Extra's Perfect Ending-Chapter 230: World ending
"I failed to stop it?"
"Well, you fell first, then the god of knowledge took over and... failed."
"What? He took my place, then proceeded to lose!? What kind of loser is that?"
The sun god looked furious, both for the fact that he lost to another god and the fact that the god of knoelwdge imeadiatly lose after.
"Well, I have to say this before we proceed. In the future, not just you who’ll fall, but the whole world will fall. You held on for quite some time and lost to the god of knowledge because the people supporting you and him are split in the dying world. The population is simply too low, and you lost."
"So I simply have to avoid that... Ok. Let’s take this more seriously then."
The sun god’s face filled back with confidence since he knew he didn’t lose because of his fighting skill.
"So my main topic here is that I want to ascend."
The sun god shaked his head... then he snaped back to Reeva. He thought Reeva was joking until his instinct said that Reeva words were true. He wanted to become a god.
"Kid, this is like asking a restaurant competitor to work with your restaurant."
"Except we sell different things, we would benefit if we worked with each other."
"Elaborate"
"The world will end when four forces collide: the world, the void, the rift, and the fate. I’ve already delayed the void from reaching in, but we still need to deal with other threats."
The sun god listened carefully as Reeva explained what he knew.
"You must already know two of them. So I’ll skip straight to the rift and the fate. The rift is, as it sounds, there a hole in the universe that let the other creature from Beyond reach in."
"How’s it different from the void?"
Just dealing with these explosive lunatics that wanted to blow the whole world up is hard enough. He had to deal with an invasion from another dimension too!? Being the sun god was a hard job.
"It’s different because there’s people from other dimensions coming in to steal our resources."
"Not that bad. What about the fate?"
"I don’t know much. A.ll I know is that it’s written somewhere where the world will end, and that will manifest into real life. Out of all the threats, this one I have no idea where to look."

"How in the world is what you’re telling me true.."
To the sun god, this all sounded like bullshit that Reeva made up, but it all rang true. That means it already happened once. Which is terrifying for him.
"So you to help me become a god so that I can help you manage these threats!"
Reeva said, resolute in his voice. His determination rang true in the sun god’s ears. The middle-aged man could only sigh.
"How?"
At this point, the god had mentally checked out. Reeva just dropped a bombshell on him, and he needed to deal with it. increasing his world load by many fold.
"Let me build my faith up. And ascend with your support. I have no intention to betray you."
Reeva added that last bit for safety reasons. And for the sun god to favored him more.
"I could promote the pope."
"You know damn well that you’re lying."
"Tch," the sun god clicked his tongue. "Ok, fine, I’ll send an order to the pope, and you’ll have my full support. But if you can’t reach godhood, your soul will be tormented for eternity, deal?"
"Deal!"
Reeva accepted that, in a heartbeat, he didn’t plan to die either.
"Also, could you teach me how to advance as a demon?"
"Fine, but I’ll say this once: you need to do a ritual. One of your circles is equal to 3 of a normal circle. Once you have that physical one in you, you’ll no longer use the spiritual one. But in exchange, you’ll only have 4 steps to godhood, with each step being harder and harder to do. I’ll transfer it directly to you."
The sun god light extended out of his forehead, then it went into Reva’s forehead. With that information in mind, Reeva couldn’t take it. The flood of information sent him backward and flopped on the floor.
Reeva only woke up inside his temporary home in the village. The outskirts of Duranberg were rather peaceful. If not for the mutant animal, they would be living happily right now.
The world is too cruel.
But among the gloomy vibe of the village, Reeva is truly happy, because at this moment he had all he need to become a god.
Well, not quite, but he got most of the process memorized.
To advanced another circle, he needed to find 3 compatible artifacts and merge them at once. Then he also needed a liidiculous amount of Mytic force to advance.
If he did all that, he could advance to the next stage. With a way forward from Clear to Reeva, we need to shift his approach.
Not only did he need to spread his word but also find 3 compatible artifacts to advance. It would be a headache if it were other people.
But Reeva could do it. To create an artifact, one needed to work with an item. Normally people couldn’t inject a mystic power straight into the mystic item to create an artifact.
But if tons of people pray to it every day, its property will start to change. Turning into an artifact with some mysterious property.
The longer they pray, the better the artifact. The church creates their divine artifact this way, by using both the people and the priest to quickly create and boost its effectiveness.
There was also a natural-born artifact or an old artifact that is scattered around the whole world, but it would be a hassle to track them down.
Reeva just needed to spread his good word and convince people to pray to random rocks. It’s far more consistent than encountering an artifact in the wild.
