Monster Gacha System: Becoming The Final Boss-Chapter 159 | The Personal Skills of Seven Four-Star Monsters

Gazing upon the status display, its bluish glow reflected from Damien's face. Yet his expression remained frozen as his fingers unconsciously clenched.

Veins throughout his body became swollen while his sable-tinted eyes went bloodshot. The evolution of the seven Three-Star Monsters wasn't without its effects.

Even though it wasn't as significant as the transformation he had gone through after the Five-Star Evolution of Eclipse. It was still the second-most painful augmentation he had felt.

"Damn... I should have expected no less from seven Four-Star Monsters." Damien muttered to himself, a wry smile tugged at his face.

It didn't take long for his pulsing veins to return to normal. His bloodshot eyes faded as he took a deep and long breath. The cold air of the desolate wasteland swept through his lungs.

Shaking his head, Damien stretched his arms and noticed his body was much stronger than ever before. His base form could probably crush over a dozen of his former giant self.

If he had compared himself to a couple of months ago, he could probably handle thousands; that was how much he had gotten stronger.

At any rate, he returned his attention to the status display. Its bluish surface remained untouched by anything or anyone.

His seven Three-Star Monsters have evolved to become Four-Stars. Without a doubt, the monster army had undergone a qualitative transformation.

The remaining True Bloods wouldn't be able to resist the monstrous tide anymore. If the Clan wanted to survive, the Vampire Progenitor themselves would have to make a move.

With this in mind, Damien felt satisfied and glanced at his personal skills. Most of his former skills had been upgraded. He had even been granted a few new ones.

The first one was the augmented personal skills of Starlight, who had become Luminesce. These were Dreams of Infinite Eternity and Bringer of Madness.

Dreams of Infinite Eternity was a much more potent and stronger psychic control skill than the one before it. On the other hand, Bringer of Madness reminded him of when he summoned Starlight for the first time.

Those who were bathed in its light or gazing upon it lost their minds. Their sanity fractured upon perceiving a being beyond their comprehension.

These two were useful against the True Bloods and maybe the Vampire Progenitor. Even if only for a second, it was enough.

Following these personal skills were the abilities granted by Griffin, who had evolved into the Lion King. These were Omniscient Sovereignty and Divine Majesty.

Augmented versions of the former skills, Empyrean Overwatch and Majesty.

Omniscient Sovereignty gave him complete information about everything within a radius of a hundred kilometers. On the other hand, Divine Majesty gave him the aura of a deity.

Even if he didn't have other personal skills, these two alone were enough to make him rival the Paragons or True Bloods of the New World.

The succeeding abilities belonged to Fenrir, who had become Ragnarok. These personal skills were Reality-Breaker and Devourer of the Sun. Each was an overpowered ability on its own.

Reality-Breaker ensured that no reality-bending attacks would reach or even harm him. They would break apart, which made him the bane of those who could manipulate reality.

Devourer of the Sun was clear. For a couple of seconds, the Sun would be devoured, bringing total darkness to everything and everyone. Of course, it was like the Cryptic Eyes of Dominion.

There was also Behemoth, who had transformed into the Leviathan. Its abilities were powerful and intriguing. The first one was Roar of the Beast.

Not only was it capable of suppressing adversaries over large distances and areas, but it was also capable of calling aetheric beasts to fight for him.

The second one was Beast Transformation. It gave him the ability to become Leviathan. The thought alone excited him. After all, who wouldn't want to become a gargantuan kaiju?

Orochi evolved into Yamata no Orochi. Its personal skills were Venoms of Eightfold Natural Death and Eight Worldly Disasters. The former required a later, while the latter was a catastrophe.

Venoms of Eightfold Natural Death were capable of killing those targeted by them eight times. It was a terrifying way to die.

Eight Worldly Disasters gave him the ability to summon the strongest of disasters simultaneously. He could probably ravage an entire continent with it.

The last two were the Demonic God of Suzuka and Crom Cruach(Avatar). The personal skills that Monster augmented the most belonged to the former.

Especially the first one, Divine Demonic Physique(Passive).

His current form rivalled the body of the Fourth-Star Monster. It satisfied him since the strength of the Demonic God wasn't to be underestimated.

Meanwhile, the personal skills belonging to the latter were intriguing. It reminded Damien of the Five-Star Extraterrestrial Monster: Eclipse(Demiurge).

It was simple yet quite mysterious from the first personal skill of Crom Cruach(Avatar), Three Deaths. If he wanted to see the effects, he would have to test it.

After all, even with the information he had gotten from scouring it within his mind. He remained as confused as before.

There was also the second personal skill, Pagan Sacrifice. He looked forward to utilizing it. After all, its former version was capable of granting him the Blood Technique of the True Blood. 𝒻𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝘯𝘰𝑣ℯ𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝘮

If this had been a game or a story of some sort, he would be compared to the demon king rising into power. Fortunately, he wasn't interested in world domination.

Shaking his head, Damien glanced at his status display and turned his attention towards the seven Four-Star Monsters he had gained.

As said before, each of them was extremely strong.

"Perhaps, I should start another monstrous tide. I could probably force out the Vampire Progenitor and have my Paranormal Monsters investigate the capital."

Damien muttered under his breath, a cold glint escaped his sable-tinted gaze. It wasn't a troublesome plan to enact, especially with the seven Four-Star Monsters leading the tide.

Not wanting to hesitate anymore, he summoned all of his monsters for another monstrous tide. Yuki materialized beside him, bowing her head with reverence.

Several more monsters emerged.

He couldn't perceive their figures anymore. They were akin to gargantuan shadows that loomed over the mountains. Each and every single one of them was a monster capable of rivalling even Aberrants.

Damien smiled at their emergence and turned his sable-tinted gaze towards the blurred horizon. With the monstrous tide behind him, there was nothing that he couldn't conquer.

"Invade the capital of the Clan. I want the Vampire Progenitor to leave his throne." His orders echoed through the desolate wasteland. Its weight and authority were heavy.

Yuki gracefully bowed in acceptance while the air hummed with power. Every Monster under his command had already taken his orders. They were ready to abide by his wishes.

"Thank you."

Damien smiled at his monstrous tide as the status display hovered in front of him. Once his Terror Points grew, he would probably start spending his wealth on evolving the remaining Monsters.

He couldn't help but wonder what the future had in mind for him.
