If she remembered correctly, last night she got upset with him and walked away. Although he didn’t say anything, his silence in the car likely meant he was angry too.

"Oh." Su Jiuyi nodded with a puzzled look, then slowly slipped her feet into the slippers Shi Aoju had prepared for her. Although they didn’t quite fit, they were indeed as he said, warm and comfortable.
