Love Command: Darling, Do You Yield?-Chapter 131 - 132: She Will Belong to Him for Her Entire Life
Maybe I’ve really fallen for her, that’s why I feel regret for what I’ve done in the past.
I feel sorry.
The belated realization brings discomfort.
Brandan thought he really needed to treat her better, for the decades to come, he needed to make it up to her.
He couldn’t let her be sad anymore.
An abrupt silence fell over the room.
Alex turned his head, looking at his friend’s obscure expression. Though he had a faint feeling that Brandan would eventually fall for Iris, he still found it unbelievable when it did happen.
Nevertheless, he felt happy for Iris.
He had seen how Iris had gone through fire and water for Brandan, and now finally lovers concluded with a marriage, he felt a sigh of relief.
Sometimes, he thought Iris was too obsessive, loving Brandan single-heartedly for ten years, which seemed too long, especially since this person hadn’t treated her well. Yet sometimes, he also envied Brandan, for having someone who loved him so wholeheartedly and without expecting anything in return. Such pure emotion truly made one envious.
"Since you really like her," Alex said, "then treat her well from now on."
"I know."
Brandan gazed at the glass, and softly said, "I will treat her well."
He hadn’t told Alex about what happened that day, so Alex naturally didn’t know about the mess between him and Iris. He just didn’t want to tell him, he needed someone unaware to accompany him, or else he feared he wouldn’t be able to hold on.
Those who knew about that incident all wanted to separate her and him. Perhaps he had indeed done something unforgivable, but he couldn’t let Iris leave.
Since he liked her, she had to stay by his side. When they grew old and died, her tombstone would also bear his name.
She was the one who provoked him.
So she would be his for a lifetime.

After saying goodbye to Alex, as Brandan drove past the florist, he contemplated and eventually stepped out of the car, entering the small flower shop.
It was already getting late, the shop assistant was sleepy, preparing to close up, when suddenly she heard a slightly cool masculine voice from not far away: "Give me a bouquet of roses."
The shop assistant was startled awake, and when she saw who had entered, she couldn’t help but freeze for a moment. Her eyes showed a hint of amazement; she had never seen such a handsome man before.
The man was dressed in a black shirt, one hand in his pocket, looking somewhat lazy. He raised his chin slightly, gazing at the wrapped roses in the shop. The lighting from the shop fell on his face, revealing a dreamy play of light and shadows, more handsome than a real person.
"Hey."
The man frowned slightly, glancing at her in her daze, "Did you hear me, give me a bouquet of roses?"
A beauty he was, yet with a bad temper; still, the assistant cheerfully walked over and asked, "Which kind of roses? May I ask who they are for?" 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂
Brandan pressed his lips, hesitated for a moment: "Wife."
"Ah... wife?" The assistant seemed a bit surprised. The man frowned at her, and she quickly explained, "I’m just surprised you’re married so young."
Brandan seemed a bit impatient, directing the assistant: "I upset her recently and want to buy a bouquet to apologize. Find me a nicely packaged one, with full blooms, and send it to me."
