Still in the same battlefield, Noelle, Ray, Finral and Liam were facing off against the last Divine ranked beast.

Ray just got blasted away with cracked limbs but unfortunately; the others didn’t have the leisure of time to check up on his condition or even glance back at him.

They needed to keep their eyes on the beast in front of them who was already searching for its next target.

Before it could even do something, Finral was already on the way— charging towards the beast with all the speed he could muster which to the crowd watching, was not enough.

The beast wasn’t about to stand by and let the human reach it of course.

Because in a flash, it appeared in front of the charging Finral instead almost catching him off guard with a smooth kick from below.

Luckily for the human, Liam was already there with his sword placed in strategically in front of the kick while twisting his body and hands to the side so as to lessen the impact.

It helped... a bit.

Because the next moment, cracks appeared around Liam’s sword. It started as a crack as thin as a hair for a moment but the next second, it spread massively barely hanging on.

However, it helped Finral leap off from the ground. Sword in mouth as ki began spreading around his hands flowing to his palms while gathering there at rapid pace.

BOOOOM—!

A massive shockwave rocked the space between them slamming into the beast with the force of a siege ram.

This technique was called ’Thunder Palm strike’ and was taught to him by his father when he was younger.

Earlier, when he was just a stage 2 warrior; it only had a little effect on both beasts and humans alike barely moving stronger foes.

But as a stage four warrior and with the fact that evolution to each stage, a person’s ki grows stronger and more denser making it have quite an acknowledgeable effect on the beast in front of him as it was sent staggering backwards.

Bang—!

A figure could be seen darting forward like a loose arrow as she streaked past the boys. With Ki augmenting her legs, her speed was boosted to another level as she slid beneath the beast’s legs.

Springing back up, Noelle appeared directly behind the beast.

She didn’t draw her whip. Instead, she got closer and closer until she was just an inch away from the beast who quickly prepared to swing its elbow towards her face.

But before it could,

Countless precise cuts appeared all around the beast’s body and arms. The cuts were so smooth and straight as if a sword was used to deliver these attacks on the beast.

Yet, it was clearly obvious that Noelle used no such weapon. She used a whip which wasn’t even drawn at the moment and still, countless cuts appeared on the beast’s body.

The more it tried to push forward to attack the girl, the cuts kept appearing and soon enough, the injuries piled up with black ichor dripping down the beast’s fur.

At the same time, crimson could be seen sliding down Noelle’s nose with her eyes shining bright with determination— teeth clenched tightly.

’All my life. I was always the weakest out of the three direct descendants. Even though Mada is weak based on descendant standards; I’m still beneath him in strength.

Today, he just proved that he had untapped potential in him by actually defeating two Divine ranked beasts. Yet, I’m struggling against one even with help? Unacceptable! I’m also a fucking descendant of the Aetherborn Clan damn it!’

She bellowed inwardly and the cuts around the beast though shallow before, was now much deeper than before with blood running down Noelle’s nose like a gentle stream.

At that exact moment, Finral and Liam lunged forward as the beast was still momentarily disoriented from the cuts appearing around it’s body.

Jumping up in unison, they landed on the beast’s back and instantly began pommelling it with attacks from their weapons.

Swords dug into its back enhanced by ki and soon, a space was seen. Specifically one of the multiple cuts on the beast’s body.

The duo lunged their weapons deep and began dragging; trying their hardest to tear its skin off.

The beast on the other hand wasn’t going to standby. Even though it was being kept occupied by Noelle in front of it, it still began shaking its body like a wet dog trying to get the humans off its body.

Unfortunately, the duo held on tight for their dear life with teeth clenched tight while punching their weapons in deep.

The cracks on Liam’s sword deepened and it looked on the verge of actually shattering which in the next second, it did with a loud ring leaving him defenceless.

"HARDER!" Noelle screamed at the duo and with anger coursing through his body.

Finral lifted his hands which was flowing with Ki and hammered it into the guard of his sword causing it to delve deeper into the beast’s body.

It roared in pain and with one powerful shake, it sent the duo flying from its back in different directions.

It kept roaring in anger only for it to feel something slender in its mouth.

Glancing down, it spotted a slender black whip lodged in his mouth.

"Eat my whip." Noelle smirked as blood filled her mouth while pouring all her ki that was left in her into the weapon.

With a click of her tongue, the Aetherborn’s clan technique instantly activated causing dozens of sword like slashes to run wild in the beast’s mouth tearing through lungs and going deep.

Blood filled the beast’s mouth as in unison, both it and Noelle coughed out blood.

Yet, that didn’t stop Noelle as with grim determination, she spun around the beast and vaulted off the ground with all her might.

The little drop of ki left in her all flowed to her legs and with all the strength left in her body, she kicked the sword lodged in the beast’s back specifically around the area a little under the guard.

With the sudden strength of the kick, the sword slid upwards with fiery speed tearing through the beast’s fur like a scissors through a fabric.

And soon enough, it shattered against the Divine ranked beast’s skull as the injury from the sword and the whip combined together, finally fell the beast.
