Dwayne sat on his chair, failing to believe that Michael was the one who had acquired the shares.

With Michael holding 46% of the shares at the moment, it implied that he had the greatest power and say within the corporation.

So, if Michael intended to change something within the company, it would be quite simple. That was unless Dwayne could gather the other shareholders, so that they could suppress Michael with the remaining 54% of the shares.
