All of The Lords surrounded Mykel and all of them suddenly released a powerful blast from zero to a hundred in an instant. The blast was so powerful that Elena had to use her life energy to protect everyone. Amaryllis, Rozan, and Shelly also did the same thing while Aurea used her own body at the front with Gunnar and Enma.

They barely survived the blast as they were all thrown away with serious injuries to their bodies. Elena coughed blood as the barrier she created was destroyed and her condition worsened.

They realized it was too dangerous to stay there, and so Amaryllis opened a small pocket in space. She sent everyone there and closed it to prevent them from getting hurt in the battle between The Lord and Mykel.

All The Lords looked at Mykel who was fine and didn't even flinch from that powerful force. It didn't stop them from using everything they had to get rid of the abyss on Mykel's body.

They attacked in sync that it was impossible for Mykel to fight back and the abyss he released got countered immediately. It was more intense and destructive compared to Elena's battle with Mykel because there were thousands of Lords.

Unfortunately, no matter how many of the Lords were facing Mykel, they couldn't bring him down. The longer it took for them to stop Mykel, the stronger he became and it would be the worst scenario.

"I need to recover as soon as possible," Elena said as she felt Mykel's power still inside her body.

"If you want to recover quickly, you need to stop moving and just lay down. You need to rest," Lyneth said as she kept giving her life energy to Elena.

Amaryllis was using her clone to observe the fight and let everyone watch it from the panel. At first, they were worried that The Lord would kill Mykel, but now they were worried that Mykel would become stronger by The Lord's power.

The force that all The Lords used against Mykel was devastating if combined, but it wasn't good enough since Mykel could devour a few of them at a time. The Lords realized that it wasn't a good idea and decided to combine them, making himself a singularity. His power grew tremendously that Mykel hesitated to get close to him after he sensed the power within The Lord.

"There's only one of me, and there's only one of you now. We have come back to where it all started," The Lord said as he clenched his fists and released a massive big bang that was hundreds of times bigger than when he created the universe.

Mykel was bathed in divine light and it was enough to erase the darkness on his body. It became too powerful for him to devour, and the tide had turned since the light now became the dominant one.

"I don't want to make you disappear, but if I have to risk it, I will do it for the greater good," The Lord said and he punched Mykel right in his chest.

They clashed in the heart of a supernova, unleashing shockwaves that rippled across the cosmos. The very fabric of reality strained as they fought, and galaxies were born and destroyed in that punch alone.

The Lord's determination to prevent the world from disappearing against Mykel's insatiable hunger for power. For every galaxy The Lord created, Mykel devoured a thousand more. The struggle reached an epic and terrifying height as they collided with a force that threatened to tear apart the cosmos itself.

"I will make your hunger disappear," The Lord said as he clenched his fist and punched into the abyss in Mykel's face.

In a final, devastating surge of power, The Lord unleashed a burst of creative energy that created a blinding explosion of light that he had never created before. Mykel's abyss recoiled, its hunger momentarily sated as it struggled against the overwhelming force of creation.

The abyss on Mykel's body started to disappear and that was when The Lord realized that he had managed to satiate the abyss. He waited until finally Mykel came back to his original body, but that was when he saw Mykel struggle to endure the power inside his body. Suddenly Mykel chuckled and the abyss on his back came out and covered his body once more.

The Lord couldn't believe it wasn't enough and he realized he should have finished his job. Since it had to come that way, he tried to do it once again, but when he was about to punch Mykel's face, the abyss stopped his fist and sucked the power from his fist.

Mykel slowly showed himself and made the abyss on his body disappear like flipping a coin. He looked at The Lord with malice, and it was enough to make The Lord feel unsettled.

"You're not Mykel..." The Lord said as his power was being drained.

"I'm not Mykel? Is there anyone else inside me?" Mykel furrowed his eyebrows with a smirk on his face. "It's fun to see that you're bothered with my existence. What's the matter? Are you really that surprised?" Mykel asked as he covered his surroundings with darkness, preventing anyone from interfering.

The Lord didn't know what to say because the man in front of him was nothing like the abyss he knew nor Mykel that he saw. Something was eerie about Mykel and it felt like he had fallen into Mykel's trap.

"You were trying to kill your own daughter," The Lord said as he tried to dig up information about the man he was talking to.

"I don't recall I have a daughter. Are you perhaps talking about that woman from before?" Mykel asked with his eyebrows raised. "You're not wrong. I guess she's my daughter," Mykel continued.

The more Mykel spoke, the less The Lord understood about Mykel as if he was talking to someone who was a higher being than himself. The Lord started to doubt his own existence the more he spoke to Mykel.

"Why do you want to see me? You could have said that to my other self," The Lord asked.

"You know the answer to that question because I want to see you when you have become one. It's been a while since the first time we met, or should I say the moment you gained your consciousness," Mykel answered. "I have always been waiting for this moment where you finally decided to face me rather than run away," Mykel continued.

Mykel's presence was so overwhelming that The Lord felt like he was being cornered. The uneasy feeling that he felt couldn't leave him be, and the fact Mykel seemed to know everything more than he did.

"It appears you still think I'm the abyss that only bring destruction," Mykel smiled as he snapped his fingers.

The Lord lost his sight and he couldn't see anything but the abyss around him. It was worse than he thought and even worse than what Mykel did to Helen when she lost to Mykel. He couldn't even see his own light no matter when he looked around as if his existence had been devoured by the abyss itself.

"Where am I?" The Lord asked.

"In a place where every existence doesn't matter," Mykel answered and his voice echoed throughout the darkness and it kept echoing infinitely.

The Lord looked around, and he didn't know if his eyes were open, if his limbs were moving, or if he was alive in the first place. At that moment, something came to his mind, something that he had long forgotten. The feeling of when he regained his consciousness, the moment when he believed it was the beginning.

"Your expression, it's the same expression that you made back then," Mykel said. Continue reading at novelbuddy

"What does this mean? What are you?" The Lord asked, his gaze fixed on the abyss enveloping him. Anxiety gripped him, reluctant to accept that his existence was somehow intertwined with this abyss.

"You could say I am a singularity, the epicenter of all existence, something that defies all conventions and remains detached from everything," Mykel replied. "Here, there is no reality," Mykel continued as he revealed himself, illuminating the abyss with the very same power The Lord possessed.

The Lord's eyes beheld a universe more densely populated than the ones He had created. Countless galaxies and stars filled His vision, and suddenly, He could sense the presence of life in each solar system. It dawned upon Him that all those people, all those lives, were originally His creation, not Mykel's.

"In this realm, I am the sole reality," Mykel declared with a sinister smirk.
