blank at this moment.
Lucas hung up, saying "Mm."
Pulled his arm out of Isaac’s grasp, "I’m off."
Lucas walked towards the elevator and pressed the down button.
Isaac quickly followed.
"I’m going with you," he said, completing the sentence in two breaths.
He was too overwhelmed now, worried he might have issues driving himself, so going with Lucas was more reliable.
Upon hearing this, Lucas frowned, initially wanting to refuse, but suddenly recalled how after the wedding, a friend mentioned Isaac had taken Natalie away.
Natalie was willing to go with Isaac, so perhaps there’s room for reconciliation between them.
He was unsure, and thus didn’t refuse Isaac’s request.
