I Cast Forbidden Spells Until the World Breaks-Chapter 95 Triple B
The equipment scattered across the floor left Nia completely stunned.
She had spent an entire month hunting monsters in the wild and only managed to obtain a dozen pieces of gear. Not a single one was high grade. They were all low or mid tier items.
Yet this man in front of her casually pulled out so many high grade pieces.
Her conviction deepened even further.
This man had to be the Shadowcaster she had been searching for.
Hearing the waves of amazement and disbelief around her, Nia felt an inexplicable sense of joy. Her rosy lips curled slightly upward. Watching the man she admired steal the spotlight felt far better than being admired herself.
The receptionist in black stockings stood frozen for a long moment before snapping back to her senses. A sharp gleam burst into her eyes as she looked at Zayne, as if staring at a living god of wealth.
Guild staff earned commission on trades they handled. If she closed a deal of this scale, her commission would reach an absurd level.
To put it bluntly, if Zayne said he felt overheated right now, she would gladly volunteer to cool him down.
She quickly unbuttoned her shirt, revealing a deep and dramatic cleavage, then bent forward slightly and spoke with utmost respect.
"Honored transcender, may I ask if you wish to trade these items for currency?"
"No. I want to trade items for items."
The Transcender Guild supported two types of transactions. One exchanged items for money. The other was item for item.
For example, a fire mage who obtained water focused equipment could trade it here for gear of the same tier suited for fire magic.
"Understood. Please select the type of equipment you wish to receive."
Her voice turned soft and sweet as she remained bent forward the entire time, handing Zayne a tablet.
Zayne showed her the proper respect. Whether it was seductive or not, he was not sure. He only knew the view was excellent, and looking away would feel rude.
Men were all the same at heart.
This scene nearly drove Nia crazy.
In both looks and figure, she crushed that receptionist completely. Even that so called abyss looked like a shallow creek compared to hers.
Yet the Shadowcaster she admired treated her with icy indifference while openly staring at that receptionist.
Nia could not understand it.
She glanced down at her own outfit. Her tight combat suit covered everything except her head, neck, and hands.
Was it because she was dressed too conservatively? Did Shadowcaster not like this style?
She bit her lip gently. A woman dressed for the one she loved. She had never worn anything too revealing before, but if that was what Shadowcaster liked...
Meanwhile, Zayne had already selected the equipment he wanted on the tablet.
Moonlight Necklace
Rarity Rare
Effect Spirit Power plus fifty percent
Skill None
The Moonlight Necklace had no active skills, but its spirit boost was a staggering fifty percent.
Zayne’s Raging Flame Staff was epic tier, and it also only provided a fifty percent spirit increase.
Ignoring skills entirely, the Moonlight Necklace could rival epic equipment.
As a Forbidden Spellcaster, Zayne lacked spells the least. This made the necklace an obvious choice.
"I will trade for this."
He tapped confirm.
"Understood. I will calculate the difference."
The receptionist smiled and quickly had staff appraise Zayne’s equipment pile.
After the calculation, her expression turned awkward. She spoke carefully.
"Sir, if you wish to exchange for this item, you will need to pay an additional three million."
"No problem."
Zayne nodded without surprise. The high grade items taken from Garen and his group were never going to be top quality.
With prize money already in hand, he paid the three million cleanly and obtained the Moonlight Necklace.
"The transaction is complete. We look forward to your next visit."
The receptionist bowed at a perfect angle, ideal for appreciation.
"I have something else to sell."
Zayne pulled out a stone from the Singularity Ring.
Its surface shimmered with golden light, etched with dragon scale patterns, radiating an unusual magical presence.
The moment it appeared, the surrounding air seemed to freeze, releasing a suffocating pressure.
"This is..."
The receptionist approached in disbelief, examined it with a magnifying lens, weighed it in her hand, and then her face changed instantly.
She screamed.
"This is Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold!"
Her scream drew every gaze in the hall.
"What? Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold? That is material capable of forging epic equipment."
"Dragon patterns on the surface, dragon might within. Unbreakable and peerless. It is the best choice for weapon forging."
"This piece is fist sized. If a grandmaster forger works on it, it could produce a true divine weapon."
The shock on everyone’s faces surpassed even the moment Zayne revealed his pile of high grade equipment.
Compared to Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold, a dozen high grade items meant nothing.
Nia’s eyes sparkled brightly, almost forming hearts. This was exactly the kind of man she admired.
"What is all this noise about?"
A calm yet authoritative voice rang out from the crowd.
"What could possibly cause such chaos? Have I not taught you all to remain composed?"
The crowd parted as a dignified middle aged man in luxurious robes stepped forward.
"It is him. The vice president of the Old Shipyard Port Transcender Guild. Triple B."
"I heard his level is close to sixty."
Triple B approached slowly, scanning the crowd before his gaze settled on the Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold in Zayne’s hand. A flash of surprise crossed his eyes.
"Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold. Indeed a fine treasure. What do you want in exchange?"
No one would trade something like this for money.
"Refinement Stones," Zayne replied.
Refinement Stones could reroll star ratings on equipment, significantly boosting stats. A seven star rare item could rival an unrefined epic.
"No problem. Eight hundred stones for this. How about it?"
"One thousand."
Zayne spoke without hesitation.
Triple B studied him for a moment, then laughed.
"Very well. One thousand it is. Consider it the beginning of a friendship. If you acquire Dragon Pattern Mithril Gold again, remember our guild."
"Agreed."
Soon, staff delivered one thousand Refinement Stones. Zayne stored them all into the Singularity Ring.
This made Triple B’s eyes gleam. Storage equipment. This man was no ordinary figure.
"Pleasure doing business."
Triple B extended his hand and smiled as they shook.
He then turned to the receptionist and said sternly.
"Did you see that? Remain calm in all situations. Do not shout. It damages the guild’s image."
"I understand," the receptionist replied meekly.
"Well, actually, I have one more thing to trade," Zayne said, scratching his head.
"Go ahead."
"Here?"
"Yes."
"Alright."
Zayne pulled out a bundle of skill scrolls from the Singularity Ring.
Triple B glanced at them and froze.
Then he roared loud enough to lift the roof.
"Holy hell."
"Legendary skill scrolls?"
"Boss. Get here now. Boss!"
