Extra And MC-Chapter 131 - 127 - Beach & A Couple’s Conversation I

Fairly late in the morning on the second day of their school trip, all of the cadets soon found themselves pouring out in droves onto the beach, ready to enjoy the exciting ambience and have fun, youthful experiences.

Walking through the elegantly designed corridors of the AquaMaris’s hotel though, a single youth was constantly attracting the attention of multiple young ladies and the envy of most guys as he walked past them.

Dressed in a silky, black open shirt that showed off his chiseled abs and colorful Hawaiian-like shorts, the emerald-eyed youth casually made his way towards Caroline’s room without minding the gazes lingering on him.

Carrying a foldable tent along with other essential beach gear in his arms and hands, Aiden soon reached Caroline’s door in a few seconds.

Knocking on the door while waiting for his partner’s response, Aiden couldn’t help but ponder.

Slowly opening the door as if she had expected him, Caroline peeked her head out of the small crack she had created and then, looked both left and right while scanning the corridor for any potential onlookers.

Without even explaining to Aiden who had his head tilted in slight confusion at her odd actions, the beautiful lady quickly opened the door ajar and swiftly pulled her boyfriend in.

"What are you up to you foxy vixen?" Aiden immediately asked the ruby-eyed lady, a slightly curious smile adorning his lips as she closed the door behind him.

"This!" Caroline instantly replied as she removed the oversized blanket hoodie she was wearing to reveal her sexy red bikini underneath.

Having his eyes widen in utter shock at the bikini which was similar to the Brazilian cutout versions on earth, Aiden instantly dropped all the beach gear in his hands, his mouth slightly agape!

Bursting into a round of gleefully mischievous laughter, Caroline slowly walked over to Aiden while tracing her hands on his finely-toned abs and chest before gently pushing him to sit on her bed.

"Wow! This was a far better expression than I had anticipated really" Caroline giggled with a playful smile while placing one of her hands across Aiden’s neck.

Watching as her usually calm boyfriend now had a genuinely flustered expression on his features, both of his cheeks blushing red, the lady slowly raised both of his arms up individually and placed it across her curvy yet slender waist, her impish smile never leaving her lips.

Gently raising his chin up slightly to stare at Aiden’s emerald-green eyes directly, Caroline finally asked.

"So, what do you think?"

"It’s… it’s sexy. Too sexy if I’m being honest, but it looks breathtaking on you. Literally." Aiden responded truthfully as his heart slowly began to calm down while fully admiring Caroline’s immensely alluring figure.

"Ah~… that’s all I wanted to hear. Freaking worth the wait too!" the sexy lady did a small fist pump with a genuinely satisfied expression.

"And no, I’m not wearing this out. This is solely for you babe" she calmly added while resting her other hand across his neck.

"Thank you" Aiden gave a genuine smile towards Caroline and for the next few seconds, both of them just held their positions, his hands on her waist and her hands across his neck, an obvious tension hanging in the air.

"Aiden" Caroline suddenly broke the tension.

"Yeah?" Aiden responded, a bit surprised that Caroline would use his name considering she rarely did ever since they started dating.

"You can always talk to me you know. Always…" the lady said, a genuine expression of love present on her gorgeous face.

The youth could also spot a small hint of worry on her features.

At first Aiden was about to ask her what exactly caused her to say such words but the more he kept staring into her ruby-red eyes, the more he understood what she meant.

"Since when have you noticed darling?" Aiden calmly asked her as she gently brushed a few locks of his black hair away from his head.

"Since the beginning…" she gently responded while still brushing another few strands of his hair away.

"At first I had thought it was just a coincidental thing when the royal banquet incident happened but it just started feeling odd at some point the more I thought about it" she kept speaking.

"Then the quest where you got all bloodied, beaten and tattered happened and along with that, was the day you asked me out. No matter the case, your body should never have been as cold as it was when I hugged you"

"Don’t you mean latched on to me like a koala-bear instead?" Aiden asked with an arched eyebrow in a playful tone.

