Love Command: Darling, Do You Yield?-Chapter 175: I Want Iris Harris
Brandan felt annoyed and coldly said, "I won’t see him."
"But..." The secretary began to speak, but a young male voice with a smile interrupted her.
"I have already come up."
The office door was opened. The secretary stood at the door, eyes red, holding up both hands, and when she saw Brandan, she was so frightened she almost burst into tears.
"Boss Hyde..." she quivered, "How does he have a gun..." 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶
Brandan thought, how would I know?
He glanced at the man standing behind the secretary.
He looked very young, just over twenty, with an extremely handsome face and a smiling lip, which made him seem quite approachable. But a vertical scar ran across his right eyelid, extending over his upper and lower eyelids. Though it had healed, leaving only a white scar, one could still see the danger he had been through.
This scar added a hint of wickedness and murderous aura to him, coupled with his black trench coat, he looked somewhat mysteriously unpredictable.
"Who are you?"
Brandan slightly frowned, his tone somewhat impatient.
The man standing behind the secretary smiled faintly, withdrew his hand, and a swift flash of silver passed by. The gun he had pressed against the secretary’s back had already been tucked into his coat, "I’ve come to deliver something to you."
Brandan leaned back, his posture lazy, not taking him seriously at all.
His cold gaze slowly swept over the man, and after a while, he asked, "What?"
"The thing you need most right now."
The man took out a document and placed it in the trembling secretary’s hands, then raised his chin to signal her to deliver it.
"Boss Hyde..."
The secretary didn’t know whether to deliver it or not, looking at Brandan helplessly.
Brandan’s inscrutable gaze fell on the document in the secretary’s hands.
The thing he needs most now?
What is the thing he needs most now...?
Brandan slightly pressed his lips, stared at the document in the secretary’s hands for a moment, and then said, "Bring it over."
The secretary, trembling, walked over and handed the document.
Brandan lowered his head and glanced at the words on it. His gaze focused, and he suddenly held his breath.
The change in Brandan was so obvious that the secretary standing opposite him was frightened, looking at Brandan with a face about to cry, hesitating whether to call the police before that man started shooting.
After a long time, Brandan slowly raised his head, looking at the man at the door, then said to the secretary, "You go out first."
"Boss Hyde?!"
"You go out."
"...Okay."
Brandan’s tone was determined, and the secretary dared not disobey anymore and quickly left.
The door closed gently, leaving only him and that person in the vast office.
Brandan’s fingers lightly tapped the document, his eyes unfathomable.
It was a bone marrow match report.
It showed the matching situation between him and Iris Harris.
...Indeed, it was what he needed most.
The person definitely had malicious intentions, but even in the face of danger, he had to forge ahead.
This might be the only chance to save her.
Brandan took a light breath and looked at the person in front of him, "Is this document real?"
The other party smiled, walked over, and sat down in front of him.
"Absolutely genuine."
Brandan looked at him, and the other party was also obviously assessing him, those pitch-black eyes falling on his face, carrying an unknown gleam.
Whether it was hostility or malice, it was definitely not goodwill.