"Yeah. That actually feels more accurate" Caroline chuckled in response before she and Aiden’s expression then turned a bit serious again as the lady spoke.

"For the past five months now, you’d occasionally have this very grave yet perturbed look on your features. It usually never lasts more than a second but I’ve seen it happen a few times now… enough to be worried about it..."

"Then yesterday happened and I also saw it again, if only for a split moment. A genuinely disturbed expression on both you and Flynn’s faces at different intervals. And I wasn’t the only one who did. Ivelia noticed too" Caroline continued speaking.

"Despite not knowing what exactly it was you both did, or were dealing with, I could only come to the conclusion that there are quite a lot of things that both you and Flynn keep a secret from all of us. Most definitely to protect us but… at times, I just want you to rely on us more you know" she concluded tenderly.

Gazing into her loving eyes as she poured her heart out, Aiden felt genuinely grateful that he had found someone who would be worried on his behalf but at the same time, a bit of gnawing guilt wiggled into his mind as he realized that he couldn’t completely come clean with her.

With another small sigh, Aiden gently pulled Caroline closer to him while staring straight into her eyes as he spoke.

"You’re right Caroline. There are some things that we can’t and quite possibly, aren’t also allowed to tell any of you, at least for now" Aiden began.

"But, when the time comes, which I know eventually will, we’ll explain everything without leaving a single stone unturned"

"Until then, please, patiently wait for me" Aiden gazed at her with affection in his eyes.

"I can do that" Caroline shortly replied after a few seconds while leaning in close as she cupped his face with one of her hands while a making a request.

"But promise me…"

"Promise you what?" Aiden quietly asked.

"That you’ll always come back to us. That you’ll always come back to me… No matter what happens" she replied, her face slowly inching towards Aiden’s.

"I promise" Aiden gently yet resolutely responded.

"Good" she happily smiled as their noses touched, and as it did, the lady spoke again, her voice very silent, barely above a whisper.

"I have another request"

"And what’s that?" Aiden asked again, knowing fully well what exactly it was that she wanted.

"Kiss me" Caroline answered faintly and the moment she did, her lips interlocked with Aiden’s.

"How many of my hoodies exactly do you have now?" Aiden asked Caroline with a questioning expression.

"More than I know what to do with" the alluring lady replied with a small giggle, her hands covering her mouth as she walked side-by-side with Aiden on the beach.

Now wearing a white top with a high-waist, blue fringed, bumper short, the lady, instead of also wearing her fringed shrugs, had instead requested for another of Aiden’s grey zip-up hoodies to go with.

Sighing in resignation at her odd want for his things, Aiden slowly made his way across the golden sand of the beach with her as the cool breeze from the cerulean sea blew gently.

The beach was packed to say the least and at every stall, or store, from the snack and refreshment stands, to the small souvenir shops, and even the beach services and equipment rentals, all of it housed a sizable number of cadet wanting to get the things they needed.

Dotting the beach along with this sight, were colorful umbrellas and sunbathers, the joyful laughter of beachgoers mingling and the few cadets in the distance playing beach volleyball, all in line with the rhythmic yet fairly loud symphony of crashing waves.

Casually walking over to the spot where the beach volleyball was being played, Caroline naturally interlocked her hand with Aiden’s, something the youth didn’t mind at all.

Upon reaching just a few meters away from one of the said volleyball matches, Aiden and Caroline soon spotted another large umbrella which had already been set up close-by, two youths already lying underneath it.

Laying down on Ivelia’s laps while playing with a Rubik’s cube, Caroline and Aiden watched as Ivelia, who was dressed in a black swimsuit crop-top along with a long yet colorful wraparound skirt, gently stroked Flynn’s silvery green hair with a fulfilled expression on her face.

Just in front of them too, the rest of their dorm-mates could be seen actually being the ones partaking in the volleyball game, to which, unsurprisingly to the couple that had just arrived, was only heating up by the second.
